Don’t go there to fix your car/truck!We took our business truck to them to fix a problem they caused another one that has been a big issue. Whether we have an appointment or not they don’t start working till next day without giving time frame of when they will finish. Our first visit took 21 days, and we are still suffering from the defect they caused. Save your time and money and go somewhere else
My salesman was great, Richard. Very friendly easy to get along with. My only problem is that once we had negotiated on a price and I told them I was using my own financing another member of the sales team (can’t remember) if he said he was the manager or not tried to tell me that unless I used their financing that the price may increase. Needless to say I was pretty mad and almost walked away from the deal entirely. Came back about ten minutes later saying they would still honor the original agreed upon price. That situation just put a bad taste in my mouth and just seemed like bad customer service even for a car dealership. Like I said before salesman was great but I probably won’t be back and will tell everyone if asked about my opinion of this dealership
I had a really great experience with the service department! I brought it in and they jumped to help! Everyone was so kind and answered all my questions. I had to leave my jeep there for a week and I got an update everyday from them.
I dealt with Cameron (sales rep) and Taylor (sales manager). I highly recommend both of them. Very professional. Each time I came to the dealership Cameron had vehicles picked out and ready for me to test drive. In between visits he always followed up and would send possible matches meeting my criteria. Taylor helped at the end of the deal and made the final piece of the process extremely easy and painless. I had a terrible experience with a different dealership just before this and was thrilled with the difference with Bob Howard CJDR.
I was sold a $30K car from this dealership on Monday and paid extra for an extended warranty. The next night when I looked under the hood I found out that they sold me a vehicle that has had the catalytic converters removed. In case you didn’t know, it’s illegal (47 OK §47-12-423) to drive a car that has the catalytic converters removed. I called the dealership about this and they told me to bring it in and they’d fix it, got to the dealership and was bounced around to about five different people just to be told that would not be fixing the exhaust. As you can imagine I am extremely frustrated because I was sold a vehicle that is not road legal, and the dealership has now told me if I want the exhaust to be legal, it’s on my own dime.
I took my car to the service department for it to be looked at. The first gentleman my husband spoke with said he will not start my car because he is going on vacation so he passed the car to another gentleman. I have not received any updates regarding my car, no one knows what is going on, I keep being told I have a different advisor. My car has been at the service department sitting for almost a week and they have yet to start working on my car. Each time I call they tell me they don’t have any updates and they do not know what is going on. I am very dissatisfied with this service department.

I walked in with a few questions about the vehicle warranty on my Ram 1500. I then asked about making an appointment for a scheduled service and was informed I didn’t need an appointment and I could wait for the service to be completed. I was quite impressed with comfort and cleanliness of the waiting area. The service department personnel were friendly and efficient. This was truly a five star experience.
I bought a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee last week! The salesperson Nic was amazing and took great care of us. So did the Sales manager they did everything before we even came up there! The finance manager was a little rude because we didn’t finance through them but I guess that was expected. All the sales people are fantastic though and I love my Jeep!
Herman did talk me into more of a truck than I needed but I’m happy he did. He treated me with with such dignity and respect I was extremely happy. He even called me at to find out if had a problem any programming the new things in trucks they have now days. I was but with his help it was no problem. The lady who helped with the financing was also a very nice and helpful person. A great place to shop.

I was impressed with the quickness of being greeted. Asked if there was anything else that I needed to be done. There was and they had no issues with the request. The waiting area was large, comfortable and with three TVs I wasnt forced to watch something holdrum. Restrooms close by and coffee bar. Waited a little over an hour and was provided a thorough multi-point report on other things needing attention. I was really impressed with the whole service. Loving the Jeep Wave experience and the service at Bob Howard Jeep. Got my first oil/filter change and tire rotation today….for free. Also asked to change out the rear cargo 12 volt to all-time battery. Changed fuse for me…for free. Then, they washed my Grand Cherokee for me…for free!
My jeep ( I LOVE MY JEEP) was doing something weird. I drove it straight to Bob Howard. They got me in immediately and looked over my Jeep and drove it, too. I booked online and nowhere did it state the service department had moved into another building so I sat at the old place trying to find someone to help me. I finally called the service department and was told they’ve been their since 7am and couldn’t understand why I was having trouble, they offered no explanation or helpful advice. I finally flagged down someone in the parking lot who told me where the new service department was located. Once I found the new location it went well from there on. The new waiting area is very nice and comfortable and the service didn’t take long.
We took our vehicle in for servicing not really knowing what was wrong. They talked us through everything, gave us accurate price quotes and communicated well through the service. Our first experience at a dealership since moving, and it was very positive. We will definitely work with Bob Howard again in the future!
I made an appointment for another dealership online for my check engine light. When I arrived to that dealership I was told that the wait would be 1-2 days. I was highly disappointed, so I called Bob Howard and they were able to get me in the same day, diagnose my issues and fix my car before 5:30. I am very pleased with the service I received. Usually I have a awesome experience when I come here this last time I went wasnt there best service. I got an alignment and my car still pulls to the right and I also paid for a balance and tire rotation but I can tell it wasnt done either on top of waiting almost 3 hours for poor service.
We purchased two work vans on a Saturday. The process was quick, easy and the General Manager even took the time to make sure all our needs were met. Everything was done to ensure a first class experience! We highly recommend them for your vehicle needs.

