Brought 2 cars at 9:15am & 10am in to Bob Howard one to Honda the other to Nissan...Honda service (Oil & tire rotation) went smooth and efficiently. But Nissan service tech kept the Nissan til closing 3:45pm. Did not do all of his duties(20k miles package)topping off levels and he did not know the brake fluid machine was not working or and he did not know how to work machine(he said he was not trained on that equipment)?Yes you can contact me or leave me a contact person
Chad was so helpful in finding me and my family a vehicle. Im confident because of the extra leg work he did, we will have reliability on the road. He even got us a loaner when our new vehicle was gonna be in the service department for a few days. Brad, in financing, was equally as helpful. He helped us get the lowest possible payment with the lowest term limit on the loan. I will definitely use Bob Howard Nissan for my next vehicle purchase.
Evan, the sales associate was professional, kind and knowledgeable of the vehicle. He gave me a brief tutorial of how to use the touch screen, yes my first car with fancy gadgets. Vaughn (spelling?) the finance associate was wonderful. He was also kind & professional. I would recommend family & friends to visit Bob Howard. I will return when the time comes to purchase a vehicle for my kids.

I love my 2021 Murano. It is a beautiful design and I bought it because of its safety features. My 15 year-old granddaughter is getting her permit this year to learn to drive. I wont be nervous about her driving. I just want to Thank everyone at Ob Howard Nissan for the great kindness they showed me. It was so fast and easy to get approved for my car. Once again thank you for a wonderful car buying experience.
Had a flat tire changed and locking lug nuts removed. Why they didnt put the tire back under the car I will never know. Will call for an appt. Smh
10/8/2021Im only giving this review one star because zero isnt available. The service center at Bob Howard Nissan is the worst run establishment we have ever dealt with! We have used Bob Howard Toyota, both sales and service for years. They are a well-oiled machine. Always punctual, easy to schedule appointments wit, etc. Bob Howard Nissan, on the other hand is a total joke and has been run poorly for years. My husband and our daughter both own Nissans and unfortunately, due to recalls, have had to take their vehicles to Bob Howard Nissan. Our daughter, who is single and needs a car for work, had to leave her car there for FOUR DAYS before they received the part needed to fix the recall, even though she had talked to them previously and they knew when she was bring it in. My husband thought he schedule an appointment to have his cars recall fixed, but when he arrived was told the appointment time on their website is really only a check-in time and he would need to wait 3-4 hours for service!!! What the heck??? Why even have a website for service? My question: Why can Bob Howard Nissan not use the same service program that Bob Howard Toyota service uses? Im sure someone from Toyota would share how it works and teach the idiots at Nissan what to do. This is totally unacceptable and Im shocked that the Bob Howard Corporation would continue to let this Nissan dealership tarnish their name. Please reply to this review. I cant wait to hear the reasons why this is acceptable!Just FYI…My husband e-mailed Barrett Determan giving him both his email address as well as his phone number on October 10th. Today is October 23rd and we still haven’t heard from him. Please don’t say you want more information about a situation and then do nothing to follow through. Reminds me of this Nissan service center.
I would recommend this service department.I appreciate the effort to help with my issue, however, the problem was not solved and I had to drive back to Memphis concerned that my car might shut off at any moment. Now I’m out $285 and I still have to take it to Nissan here in Memphis and will probably be out another $400- $600.They did warn me ahead of time that it would be a temporary fix, but it didn’t last even 30 minutes.Again, I appreciate the crew trying to help since they didn’t have the part in stock. Everyone was incredibly nice. They did inform me that I would should be fine to make it back home, which helped ease some angst.I would like to make it clear that is was in no way something wrong with any Nissan parts. Take Five changed my air filter and severely messed up my car. Thank you for all of your hard work to try and help!
I recently wrote a scathing review about this dealership. Now that I reached the right person, I was able to get the service I needed. Garrett, the general manager, was able to resolve my problems. He made a special effort to help me and instructed his team to get the situation resolved. I gave 3 stars here because of the inconvenience when I first left my car, but if Garrett’s example becomes the norm, my future ratings will increase. I am happy that my vehicle is repaired and I will return to this dealership in the future. Thanks to Garrett and his team!
Best car service experience Ive ever had! Took my car there for help kind of accidentally since it was nearby in the moment my car was having trouble, but I plan to go back every time I need car maintenance now! They are incredibly patient, go out of their way to break down the car talk to where I can understand it, and are quick communicators. I walked in so flustered and overwhelmed and every person I was in contact with was patient and ready to help. I didnt catch everyone by name, but Chris and Angela definitely went above and beyond on communicating with me (there was also a really kind and patient older gentleman up front that I loved). I normally feel out of place and defensive in oil changes or shops, but not here. I felt comfortable to ask any stupid questions and take my time. Im used to that icky salesman vibe, but these people were transparent and genuine. I cannot emphasize enough how taken care of I feel, which really made a bad day more manageable. 10/10 in my book. A loyal customer was created from this experience! Is there anything they could do better? Stock the waiting area fridge with diet dr. pepper, because that is my favorite soda and I will 100% be back.

