Dont buy from these guys. Typical salespeople who arent honest and wont do the right thing. We bought a Honda Accord from them that had issues we were unaware of. We also overpaid for it due to the pandemic, which they used to their advantage.They supposedly did a 116 point inspection on the car, whatever that means. Then they pushed hard selling us an extended warranty, which isnt going to cover the issues we now have. Theres a radiator issue that needs to be fixed and we just found out 3 months later. Their inspection missed it and they take no responsibility. This issue was causing the hood of the car to not close properly. We brought it back the same day, as the hood popped up (a dangerous scenario) and they brushed it off and said you just have to use some force to close it. We took them at their word, and now need $1500 worth of work done (new radiator) that they wont take responsibility for. Never again will I buy from them.
I have never bought a car from here but I can tell you that anytime I call service for a question it seems like I know more or they cant give me an answer I am a 21 year old with some basic knowledge
We had such a great experience at this place, everything here felt good, and right, the sales representative, I think his name is Sam, and the finance representative: James assisted us with all our queries and went above and beyond. Honda was not even on our list, we were more inclined towards Toyota, but after having a careful consideration both Accord and CR-V felt perfect choice and after a test drive, finally decided to go with CR-V this time, next car will definitely be Accord, will definitely do Business with them again!Thanks! I came back to adjust this review. My initial review was done without reflecting on the experience. I had the privilege of purchasing a new vehicle from this dealership and dealt with an employee by the name of Zeff. He was fantastic and the finance department was also fantastic. The only thing keeping this score from 5 stars was the mix up of what vehicle they had on the lot. The one I confirmed I was wanting to look at was not there when I arrived but another one with a more favorable color was on the lot. Of course, the more favorable color was more expensive. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new Honda.

I have purchased a vehicle from Battison before and loved them. Went back yesterday to purchase another and possibly trade in mine and boy did they take a run at me! Their price online does not match what you see on the paper. Make sure you read the fine print and catch that $3,000 chip fee before you drive an hour to look at a car like we did. Salesman tried to tell us every one in the nation is charging that. Called 3 other dealerships and they are not charging chip fees for new cars. They also offered me WAY below market value for my trade. ( 2020 Toyota 4Runner with under 25k miles.) Then once I called them out on it, their resale numbers started to change real fast. Oh I can only sell that for low 30ks. Oh well maybe 38. I wont be going back here. I wanted to believe they were different. Most definitely not!

We had high expectations for they type of vehicle and price. With a growing family(6-missing our other 3), we needed space. We knew within some reason what we were looking for. We found a diamond! Kevin Epperson worked quickly, efficiently, and heard our wants and needs and did exactly tht without the stereo typical banter. He has great attention to details and is effective with individuals as well as family needs. Kevin was personable, helpful, quick(running from car to building to bring to us insisting on us not having to walk the lot). Although we did(needing steps-lol), he was happy to show us a great deal of comparison in an effort to eliminate effectively, options we don’t want. He simply listened and didn’t fight the will of the customer. As a previous car sales associate, I was genuinely impressed with how he handle a few of my pushbacks. He brought value and quality to the experience that I highly recommend to those in need of a vehicle. Frankly, even someone who may even need a friend or part time baby sitter-lol(held our son for a break for us). Kevin set us up with finance with a sense of Urgency and within 10-15 min we were blessed to have our experience with Alejandro(Alex). Battison Honda must be on a list of quality “hire-ability” because not one time did a single manager, as they do typically, come great us. Alejandro preformed the finance portion of the deal so well. Such a personable human as well. His work, efforts, knowledge, and order of information flow was spot on. Didn’t overexcite the deal, spoke plain and simple numbers without the walk around. Naturally offered packages to protect our investment and gave us plenty of options to choose from. I’m hopeful win the understanding of the value in what we selected and hope to never have to use on this vehicle! Seems as though sometimes letting the team function as they should, works best. It’s interesting to me to know I never met a secretary, front end, Vice President, president, manager, section chief, etc. like everywhere else. In fact, as I’m writing this I feel like we walked in purchased without hang ups and left. By far, easiest and most comfortable buying experience I’ve had in my 20 years of buying vehicles. I’ve purchased over 10 vehicles. Someone is doing something right as far as management or ownership is concerned. 15 out of 5 stars. Oh, wife is stoked beyond measure, kids love the vehicle and I’m surprisingly comfortable driving this 2018 Honda Odyssey.