My wife initially came in to drive a 2017 Toyota tundra and we ended up seeing a 2019 Toyota tundra but it was on a different lot and Cameron went out of his way to go grab that truck so we can test drive it and it ended up being the one that I drove home I really appreciate his hard work and due diligence and making our experience a good one

I had a very honest salesman, Zackary Forbes. He had Integrity which I have seldom found at a car dealership with my life experiences. He was great! I will use him on my next car purchase if he is still selling cars in a couple of years.Also, I took my new auto back the next day to pick up some extra items for my new car and the service department was so friendly and took care of me quickly. I was able to complete my service within my lunch hour.
We went to Bob Howard Keep because my wife saw an advertisement for a 2021 Jeep Cherokee they were advertising. When we got there they said they did not have that jeep any longer but they could get one sent from Tulsa. They did have one exactly like the one my wife wanted except it was blue. The cost was 22k.In discussing the price of the Jeep we were buying, the salesman refused to sell us the vehicle for 22k. We paid 25k because my wife wanted that vehicle. In hindsight we should have just left. We wont be buying any more vehicles from Bob Howard dealerships. Enjoy your extra 3k.

I bought a 2021 Ram 3500 that I just love. My salesman Patrick is great to work with he listened to what I wanted and when the truck that matched what I wanted he let me know. It didnt have side steps direct from the factory, Patrick knew this was something I really wanted so he arranged to have them installed at the dealership. Excellent customer service. At first had some difficulties with the service. The guy said he would make it right after leaving him a negative review. They didnt make it right and after leaving him a negative survey evaluation he called and complained and said he did his best but still never made things right. There’s other dealerships to go. My buddy had work done at bob Howard GMC and said it was the same experience. Would recommend any other dealer in town

So I had my truck at bay chrysler of Panama city FL. A week ago...with an engine code and loss of power r...well they told me code went away on its own and the technician didnt notice anything unusal....forward a few days....towing my rv to OKC...I had loss of power and bad vibration...and the engine light came back on....within a day and half they found fixed and had me back on the road....awesome job...thank you. I will add that they are very concerned about their customers. Bay county chrysler could learn a lot from this dealership....again thank you
If I could give 0 stars I would, I was referred to this location by acceleride to sell my vehicle outright in which a price was already agreed to over the phone. The offer was off by $250.00. Nonetheless, the manager was MENG, he was very rude and cared less to introduce himself. Poor customer service. If you try to sell or purchase just make sure it is not with the manager MENG. He will show no interest in making you a deal.

I’m glad everyone else’s buying experiences have been wonderful. I’m trying to shop via the internet. I call about a particular vehicle that’s shown as available. Apparently it’s not. Salesman was supposed to call back. Never did. Whoever in sales is eating while on the phone is rude. So I guess I’ll take my buying outside the state of Oklahoma.
Great experience; Tyler was our salesperson and Josh our finance rep. Both were professional and straightforward. They both made our purchase experience smooth and I felt comfortable in the current environment in terms of health and safety. Tyler was very responsive to our initial inquiry and we were able to get a lot done via text before I even headed to the dealership. Josh was great as well. He ran through many options available to us to make sure we were well informed, but did not push at all. If you are in the market for a car-check these guys out. We will bring our business back to them for sure!
The service was great. Getting a good part was terrible. After waiting for five days for part, part that came in was a bad part that was not identified as a used bad part. Ordered again and when received technician was already engaged with other repair. Technician left next day on vacation for four days. Finally got repair started and found mounting components also damaged by initial part. Ordered complete components and initiated replacement. All this was over a three week period and no suitable loaner was available. Automobile has less than 10000 miles at just over two years old. Never driven off the solid surface or in mud or snow. Very concerned about warranty period on failed part and vehicle.