This was my first time to come to Bob Howard dealership. I thought the service guy was very nice and took care the time to help me. I just came in for an oil change and they were very efficient. I was in and out in no time.
I dont usually write reviews, but I definitely couldnt pass this one up. From the moment I walked in, Gary was absolutely nothing but polite to me. He was very helpful, and straight forward. He even found me in the waiting area to give me an update on my car. As for service, my car was certainly in a better condition than when I arrived! I didnt have an appointment, but I was in and out in less time than I was expecting! I didnt buy my car at Bob Howard, but the way Gary treated me while I was there, will definitely make me consider coming to purchase a car here in the future. For now, Ill definitely be back whenever I need service!
I recently bought a used vehicle from Massa here at Bob Howard Nissan. The antenna looked weird, like it had been glued on, but I was reassured that the radio and everything worked fine and if it didn’t I could bring it back and have it fixed. Fast forward a couple days and the radio and navigation start cutting out and after calling everyday for 2 weeks Bob Howard says they won’t do anything to fix it. It’s a $1500 issue. Bottom line is we were misled and lied to, I won’t ever do business here again. So buyer beware, unless you’re okay with being hung out to dry after they get their money.
Needed an inexpensive car for daughter, found one and bought it and while there I saw a New Leaf on showroom, had been looking for one in past and surprised there was a one there. They made both purchases fair and timely.
Our salesman, Justin, was exceptional. He knew most, if not all, the details about the vehicles we looked at. If he wasn’t sure about something he made sure to find out for us. He made our experience great. Kelly also worked with us to ensure we received the payment we were hoping for.
If your expectation is that they fix your car, then 5 stars. I was only called twice the two weeks my car was there. Once a week in to tell me they had a car for me to drive and the second time, a week later, telling me my car was done. I would call and they would act like I should have already known what they were telling me. When I went to pick up my car I was left with 0 gas and had to climb over from my passengers seat because they parked the car next to me so close and it was dead.
My salesman Ryan was awesome. Very informative about the vehicle I purchased. Also was very professional.
The service department was efficient and friendly and got my car in and out faster than originally stated! I just thought there prices were a little high just to have them look at my air conditioner. I couldn’t afford to have them fix it. It would have cost me to much in labor!
Spoke with Gary over the phone to schedule a maintenance appointment. He was pleasant and very forthcoming with information. I sought him out upon my arrival the next day. He was equally as pleasant and helpful with letting me know what they were doing throughout my wait. He also made some recommendations of upcoming maintenance and prices if I decide to return. Appreciative of the good customer service and would definitely recommend.
After a bad bait and switch at another dealership in Shawnee we found this place awesome. Everyone was nice, very helpful, and very no pressure. I talked to Chad over the phone who got us set up with Ryan and he was great. In all honesty everyone was nice. They had exactly what we wanted and it was even a bit cheaper.
Fast service, arranged time slot on their web site, and they were expecting me when I arrived. Nice waiting room, very good service advisor. 10/10, would do again.

I went in today for an oil change and ended up spending $534 for service that should have been already done before buying the car. I purchased the car in March of 2021 and was told that oil change was done will be needed in a few months. I have been on time with my monthly payments every month. The service people were nice but I feel I have been taken advantage of, yes I had the option of having the additional service done but it should have been done prior to me buying the car.