So disappointed after having my vehicle serviced here for years! According to Ryan (service manager) Mobil 1 has never been used in my car. I would like to know what they have done with all the Mobil 1 I’ve brought to them over the years for oil changes if they’ve never put it in my car! I’d definitely think twice before I would ever take my car here for servicing!
Kevin Epperson is the man. He took care of my mother in her journey to get a new car. We even showed up late and he stayed way after hours to take care of us, he also took the time to really go over everything and made sure she understood all the features of the car. It is quite obvious that Kevin is a good person with a lot of heart who truly cares about his customers. He really made us feel important. He is an asset to Battison. Alejandro (Alex) Lopez took care of the financials and he to seems like a really good person. Hes a family guy, and like with Kevin his qualities shine through. A truly remarkable experience. We just bought a used car, a 2007 Ford Edge, fromBattison and we can’t express how easy, stress free and wonderful this experience has been. We’ve been snowed in and couldn’t get to the dealership but your salesman, Sam without missing a beat offered to bring the car over for us to see and test drive. It had some minor issues again being an older used car, no surprise. No used car will be perfect. They’ve got the part on order and we’ll go in next week to have it put on. Should be quick as it’s nothing major. Anyways, upon buying the car, Sam again delivered to us. When he delivered he was so unbelievably nice he shoveled the snow off of our driveway for us! Now that’s above and beyond!! Looking forward to buying a brand new vehicle from you in a year or so and honestly can’t wait. You’ve definitely earned our repeat business in the future! The service department is poor here. Specifically the service advisor, Blair Wilkinson and the service technician, Noah Helton.Not only did the service department recommend $500 worth of service (transmission fluid replacement and air filter replacement), but somehow my inspection all passed? Everything was green, aka passing — no yellow, no reds.I came in with my tire light on and wonky tire pressure, also knowing I had poor windshield wipers and no cabin air filter in the glove box but somehow managed to completely pass the inspection?What’s the point of having an inspection if an inspection isn’t actually completed? I had Blair Wilkinson check my car back in to have a new and correct inspection completed.This is taking advantage of people at its finest!Update: emailed the email address provided, have yet to receive any reply!
Have to change my five star review to a one star review... when signing paperwork, I was sent an email with a promise, and now they totally ignore emails and promise was broken. I guess they treat you right until the deal is done. Very disappointed, thought I finally found a great dealership. I guess they dont care once they have the money. Sold them my leased car 3 weeks ago. They have still not paid the residual on my lease (which ended 6 days ago despite promising to pay before the lease matured), yet have the car listed online even though they dont have the title, and now have not returned my phone calls for a week. I will likely now have to contact a lawyer to get this sorted.

I gave it 3 stars because the finance guy would not let up... he didnt tell me I was being recorded even though I know its standard practice. In standard practice youre still supposed to inform the customer of that. My daughter noticed his cell phone very close to us. Have your manager go back and hear the conversation. Oh and the little shift in your tone of voice, body language, and facial expressions were annoying. I know I declined to save money but when I asked for much could I save you were unsure. That was a turn off to try to save money. If you read my paperwork correctly youd see all the questions asked was on the paper. Don’t come here to get your car worked on unless you want to be rudely talked to and be given Covid. Came for a simple oil change since I’m from out of state. Sat in my car in the totally empty garage for a few minutes before a tech appeared and rudely told me to go check in. Checked in and got to listen to a maskless clerk cough and hack without covering his mouth for the 40 minutes the oil change took. He didn’t say a word or even look at me when it was time to pay, just held out his hand for my card. I asked how much it was and he just mumbled something. Didn’t get another word from him but he handed me my receipt and a packet recommending $900+ work on my perfectly working car. Yeah right. To top off the experience, they took my car through a cruddy car wash that left water spots all over the freshly washed and waxed exterior. Didn’t even ask. Oh and did I mention I didn’t get a nee sticker telling me the mileage my next oil change is due? Avoid this place at all cost.
You got me. When I read that my 0w20 oil change would cost $35.79 after rebate, I never would have guessed that the rebate would involve downloading and mailing a form from a website that does not work. You compelled me to pay $49.99. Next time, I save the hassle and take my business elsewhere. If you are using mail in rebates, then state this on the ad and provide the mail in materials at your dealership.