I had a great experience from the start. Richard quickly returned my call after I filled out my on line inquiry. He was very detailed on what discounts and rebates I would and wouldn’t qualify for. His upfront approach was encouraging and made me decide to go in for a test drive. Soon arrive Richard was welcoming and professional. He made me comfortable and gave me honest answers to all my questions. He was able to get the deal done for me to stay within my spending limits on the exact vehicle I wanted. Took 5 days to fix an issue that probably took a few minutes to fix. It wouldnt have been so bad, but they had it for days for no reason and all they would say is we are getting ready to have a guy look at it. I am sure they are short staffed, but if thats the case make the appointments for a later time.
Overall great service. I left four stars due to pricing. Bob Howard is expensive compared to other dealerships in regards to maintenance cost.

The service department is a scam! They bring me in for a recall on my vehicle, proceed to tell me everything would be free of charge. Well, I take my vehicle there and then I get a phone call telling me there is something else wrong. They ask to take a look at it, never mentioning the price. Ofcourse they end up charging me $182 for something Im sure was quite simple. Im pretty positive they upcharged me on this. Take your vehicle elsewhere!!!

Absolutely awful. Especially the service department. Lie after lie, nothing actually fixed. And some how after they replaced my oil pan gasket my car is having worse issues. Wont even run, shuts off while driving it. But they see nothing wrong. I asked them to drive the vehicle to make the code pop up that mistirously vanished while it was towed to them. Dude told me if he could get it to drive he would. 5 minutes earlier he tried to say it was running fine aside from the other issues I was having for the first time I took it it. I will never buy from them again, let alone use their service department complete disappointment. If I could leave no starts i would.

We discussed the items that would work with my budget and we agreed on specific services and repair. Tone then handed my vehicle off to Mr. Johnson, Certified Technician. He did an outstanding job in all the repairs. Tone put me in a loaner vehicle and communicated with me throughout the process. The Service Team went above and beyond in terms of their commitment, and I would recommend Bob Howard Chrysler Jeep to friends and family.

Yes they fixed my recall but when you here we will call you and let you know if theres a problem or it will take a couple of days to get a part . I have a problem when I dont here anything for two days not why you are keeping my car. Or it should be fixed by 10 and will call you I call and its 4. Just call let customers know something
Kevin was my service advisor for my 40,000 mile service on my 2018 Jeep Compass. He was helpful, kind, and made sure to update me with my car as it was being inspected and serviced. He even gave me his cellphone number and told me to call or text if I had any questions or concerns. To top off the experience, Kevin ran my car through a wash to knock the dirt off of it when I came to pick it up. 10/10 recommend. Was pushed into vechile after stating I wanna back out.. felt as if they just want a paycheck instead of really putting their customers into a nice ride. My vechile hasnt made it a month before having it break down. Not only Im having to call up there to see if my vechile has made it after being towed from my property. Which multiple employees stated they would be giving me a call back..

I was looking fir a new vehicle. I found a good one here but the salesman talked me into letting them see if Chrysler finance would do a loan. He took my keys so they could check our my old vehicle(14 year old minivan). They said to wait A FEW MINUTES to hear from Chrysler. After a couple more staff members saying “just a few more minutes” and my sitting “ in the box” for NEARLY THREE HOURS, I had to become very assertive to get my keys back and go home! This kind of salesmanship is 30+ years out of style!This past week I did buy —— at Bob Howard Toyota. So please avoid this sector of Bob Howard auto group. Salesman was George (I don’t recall last name. African American gentleman).

My daughter brought our Jeep in for service today for the first time. She has never done this on her own before, so she was a little nervous. Kevin was her service advisor and said it would be about two hours to get everything done. They got her out of there in an hour and washed the Jeep as well. She called us after she finished and said it was the easiest experience and will definitely bring it back next time. We live out of state and we are glad this dealership exists near where she goes to school. Kevin was great and really took care of her.
We couldnt have asked for a better service tech! Im not sure who helped but he was very informative & helpful. We had our 1st old change to our new Dodge Ram 2500 the bonus was the car wash! Well definently be back! Thank you to our Service Tech!!!