My particular requests needed most of the day to complete, and the associate team made sure I was comfortable and taken care of while they completed the work. Cody met me at the door and found out what I needed. I was early for my appointment time, but did not have to wait to get started. I bought my Nissan at this dealership and have had all of the service done here. My car runs like new and everything works great. It is approaching 50,000 miles. The waiting area here is very comfortable. I really like that they list all of the checking that they do on your vehicle. And when they find something that needs to be addressed, they explain how much time and/or miles that you have before it MUST be done. Prices here are reasonable also.
I specifically asked about the timing and stated I have 1.5 hours I absolutely do not have 3 hours to wait for and oil change, tire rotate and brake flush. I had an appointment. I was assured less than 1.5 hours no problem. 3 hours later, I checked out. Angela is fantastic, servics is great,, but I will have to go elsewhere due to disrespect of my time, for the 2nd time.
Chris was amazing from start to finish. We really like how hed texted us updates on our car while it was at the dealership. Always answered our questions and called back if he said he was going to. Great customer service!!!!
The girl in the service shop (black hair, tattoos) is completely rude. Have had to deal with her on two separate occasions, and it will be our last. Each time it seems we feel blamed for something going wrong it when we have questions to ask. Just because she cant answer our questions doesnt mean we should be degraded. I think customers should feel appreciated when bringing their business, not intimidated. Decided to spend more money to bring our business elsewhere. Im sure that sales staff is great, never bought a car there. After dealing with this lady, I can guarantee I wont be buying a vehicle there.If you want to feel appreciated, and to have your questions answered clearly and appropriately, I suggest taking the extra drive down to Orr Nissan when getting service done. They really took care of us today.
I was going to have routine servicing on my car, when unexpectedly the car needed to be towed in. Cody, the service tech, worked with me to prioritize the problems, listened to my concerns and kept me informed. What normally would have been a very long and stressful day turned out very well. It was a long day, but I left feeling confident about the repairs, we were able to address all issues with the car and the maintenance needed. Everyone was kind, respectful and Cody is a class young man. Thank you.

I purchased a used vehicle from Bob Howard Nissan on Thursday July 15th and had to bring it back the very next day on Friday.The vehicle was a white 2016 Chevy Silverado 1500 with 145,000 miles on it.On the way home from the dealership which is about a 45 minute drive I experienced a number of issues with the vehicle they sold me.It had no A/C, when you got on the highway and hit around 60 mph you can hear a catching/grinding noise coming from somewhere under the vehicle. Most likely a transmission issue as it feels like it is slipping as well, and on top of that the vehicle was not balanced and shook badly.The very short around the block test drive did not display these issues.I asked if they would take the faulty vehicle back and they refused and said they would fix everything.A week later, they fixed the A/C, but could not find an issue with the grinding noise even though a tech rode with me and acknowledged there was an issue with the vehicle.I was then advised to simply keep driving the vehicle until the condition got worse or a code was thrown.So now I am just driving what was supposed to be a great new to me vehicle with the worry that any given day I drive it I will be left stranded because they refuse to take back the faulty vehicle they sold me.I would never purchase from Bob Howard Nissan again, nor would I advise anyone to buy a vehicle from here.
I really like this place! This was the 2nd car that I’ve bought here and I’ve driven from Tulsa both times to do it. Good sales staff. My salesman Kelly was great. Good vehicle selection too. They’ve got just about everything! Good quality.

Called to make an appointment for an oil change. Got the car in promptly when I arrived. The wait was not terribly long. Not a bad wait room. TV, wifi, close bathrooms, vending machines, power station. fair price for what they did.My second visit: Called to schedule an appointment. They set it up for 7:30 am and said to show up early. I live 2 hours away but arrived at 7:15 only to be told that the technicians dont get to work till 8. Apparently some one out of state does the scheduling. Wish Whoever that was knew more about what was going on, but what are you going to do?They took about 2 hours for diagnostics. Told me they found the problem and had the part in house. Took an hour to do.I noticed they vacuumed out my car afterwards, so that was a nice touch.

I have purchased at least 5 vehicles from Bob Howard Nissan. I do my homework and every time I drive away in a new vehicle. Everyone from the first sales person to the new car manager to GM are always helpful and knowledgeable and ready to find a way to make the process of purchasing a vehicle easy with a successful result. Only thing I wish would change is the wait times between initial offers and the final one but I realize it’s a paperwork process