We drove all the way to Oklahoma City from Hays Kansas for a Jeep Wrangler they had for sale. Sale went smooth and drove it home that day. The next day the passenger window wouldnt work, took it to a local Jeep dealer and it needed a new window regulator. I told our salesman Xavier about it and he checked with his management and they paid for the window in full. They are true to their word. Yes I would buy from them again. This dealership was awesome! Easy going from start to finish. They had a kids area with movies which helped a ton. Dealt with a guy named Robert and he was awesome as well! I Bought a 2013 Honda Pilot. Drove it a couple days and noticed a wobble in the steering wheel. Brought it up to the dealership and they told me it was the tires and that they are gonna put 4 tnew tires on no cost.
I have nothing but good things to say about my experiences with Battison Honda. The service department’s prices are reasonable, and the service advisors typically don’t try to upsell unnecessary services. Make sure to look on their website for service specials before your visit! The shuttle service is also very convenient.I recently traded in my old Accord for a newer model, and visited two other Honda dealerships in the area, before choosing Battison. Battison Honda was the most transparent dealership of the three. While it took some back and forth to agree on the value of my trade-in, they were ultimately able to agree on the value I initially proposed, without raising the price of the new car. We never discussed monthly payments until we agreed on the deal—we only discussed the price of the trade-in, and the selling price of the new car. This strategy was refreshing. It made me feel like the dealership was actually trying to sell me a car instead of a payment.Sam Weber was my salesman, and he was very understanding of my wants in a vehicle. He was able to guide me toward a trim level that would offer the best value, while keeping all of the key features I emphasized. I highly recommend him!

Took my 2019 type r in for a CEL. The service advisor was nice and great communication. My complaint is the work performed by the tech. Tech didnt take good of the car. Found scratches on my front grille and paint chip on the fender after getting the car back. This was from the tech changing the engine harness and being careless. And of course no response from service manager to make this right. Oh well, other honda dealers in okc. Wont return to this dealer.

The sales process was easy fast and all done online they even brought the vehicle to me and picked up my trade and i was 200 miles away Kevin Epperson went above and beyond to help me out the would of been five star review if the service dept really did do a 100 point inspection car was pulling to the right really bad and rotors needed to be replaced shaking bad when slowing down brakes were squeeking
Its been a little while since I purchased here, but I wanted to take some time to cool down - I was not happy with how my car deal happened here.My wife and I test drove a car that had just arrived on the lot that morning, and we worked some repairs into the sale as the vehicle hadnt yet been through Battisons shop for its pre-sale inspection. The brakes were wobbly, the suspension clunked, and the power liftgate didnt work (bad sensor.) Negotiation went well and they were fair about working the repairs into the deal.However, over the course of the next two weeks that the repairs wound up taking, they oscillated between grudging transparency and adversarial refusal when it came to informing me of how the repairs were being handled. After their shop inspected the car, they elected - without telling me - to send the car off to a third party shop to have the repairs done. I dont mind this in and of itself, I know dealership shops are expensive, even to do work for the dealers, but the problem began when Battison refused to give me the list of repairs recommended by their shop, or the name of the third party shop they had sent it to. I called back a couple of times hoping to get different people on the phone, and eventually someone was willing to share the name of the shop with me.I looked up the shop and its well-reviewed and has ASE certified mechanics. Thats all I wanted from the start - to know that the shop working on the car I had largely paid for was a reputable place.Later on, I had established a back and forth with the owner of the shop (who was always very pleasant and answered all of my questions.) At one point the owner of the shop told me they were waiting on a part from the dealership, so I called the dealership to ask about the ETA on the part, and actually got -chewed out- by a sales manager for contacting their third party shop directly.Finally, when we went to actually take delivery of the car, the detailing they did was pretty underwhelming. There were still crumbs and debris on the carpet, bad smudges from hastily-wiped interior glass, and literal puddles of cleaning product in the cupholders in front.TL:DR; - I had no complaint with my salesperson, the vehicle itself is in fine shape now that its been repaired, but the management staff at Battison were not as transparent as Id like on the repair status of a vehicle Id already mostly paid for. Battison, if you read this, your right to keep details to yourself disappears the instant a customer gives you money for a car.
I came in with a BS car and Xavier L. And his very helpful co-workers set us up pretty well. My original car didnt have door handles, needed repairs, the driver door would fall off if open, and Id have to reach out the window to get out. And really didnt expect to get anything out of it. Battison not only offered more than it was worth they didnt make me feel embarrassed for waiting so long too get a new car. Xavier was fun and knew how to be apart of our worries, gave us advice and didnt make any commission off us. But he still went out of his way to get us a car. Thanks to everyone up there, but especially you Mr. Langston!

