The best prices on the south. Very reasonable. Had me in and out the same day like they said they would. I will definitely be coming back to them.
David has been great. He does work in a timely fashion.
I was involved in a collision on Black Friday 2019 & had my vehicle dropped off at this shop 6 days later. I tried to remain as patient as possible knowing that wed be dealing with insurance claims & approvals. As the wks progressed, the confusion began to build. The communication was broken from the 2nd wk between the shop versus the insurance agent & myself. One week, the repairs were one thing, and the mechanic said what was wrong. The next wk, he told us that the parts were being ordered & the repairs would be started once the parts came in. The next wk, the first estimate was only for the body damage from the wreck & that the repairs were going to cost more because all the damages were not going to be covered. In that same 3rd wk on a Thursday, I was getting frustrated with all the back & forth so I went to the shop to ask questions. I arrive, I find who I need to speak to, and I begin to ask my questions, the owner of the shop, immediately, cuts me off mid-sentence & tells me that my car is totalled. So I asked him, how can my car be totalled when you were ordering parts for it jus last wk? He proceeded to tell me that it was totalled & that I needed to call the insurance company. My vehicle went into this shop one way and came out completely broken. The first photo was after the collision & the 2nd photo is the day I picked it up & took it to another shop. Ugh, I am very upset with Pro Auto Repair because the new shop I took it to fixed my car in 2 days.I do not recommend Pro Auto Repair. I feel like they tried to milk the insurance company, which in turn looked bad on my part; when in all reality, I jus wanted my vehicle back. I was without my vehicle for almost 2 months, having to ride the bus, Uber, walk to work or wherever else I needed to go.Do not take your vehicle to this shop. Avoid if at all possible. I wish that I could give this place NO stars.
Got brakes done and was very satisfied with the price and the timely manner
Great people to do it with very knowledgeable.
Nor worth the time or money. Took cast for brakes and spark plugs and both times he called to jack up price and when i get a light coming on he wants to charge more money to look at what they messed up on. Trash place a crooked people running it. Please stay away, not worth the tie and money.
Great place and very helpful
Was awful they just make guesses charge you to make an repair on something that wasnt even messed up the dont fix the problem and wont give u your money back.
The Pro Auto shop charges reasonable price and provides reliable service.
Exellent
These guys are fantastic! They have worked on both of our cars and have done an excellent job.
These dudes are good at fixing cars. The shop does have a very rough exterior...no clean, corporate look here.I went with my elderly neighbor to make sure she didnt get ripped off. They were pretty nice and honest.
Very friendly and fast service. They have always been upfront and honest.
Tell others why you love this place.
Took 3 days for my moms car and always been over priced.
Good place to get your car fix
Very professional and friendly. They are reasonably priced and my experience had a family feel to it. Definitely use this shop! They are awesome!!!
These guys seem like the real deal. My old mechanic, Ive used for 15 years, retired recently. I think Ive found my new one.Ive had two different vehicles worked on here. The first one was unfixable, but they were honest enough to work on it, then tell me it wasnt fixable, and charge nothing. My 2nd vehicle, they did a large job (rebuild rear end, replace ball joints and brakes on front). They did a great job, it cost what they said it would cost. There was an overrun, and I wasnt asked about the extra work. I said I really needed it to cost what I had agreed to, and they only charged that. It was also cheaper than the first place I checked with.Theyve also been quite polite, each time Ive spoken with them...
Had a rear main seal, brakes and cv boot replaced here on an Acura MDX. The owner took his time and explained to me where the leak is and the break down of costs. If I want to use OEM parts, he can get those for me as well. Seems like a pretty down to earth guy and pleasant to talk too. Got the car back today and everything seems ok for now. Will most likely take my cars to this shop in the future if it needed repairs.
Good guys, dont know why, only 2 stars, I have always had good experience with them
They should change the name to Amateur Auto the place is a joke and the person running it is a crook they will take your money and leave you with a broken vehicle.
They have no idea what they are doing, they charged me 450 for leaving my car as it was, they did not fix anything, they just put parts that I did not need, I dont recommend this place
Ill will take all my cars there.very good mechanics.
Told me to bring in an f350. When I did he said he didnt have room and was too busy. Waisted my time.
Told us the engine was okay he could fix the problem $1,000 later he had no idea what he was talking about the motor was no good and we wasted $1,000 for him to play around highway robbery take your money and leave you stuck with the same problem you started with I recommend you stay as far away from this place as possible
Good place 👍
I would give 10 stars but these people are crooks
He is a straight up crook
Fixed us right up and friendly.