Horrible experience!!! I came from Pampa, Tx and purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado that was listed on your website. There was a lot of miscommunication between your shop mechanic and your sales rep. Ours happened to be Massamba and he worked to the best of his ability, however, we had every problem at the moment. At the time of us viewing the truck it was in the shop waiting on a “spacer” that was needing placed in but wasn’t going to be there till Monday the 23rd. It was having a shaking problem due to the spacer needed so they gave us the run around for a couple hours on letting us test drive it. I was told the mechanic didn’t want no one driving it but was told we could that it would just need an alignment afterwards. We get into the truck and the power for the drivers seat does NOT work..as well as a broken rear view mirror they said they would order. I texted Massamba Monday as we were heading out that way (as he requested). Everything sounded like it was fine until we drove from PAMPA TX to your dealership Monday evening only to discover the seat not working and after a test drive the shaking was still happening. Also the driver window did not roll back up I’m assuming because the fuse was misplaced or not in having to due with the seat not working. We drove back 3 hours empty handed. We’ve been very upset about it as we have lost time and money over this. I thought it was very important to be aware of how this was handled.

Figured it would be best to break up the problems I faced into a list which you will find below:1) For some reason, the salesman needed more than 3 hours in order to appraise the car we brought as a trade-in and to put together a quote on a Nissan Kicks S configuration for us which was then expedited (3 hours still wasnt enough time to get a quote put together according to the salesman) because we tried to leave and couldnt get our keys back from the sales team2) We were informed that our car (which had an expected trade-in value of $1500 on a lower end model than what we took to the dealership on Kelly Blue Book) could not be traded in for anything more than $1000 and that we were crazy for suggesting it could be more by not only the salesman but his boss too3) The car we were looking at had an MSRP of a little over $19k which was being sold at the lot for a little over $21k. To me, this says there may be room for negotiation. Instead, the quote we got back was $23k (with the $1000 off for the trade-in) with both the salesman and his boss claiming that they would not negotiate down below that even with a $1000 downpayment added on4) When we asked why the price suddenly went up from a little over $21k to $23k, both the salesman and his boss decided it was a good idea to pretty much call us stupid for thinking we could get the car for anything less than their overly inflated number. Last I checked, thats not a good way to try and sell a car5) (this one does feed into the first one but I decided i wanted to make it into its own section of the list) The salesman decided to prioritize a group that came in after us and had us wait in the lobby with the claim that he would be right back with the quote and appraisal. This happened about 30 minutes after we arrived and was part of the reason we decided we wanted to leave 2.5 hours later when he was still only working with them and claiming our quote wasnt done yet. The fact that we even waited that long should tell you that we were serious about wanting to buy a car, but apparently the salesman was not interested in selling to usOverall, I would say Im never going to shop at a Bob Howard dealership again and I will make sure to inform everybody I know to stay away as well so they dont have to waste their time with rude staff and bad deals.

My son purchased his 2nd car from the this dealership, from the same sales man. He bought a new car. The car needs new pistons after 1 day of ownership. He took it to the Bob Nissan dealership and they said the problem with the car was low grade fuel (which they put in when he took possession of the car). My son explained that the car shook and was hard to drive, and it was a concern since he had a 600 mile drive the next day. The service department checked it out, and advised him to drive it until the low grade fuel was used and fill it up with premium gasoline. He did but the car was no better. He arrived at his destination, barely, and the Nissan dealership there told him his piston needed replacing. This is BAD business,. Shame on you.

I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and I was told the car would be ready by Friday but as Friday has come and gone I still have no car. At 3:00 friday afternoon I called and the lady told me they were working on it and that’s all the information I could get. After continuing to wait I decided to go in and check for myself and the guy at the desk informed me that it would not be ready today. Not only is it a Friday so I have no car for the weekend but, nobody called to inform me that my car wouldn’t be done. I am very dissatisfied and would recommend taking your car to another place if transparency is important to you as a customer.
Angela was exceptional from beginning to end. She never once forced any repairs on me. Very pleasant to talk to her and hear empathy in her tone. Thank you for making this experience awesome.