Courtney L. was the rep assigned to my service request. She was polite, got my car in &out quickly and didnt BS me at all. She went through the list and explained things I need to get done immediately and why, things thatll be coming due in the next few months, and pricing. There was no pressure to do anything right then and there, just info in case Id like to get things scheduled. I appreciated her thoroughness. I will definitely be back here for my next service needs!

I took my daughter here to buy her first car, she had already been financed through my bank. We met with a salesman named Thai Nguyen, he took us for a test drive and she decided she wanted it, so we started negotiating on the price he took the price I asked for to his sales manager, the sales manager came out and gave me the best that he could allow. We was very pleased they treated my daughter like a friend not a commission check. Thai has a very pleasant ease in his sales approach almost like we was all eating Valium like ju-ju b’s absolutely no pressure and in my opinion he and his manager did the best the could on price we left very happy. I think if Battison loses Thai they could lose sales. My daughter is starting college in the medical field under doctors and has to travel a little and I am 100 % confident she is in a safe car to get her to and from. I’m sorry I don’t remember the sales managers name but I do want to say thank you Guys so very much for taking care of my daughter you have a life customer.SincerelyScott Benjamin
When I arrived I was greeted by Robert ( I think that was his name. I asked him if I could speak with a female. He asked why & I told him I wanted to deal with a female. He was not offended & got me Jennifer. I really appreciate her. I found her to be compassionate, caring, patient & very helpful. Her & Robert took good care of me. Now the finance guy. Yuck. I almost walked out. I didn’t like him. I have nothing nice to say about him. If it weren’t for Jennifer loosing her sale, I would have left there & shopped else where. Any questions call or text me
Working in customer service means you are to be mindful of customers seeing everything you do. I was sitting waiting on my sales person to come over and watch them stop and talk about me to 2 other workers who obviously look directly at me as the sales person points with their thumb at me. Not once but twice. Then the sales manager promises things that the finance person say he doesnt know the process so it cant happen, while I know it can. At least the sales manager tried working with me. Outside of that, not a good experience and Ill never do business here again.
Jennifer was great to work with. Went above and beyond for me when we had issues with the first car I chose. Very nice to work with and was always worried about making sure I was comfortable and satisfied. Only reason I couldnt give 5 stars was because of the car I first picked out. Dark blue Honda Pilot with a passenger side front end painted black. Not sure how that made it through their vigorous inspection.However, please go see Jennifer at Battison Honda. She is 5 stars!

Bought a car here from Robert, he was very kind and understanding. I set up to buy a vehicle today from them and my bank pulled our loan back. Him and his team helped us out get the vehicle we wanted and got us financed with a amazing rate! I would recommend everyone if you are looking or even a used car to come there!
Thai was the salesman that worked with me. He was friendly and very professional. We needed a couple things done to the vehicle I bought, and Thai was very helpful in getting it done, and staying in touch to let us know how it was going. The salesman was great. He helped us find the perfect car and get the best price for our car for trade in. We were lucky to be here on Saturday midday and got free lunch 😁. My boys were hungry so we are really grateful with this gesture. We drove home with a really nice odyssey.

The commercials drive me nuts, but I have to admit, the service I receive at BH is exceptional! From my sales associate Robert W. to my service specialist Frank P., I am always known by name and treated like Im family. I absolutely and highly recommend these guys!
Friendly, professional sales staff in a welcoming, clean building. Cars were clean and obviously well taken care of. For used vehicles the engine warranty is outstanding.
