Kelly and Larry are two great guys that greet and guide you in finding the right OEM part. I bought a reman Nissan Murano transmission during my last visit. Will be there for more Mopar and Toyota parts tomorrow. I highly recommend PDC for all your OEM parts needs.

Parts are cheaper here than at the stealership. They had what I need in stock so I didnt have to wait for them to order and come back for it

Ive been buying parts from Mike M. for years now and he never seems to disappoint. He always keeps our shop updated on parts status, stays on top of credits, and double checks the VIN number so that we always receive the correct parts for our repair. Everything I just mentioned is vital in the collision industry and could make or break a vehicle going home on time. They overwork their employees for scarce pay. The employees try so hard to serve their customers but can only do so much when order pickers are leaving. God bless the workers and I hope they find better work.

Delivered here. The guys are cool and they helped me alot after getting screwed by broker. Got loaded in GM Roanoke, TX and did not tell me I had to unload full truck. Never delivering here again though. No overnight parking

Does anyone work here??? Noone answers the phone you call Mikes line and he sends you to voice mail and never calls back... you call the main number and it just rings and rings then send you in a loop again

Always have exactly what I need for OEM parts. Use the internet, figure out your part number and tell the dealership where to stick it. This place has never left me disappointed.

Nobody must work here. Over a hour on hold and still nothing @ 230pm on business day.Then keep getting passed around to a different knucklehead every time and then hold again. Spent almost 2 hours on hold and got nowhere.

Great place to go when you need OEM parts. Anybody can purchase parts here. You can also call ahead. You will spend a while on hold but they can tell you if the part is in stock. If it isnt, they can often get it the next day.

Called to order replacement sun visors for my 2008 Honda Civic. Friendly customer service and excellent help in finding the exact parts and color to match my interior. Was able to watch a YouTube video (recommended by the sales person), remove faulty ones and install new visors all by myself! -- proud Grandma! Thanks Bob Howard! You just saved me over $300 from what it was going to cost at the dealership!

Ive only been here once, and I dont know much about it, but my impression is that they provide OEM vehicle parts. When I went here I walked into the sales area, and there were at least six sales associates behind the counter. Most of them were on the phone, but no one said Hello or Ill be right with you. Customer service could be better...

Slow as always

Dont know what has happened recently used to have excEllenton customer service but of 5 different occasions in the past couple months every time I call I get transferred to the automated wait line and then get hung up on. On 2 of these times I have heard someone pick the phone up and drop it back down. I dont have time to run up there and wait for a part to be pulled. Prices and available selection are outstanding and I used to never have an issue... Just seems like nobody cares about the people who are calling in to make orders.Update from 10 months previous: Dont know what happened but somebody heard something! Customer service has been outstanding each time I have had to call. Quick and helpful. Good place to get OEM parts your needing quickly!

If they dont have what you need they will order it for you but you will get it

We have been buying parts from PDC since we opened our business 1 year ago.

Called an hour a head (835am) for a part, showed up at 930am to pick it up, wasnt pulled and people coming in behind me were getting their parts almost immediately. We buy alot of parts from this place and am dissatisfied with service. Severely inefficient. Went down the street to a dealership paid $30 more dollars and had it in hand immediately.

Customer service was above and beyond. Fast service. Great prices.

If you want parts availability nationwide, you better have the Vehicle Identification Number before you call, friendly-in house environment.

You better hope that you dont need any parts warrantied from here, you will not get it. Returned a part for warranty back in may or june and still have not received credit for it, so it looks like I am out almost 300 bucks. Spoke with rep about it a month ago and he said he would take care of it and nothing happened. So you might as well get ready to take it to small claims court if you want any satisfaction for warranty on parts. Looks like thats the next step for me.

This place sucks!!!!!! i was just told that i couldnt buy 500$ in parts i needed because i didnt have an account number... the guy said he was just a clerk and shouldnt really have to worry about this but its something the company wanted him to do. Worst customer service i have EVER experienced. I will quit recommending this place from here on out if thats the kind of trash they keep around.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered parts and they called the next day and said they were in at 10:00am. I showed up at 12:50pm and had to wait another 30 minutes before I got the parts. You would think if you were going to call someone you would at least have the parts ready when that person showed up. This place is a joke when it comes to customer service