I knew the exact car I needed and told salesman 24 hrs in advance. Had preapproved loan when I came in all I had to do was drive around the block and pick a color. 4 hrs later I walked out with no car. When I did get it 3 days later you had torn all the papers and stickers off my car and glued a dealer badge to it . All without my permission. I don’t like people messing with the things I own especially a 26000 car

Service department was ok chris was wonderful car hasnt had problems. But sales can use some work i was given the run around and forgotten about an when I told them I was leaving after 40 minutes of waiting I got stopped by two people an just poorly treated on sales end . I have walked into that showroom twice an was never greeted i dont know if i look like i couldnt afford a car or was worth there time but i only drive nissans make my payments on time every month I think I will stick with Bob moore nissan for me car sales needs. The only reason I went here was because my car was having issues an bob moore couldnt get to it as fast as yall.chris was wonder and had a great personality so I went to your service department.
Took my murano in for oil change before a long trip and to have everything checked over and met Gary, I think he is a new service advisor and he really went above and beyond and I was really impressed at his kindness and for making me feel like I was an important customer.
No one washed my car, the 15% discount was not added as advised in the email & when it was time to pick my car up, no one knew where it was… it was raining & just a mess! / Sept 2021 update: I went in for a oil change and tire rotation, and they called me and said we cannot do your tire rotation because we cannot find the key lock and I said this is the 2nd or 3rd time you all have asked me this… the last time I was there I said please make a note that the key lock will be in the pink change purse in the arm rest… then I get the car and the seat is still covered in plastic, the paper floor mat is still in my car, plus the light for the tire pressure is on and no one said anything to me and the car is not vacuumed or washed. It is common courtesy to remove the plastic from the seat, paper floor mat, make sure any instrument cluster lights that are on are off or at least advise customers why the light is on and if they want service for it, and ask customers if they would like a wash/vacuum. I drive from Spencer to Edmond, we will not be going to the Midwest City location. This is my 2nd Nissan from Houston, I would never buy from Edmond or have my vehicle serviced there again.

Do not take your car here!!!!! I have been waiting almost 2 months to have a stuck sunroof cover fixed. They have had the part to fix the issue since March 22nd but I keep being told its is because they are waiting for a loaner car but no one ever calls me back to update me on anything. I was originally told I would need a loaner car because it can take a couple days to fix this issue but the last time I called I was told I hadnt gotten a loaner car yet because it could take several weeks, to a month to fix this issue and they were giving the loaner cars to people who would only need it a couple hours. This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a car dealership. If they didnt want to fix my car I would have preferred if they just said that instead of wasting months of my time.

Chris was super efficient and friendly and explained what was going on in my car in a way that was not demeaning or belittling. I felt heard and the service to fix my car was fast and easy. I came in after having trouble with my battery (installed elsewhere incorrectly) to get a second opinion and diagnostic. I feel like I left with a little more knowledge about my car and confidence that it would operate correctly. I will be coming back for all maintenance services in the future. Thanks Chris!
If I could leave a negative star I would. We bought the car on 5-5-21. We didn’t get possession of the car until 5-13-21. The car did need a new mirror. The finance person quoted one price for the extended warranty and wrote it for a different price. We were at the dealership from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm. They kept giving us the run around of when we could get the car. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
I worked with Ryan and DJ to purchase my new Altima. I felt zero pressure to make on the spot decisions and they were accommodating to what I wanted in my car, which meant having to have a car brought in from another location for me. They did exactly what they told me theyd do, which hasnt always been my experience when buying cars in the past. Based on this experience, Ill look at Bob Howard Nissan first when looking for my next car.

Outstanding customer service! I needed a part for my vehicle and was unable to bring it in to locate the part I needed. I sent a picture and they figured out what I needed to get on the road again. They let me know when the part came in and had it on the counter when I got there. Thank you Bob Howard for going the extra mile to take care of your customers.

Purchased a Nissan Maxima 3 months ago and the engine is already needing replaced. Currently, I am seeking legal counsel to make them honor their warranty as they are not fulfilling the warranty. I purchased a warranty and roadside assistance. Roadside assistance left me on the side of the highway for over 1 1/2 hours. A police officer called a tow for me and had me off the road in 15 minutes. Horrible service. They sell lemon cars and dont honor their warranty.
Scott was awesome to work with and got me in the car I wanted. The process was easy and much more efficient than other dealers I have been to. The finance department was also amazing. To be honest I hate the car buying process, but they made it enjoyable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car.

I contacted BH Nissan to see if they had a car that i was looking for. They call me back within 10 minutes with information on a car exactly like what I was looking for. We scheduled a test drive and within two hours I had purchased a new car at the price I wanted to pay.

Gerry was awesome. The finance guys were very detailed with what was being charged and what I was getting. They had to repair my heater control module (used vehicle) and Lucas in service was awesome. Sales staff was very friendly and knowledgable. I traded in my existing car a 2017 Armada for a 2020 Pathfinder. The process was very easy.
