Super nice staff and Great value!! HUGE & flavorful bagels. My girlfriend got and everything bagel and asked for cream cheese and got SO MUCH! haha (That’s rare, usually it’s just a light spread at most places.) I got a cinnamon & raisin bagel with butter and it was spot on!

If you are looking for real bagels like from the east coast, this is not the place. The plain bagels are thin. Blueberry and raisin cinnamon bagels are pretty tasteless. Why are they charging a dollar extra for the pizza bagel with pepperoni boggles the mind. I ordered the Cuban bagel and this was not a Cuban. Far from it.

The bagel I got here was honestly disappointing. I’ve been to other OSB locations and the ingredients tasted and looked much better. That egg is absolutely a tragedy and was genuinely repulsive. The worst part? It was $5. Two stars because the staff was nice and they were great about social distancing.

Service, food, and prices are top-notch. The employees at the 23rd street location in OKC are always so friendly and efficient. Despite the fact that we are only in there once or twice a week, they know our names, and even our usual orders. Very few places bother with this level of service anymore. I have to wonder how the employees can remain so up-beat. Every day for nearly a month now, their toaster has been broken, they maintain their smiles and their service through vicious attacks from customers that dont seem to understand that its their management causing the toaster issue, and not the people that take your order and give you your food and coffee.

This is by far the best location. Only down side is there isnt a changing station in the bathroom, should be more family friendly in that aspect.

This was my first visit to OSB. What a great variety of menu items! Plus you can make your own bagel if you desire so you can try out your own creation. My bagel was great tasting. The coffee bar has a nice variety and my white chocolate latte was very good. Nice atmosphere to hang out and chat after your bagel. Ill definitely go back again!

I admit... I’m from the east coast and have high expectations for bagels... but their place was truly a disappointment. It’s HUGE from the outside, and yet when you go in you can tell there is way more effort in the dining area than the bagels. The options are incredibly limited. I ordered an everything bagel and jalapeño cheddar with plain cream cheese. The menu states the bagels are 1.19 each yet my total was 6.50! This means the cream cheese costs more than the bagels... yet when I questioned the price, the woman responded “is that expensive?” in the most condescending tone. So I changed the order to the bakers dozen variety and two tubs of cream cheese. $20 way more reasonable that way. Got home, opened the box to find all sweet bagels and two plain.... seriously 😒. Plus the cream cheeses was a chive one. Why on earth would they give me practically all sweet bagels?! Settled on a plain, and it was rubber!! Seriously save your money and just get win I bagels. A dozen for $3 and waaaay better!!

It was an excellent breakfast after training for my half marathon. Delicious food mixed with super nice and energetic staff. Couldnt be better.

Wasn’t super impressed. Got the cinnamon raisin with strawberry spread. The spread was a bright artificial pink color, which didn’t have a fresh strawberry taste to it at all. The bagel was decent...The shop is located on the backside of the building, so if you are using google maps, you will need to round the block.

Went in around 9 and it was quiet. Location is on the backside of the shops. Very quick and really good. Tried the Asiago bagel and loved the taste.

The line at DDs was long so I stopped here for coffee. Paid for it, got the cup, then found that both urns were empty. The ambivalent woman behind the counter said shed get to it. Of course she started the wrong one first, then the one I wanted. Five minutes later, average coffee. Should have waited it out at DDs. The guy who used to run this place in 2018 is gone and its not the same.

IF YOU LIKE EVERYTHING BAGELS DONT COME HERE!!! They are constantly out of the . The last 3 times ive come in they were out. The most popular item at a restaurant should rarely if ever be not i stock. Poor management.

Best bagels in the city !

This place is yummy. So, they started charging just to thin out a bagel...they scoop out some of the filling and charge you $0.50 for doing so. That is pretty ridiculous in my opinion. Theyre not giving you anything more. Restaurants dont do this, your mom/dad doesnt do this, I dont do this. The Starbucks of bagels.

Always friendly and courteous staff. Bagels are always delicious and chewy. Bacon, onion and chive cream cheese is amazing. Avacado sunrise is a great, light and quick breakfast.

I go to old school bagel almost every weekend now because I love it. Theyre really quick, the staff is friendly, the manager is super friendly, and you can get a good breakfast and coffee for under $5. They dont skimp on the cream cheese and really lather it up, which I love. Their Kona blend coffee is my favorite. Its also a friendly atmosphere to hang out in and do homework in, with an up stairs space that is nice. I would definitely recommend it!

This place is utterly and completely legit. Amazing bagels and fantastic foo-foo coffee plus the most easily excited hype man Ive ever seen. Is he the owner? An employee? A random dude who just happens to be there? Who knows?! But it doesnt matter, and hes never been more excited to see you, because he actually WANTS to see you, and he WANTS you to have fun, and he WANTS your entire visit to be amazing. I love this place, I love that guy, and I love their bagels.

Very friendly staff and great bagels, one of my go-to breakfast restaurants when I want some quick and delicious. The bagels may be the main attraction, but their other baked goods (especially the cinnamon rolls) are amazing, too. Theres also plenty of parking around back, which is always a plus.

The owner and staff are very friendly and welcoming. They know us by name and what we are ordering (unless we change it up a bit). The food is fresh and delicious. They have more options than most would think a bagel shop would offer. The service is fast and friendly. I would definitely recommend stopping in and grabbing a bite to eat. You never know...You might make a new friend or even a new bagel creation. :)

The establishment and manager Refused to make the order that was purchased on the count of being too busy I went back to the establishment they were not busy with 3ppl at the grill and 2 people at the counter and 1 person in line.

They have the best bagels. We go every Saturday morning. There are tons of bagels and cream cheese options, plus other sandwiches.

Went to grab breakfast with some friends, who had never eaten their before and didnt know what to order. The staff was friendly and even offered suggestions. I give them 5 stars for great customer service and great food.

For my money, OSB has the best coffee in OKC -- hands down. Plus, the owner operator takes customer service very seriously, which I appreciate. Lastly, the staff is super friendly and take the time in getting to know customers on a first name basis.

The bagels are great, and that’s the only reason I go. If you are a return customer, the staff will just rudely stare at you as you wait for your to-go order. I’ve never understood that.

Worst service today. Usually great, but the everything bagel was hard as a rock. The girls were rude as hell when I took it back & was told theyre all going to be the same way. They close at 3pm. At 2:44, I went to refill my tea & leave & they had already poured it out..basically pushed me out at 2:48. No one said a word to me as I left. Disappointed for sure.

Fell in love with OSB when I lived in Tulsa. The only time I have ever had any issue was a fluke situation where they forgot to put one of the bagels in my to go bag. Never have had a miss on quality. Staff is always on point and the place is always clean.

I have been to other OSB’s and this is the best one. I always order the same thing, but this OSB puts the perfect ratio of ingredients on my everything lox bagel, or maybe it’s made with love haha the manager is always so chipper.
