They don’t return phone calls texts or emails in any sort of timely manner. i constantly had to call to see what the delays were because no one communicated. i tried dealing with three or four different people and none would let me speak to a manager. on top of all that they incorrectly installed a recall and damaged my jeep in the process. it’s been 3 months and still no one has contacted me after multiple emails asking to have the service manager included yet again. my jeep is still damaged to this day. i rather leave it like that then risk making it worse. i do not trust them. don’t take any vehicle here you like owning.
