If I could give less than a one star rating, I most definitely would. The guys at the counter were very nice. HOWEVER, the tires I bought were a different matter entirely. The tires I purchased were supposed to be new. They were USED & three of the four tires were DIFFERENT SIZES! Not only was I deceived, it was dangerous in so many ways. And there was NO discount from Freddies Discount Tires, unless by discount, you mean a rip off. DO NOT give these jokers your trust OR your money!

They always get me taken care of super fast and they always have the used tire that Im looking for. They quoted a really good price for new tires as well.

Unreliable. Dont bother making an appointment they work on their own time. I had an appointment for 2:30 for a alignment. First they tell me they dont have time to look if I need all four wheels or just two. I would have to come back if I need it all four? Why did I make the appointment for alignment if you cant do everything needed? I came in at 2:20 and left at 3:10 because they hadnt started on my car yet. Dont waste your time like I did mine.

My family has gone to Freddie’s for years!I went yesterday for a tire losing air, and they gave me a temporary one until today when I could get it aligned before putting the new one on, so it wouldn’t rub the new tire. When I arrived this morning, they took me to work and then had it done by my lunch break, picked me up from work and brought me to the shop to pick up my car, free of charge. They have the best customer service and I greatly appreciate everything done for me the last two days!

I called up a few days ahead to let them know what I needed and why. Dennis answered all my questions and was very friendly. He gave me a price quote on the phone and I told him I would be there on Saturday. I came in and they sold the tires which they quoted me so they gave me the next best tire that they had. They were so friendly and bending over to help me. I live out of state and bought a teardrop trailer which needed new tires. I wanted car radial tires for my trailer to which they bent over and gave me fantastic service. I highly recommend them to any one that wants bend over service. I wish I were closer to them for they would be my go to tire shop!!!

I was originally referred here by all of my friends for the amazing service these guys do on the “impossible” jobs. Known city wide for their unprecedented technical knowledge.Well unfortunately I can’t tell you anything about the work they do. Clearly where they’re lacking is customer service. I understand the woes of being short handed and never being able to find enough steady employees but we all know in the sales and service industry that customer care is what brings people back. No matter how good a job you do, return customers remember the human characteristics.I came with an appointment time t for an alignment 10 minutes prior. I was greeted by a gentlemen that clearly didn’t seem to give a $#*^.He took my keys and I didn’t see much else happen. After an hour and a half of waiting and having o Ly seen my car move from one spot to other I inquire about the progress of my car. The keys were inside at the front desk??? The clerk goes out and talks to tech to come back and tell me it can’t be done!! Are you mother #*%+€% kidding me. I waited an hour and a half when they could’ve told me that I’m five minutes?!?! Needless to say one star for extremely poor service. By the way I did get an “I apologize it can’t be done” but not an apology for wasting my time.

My niece told me about this place, & I am glad she did....We got to brand new tires & they were alittle higher than I wanted to pay, but I got a 40,000 mile warranty on each tire so they were well worth the cost of the tires.....

Stopped by today without an appointment. Explained the problem Ive been experiencing with my front tires. Right away they took a look at it. Returned about 15 minutes later. Explained what they discovered. Thankfully no pressing issues. They made some adjustments and with no cost to me I was on my way. I was pleasantly surprised. Excellent customer service, didnt try to sell me anything and was very efficient with time. I will most definitely be going back and will be sending my friends and family!

Went here to get my front end checked to see what the noise was on the passenger front tire they was able to diagnose the problem fast and the associate there was real polite even told me about a tool I would need if I do the job my self.

Visiting OKC State Fairgrounds for The Morgan Grand National Worlds Championship Horse Show. Wrapped up a big week, packed the trailer and was about to head home to Ohio when I noticed my trailer wheel had some play! The mechanics at Freddies were super friendly,proficient and adjusted the wheel hub bearings for free! No appointment and had me in and out in 15 minutes! I highly recommend them... when my car needed brakes I was ready to replace all 4, and after they inspected all 4 brake pads, they said I only needed the front. They saved me from spending unnecessary money and were honest - you cant find that at many mechanic shops much anymore, so theyll definitely get my business and recommendation again.

