I went to Bethany Imports on a recommendation from a friend. The owner was to order me a transfer case and a seal for the transmission for my Toyota Sequoia. I had been quoted $900 but he only ended up charging me $650+ tax. I had to put down a $100 deposit and come pick it up in four days. I even bought a couple impulse buy pairs of sunglasses as well. I wish he would have had the people he ordered the transfer case from leave the dang actuator attached to the transfer case. The actuator has been nothing but a headache for me since we went and picked the transfer case up. I found out the actuator by itself is sold for $1500.00. I only need to replace two seals on the darn thing but I have to buy the whole thing not just the seals.

I am giving Byron a thumbs up on his knowledge and politeness when I called about a part for my vehicle, this gentleman has knowledge and experience, his character in just having a conversation with me was as if I were talking to a guy who cares about what customers are doing with repairs on their vehicles, instead of just saying no we dont have what youre looking for he gave me some suggestions on what I could do to fix my vehicle, when you need a real parts person for foreign cars, hes someone to talk to.

Paul got me wheel for my car....stayed overtime for me to get there, really friendly great service.

I had a problem with my VW battery not charging and so I took it up here to see if I could get some answers and they delivered!
