I just went for a simple oil change and when I got into my car I didn’t realize my window was cracked until I got home. How does this happen?

Walmart is always my go to place for tires and oil changes. Staff at this particular Walmart on the day I went were friendlyish. Service was quickish. What I dont like is being charged for something I wasnt asked if I wanted. Also do not like the fact that when they do not have an item in stock that they cannot or will not contact another walmart and see if they have the product for you. My personal opinion is that is bad customer service. Another guy that was waiting for a tire at the same time as I was told me he had the same problem. So it isnt just me. Just a tip Walmart that might be something to try and fix.

These dudes, all of them, milk the time clock. They should open a dairy. Slow, unfair (not FCFS), and complacent. Unless you have 3 hours of business at WalMart, theyre gonna waste your time and wreck your day. Sloth enthusiasts should enjoy the show.

Got here at 9 AM on a Sunday got two new tires John was awesome in the tire center polite very informative of my tire options all around great service and respectful of my cars interlock device, great job guys!

Horrible service. If I could give them a negative rating I would. They dont even deserve a 1 star rating at all. Took my car in on 11/18/2020 for an oil change and to get a new battery. Well they snapped my battery terminal and tried not to take the blame. Spent 3-4 hours waiting and all they could tell me was it needed to be towed and that they had to file an insurance claim on it. Hope they plan on reimbursing me for everything cause it was a complete nightmare. Thankfully the tow truck driver took it to AutoZone and fixed it for me. I will NEVER get any kind of service done on my car there again!!!!

This is a horrible nasty and dirty Walmart. Walmart should get this place under control.

Good personal service in the store. The people behind the counter seem to know what theyre doing. Just dont try to call and ask a question cuz that may take a while to get an answer. Automotive department is clean and well laid out. They carry a good a good selection. And the automotive center shelves are kept stocked.

The 2 guys working the day I was there were fantastic. Totally impressed.

Unless you want to wait 3-4 hours and overpay far more than even the other Walmarts charge for tires and oil changes, dont come here. You can go to any local tire shop and get better tires, with a warranty for a better price. Plus, not have to wait for hours and hours.

The Hard Working, Curtious Staff in the Automotive Department are Very Rare. They go Above and Beyond the call for Customer Service to accommodate their customers and community. Where other stores have turned my wife and I away because they closed in 20 min, Glen and his team have always rose to the occasion. I believe the Automotive Managers name is Sheila and she has got a Phenomenal team. Thank you

Didnt place my oil cap on AFTER MY OIL CHANGE....OIL spewed everywhere under my CLEAN hood.. They didnt compensate me or even attempt to clean THE OIL MESS UP UNDER MY CARS CLEAN HOOD! ALSO DIDNT NOTICE UNRIL MY OIL LIGHT CAME ON AND THE TANK WAS BONE DRY!! IT COULD HAVE CAUSED A LOT OF DAMAGE FOR ME!!! SHAME ON WAL-MARTS AUTO CENTER!!

Reviews are everything. I have to travel to get anything done. Reviews tell me which direction and which business I will spend my time and money . Will not be going to this super center for my tires

They make you wait in your car while they try and ignore you. Finally a guy came over to help me. I just needed a oil change and then messed up my car. Oil was leaking under my car in the parking lot before I started it. I had to wait even longer to get new oil and they tried to charge me again. Theyre slow dont waste your time or money at this one. They dont have a clue.

Stanley took care of our flat tire after Pep Boys just down the street couldnt...it was about 7:45 PM. Great job!

Took my truck here to change a flat and i have a bolt missing. He asked why and I told him that one was stuck I had to break it off. So I leave and never got a call about my truck being finished. Turns out they didnt change the tire because the bolts are to tight... Ive changed the tire since then they didnt even try. Plus it was Chloe to closing time. Never going here again and dont mention any past problems or they wont fix it apparently....

I have bought lots of tires here and have always had good service and good prices. Good quality tires.

They did a great job on my car, but it took a lot longer than Id have hoped. Busy on Sundays

Went to this one, because it was the only one that said it was open until 9. Got there and they had closed at 7. Apparently they have new hours.

The most unorganized and chaotic place i ever been too. dont waste your mny and time. they cant even test a battery

Was told it closes at 9. Drove here with half empty tire just to find out they close at 7 now.

Description says they close at 9, so I called to be sure. They said I would be good if I made it at 8:30 so I drove 20 minutes and got there at 8:15 only for some crotchety mechanic to tell me they closed shop at 8. I told him what I was told on the phone and he told me to leave.

Horrible customer service and they work like snails. Waited 2 hours

Ordered 2 tires came in to get them mounted and balanced. Took about 2 hours they finally return to me. I look at one tire, and relized it was on backwards (tires say outside and to inside) I look at the other one and same thing! Then I get to looking at my receipt and relize they failed to put road hazzard on my bill! I sorrybut left me with bad experience.

Like all tire shops lots of hidden fees. Basically you have to add $20 to each tire.

Auto Care center is closed when the rest of the store is open. Makes no sense when you have to go elsewhere. Walmart doesnt care about customers.

They worked quickly despite being obviously short staffed and extremely busy.

An employee from.auto center raised his voice, lost his temper reacting violently slamming a sliding glass window! shattering it to the ground!!after my inquiry about fixing a flat tire that was taking too long!!! He is potentially a big violence hazard for Wal-Mart and customers