We were passing through Oklahoma City and our tire pressure alarm warned us that we had a flat. I got off the highway and searched for the nearest place to get it fixed. Im so glad that it turned out to be Freddies! They were super friendly and took care of us immediately. Our flat got fixed for a good price and we were on our way in less than half an hour. As a bonus the store was clean and tidy and the waiting room was comfortable. If I have to have another flat tire I hope Im near Freddies!

I called and spoke with David. He went back to look for a tire for me. Was on hold for 15 minutes. Someone picked up and asked who I was holding for and let me know it was David who was looking for a tire and wheel for me and would be right back with me. I was on hold for another 5 minutes then hung up on. I called back and before I could say anything I was put on hold for another 10 minutes and then hung up on. When I tried calling back 2 more times I was hung up on when the phone was answered.A simple, “no sir we do not have a tire and rim for you at this time”, would work just fine.I am not making a stink, it is just a tire and rim, but how much more business can be lost by bad phone etiquette.May not be a concern but I thought I would point it out

Great customer service and way quicker than the other guys. It only took 20 minutes to get a flat fix when the name brand shop down the road told me itd be a couple of hours. On top of all of this the office manager came out and offered customers whatever they wanted out of the vending machine, who does that? Very polite, Ill definitely be a return customer.

I had scheduled for a review of my front end to determine if I needed to replace my shocks, with the expectation that a certified mechanic was going to perform a thorough analysis with a report on his findings. So after forty-five minutes after my arrival, the front desk clerk informs me that my car is ready and that I owed them $67. To my shock and surprise, I had to ask the clerk what work was performed to justify $67 and can I get an itemized report to breakdown my unscheduled and unplanned repair expense. Mind you, I had an appointment ONLY for a front-end analysis and not a scheduled front end repair. The front desk clerk mention that his Mechanic determined that my vehicle was veering to the left and he decided to realign it without my permission. Now, this is where this situation becomes interesting. I asked the mechanic are you sure that my vehicle needed to be aligned? And he stated Yes! I expressed to him that I drove my vehicle over and it wasnt leaning to the left or right. And to drive home my point, I have just had another repair shop on Thursday to align the front end. I had expressed to the Front Desk Clerk and the Mechanic if they cannot show me what work they performed, I should not be obligated to pay for services(Front-End Check) that should have been FREE!In conclusion, I was very dishearten and disappointed that Freddie Tires on Reno Avenue was attempting to fleece money from a honest and willing customer. I will advise other customers to make sure that they receive a print out in advance before a mechanic attempts to fleece someone that is unprepared to fork over your hard earned money without an advanced notice.I just sent my information to the email address you listed. Im looking forward to hearing from you soon to discuss my experience at your retail establishment on June 4.

The appearance of this place does not do it justice in comparison to their work. They are professional, and have an open maintenance bay with cameras to watch work being done wile you wait inside or chairs to watch from outside. I went in for a balance and left a satisfied customer if anything arises with my other car I will definitely bring it to them first.

This is the best customer service experience Ive had in along time. I needed my car looked at today and I had went to another company they told me they couldnt get to it until Monday and I drove to Freddies they looked at my car and got me back on the road in a hour.

Unfriendly atmosphere. Did not honor my extended warranty on tires, when the time came for them to be replaced. Gave me the run around until warranty eventually expired. Employees oftentimes expressed unsolicited political views, when theyd here theyre like-minded visitors expressing their unsolicited political views. Keeps TV in waiting area on state run news media, (Fox & Friends News) which encourages the harassment of minorities, who are quietly minding their own business. Employees oftentime forget to place caps on tires. Will never buy tires again from them, nor give a recommendation for anyone to shop there.

These guys were on it. I took my shredded tire out of my truck and right away there was someone there to grab it and took it right inside. Was there less than 10mins and had my tire done. Very well kept shop and friendly dudes. All around good service.

They werent stocked in my exact tire size but they went above and beyond looking online and calling around to local shops and distributors to find the tire I needed at the cheapest price possible. The man helping me even managed to find a slightly larger tire that would work for me.
