Kristi was very quick to respond to our request for a proposal for two large window decals for a new vehicle that was donated specifically for the new Early Head Start program at Positive Tomorrows. Because of the guidelines around the grant funding for the accessories for this van, we had to get things approved quickly, and Kristi was very helpful with this. Once we moved forward with the order, the process went relatively quickly. The only hold up was on my end (I missed a step in the online approval process), but Kristi followed up with me to keep us on track. The decal was installed in about an hour once it came in and we took the van over. It looks great!

I have been using this location for my small business for over 7 years now. In that time I have never had a single bad experience with anyone that works here! I have gotten everything from pop-up signs for promotional events to PVC wall signs with vinyl decals on them. They are always courteous and professional and follow up on projects promptly. Got a custom decal made thats exactly what I needed. The design and approval process was easy and it was made very promptly. Great experience all around.

When I paid the down payment of half the total, I was NOT told it would take three weeks before they got it printed and ready for installation. That was disappointing.When I scheduled installation I was told it would take two hours. I dropped my car off at 9am.It was not ready until 5pm When I got there to pick it up I was told that the bubbles I saw would disappear after the vehicle sat in the sun for a while. Youre supposed to be able to see through the perfs from the inside of the vehicle. Its now been 10 days since installation. For the most part, the bubbles are gone. But you can NOT see through the perf. You can tell there is a vehicle behind you, but you cant identify what kind of vehicle. One side of the back window is still black. Im not sure what could cause that. Improper installation? I dont know. All of this for $400. I thought it was pricey, but if I got what I was expecting, it would be a valuable investment. Had I known it would turn out like this, I would not have agreed to the purchase.

I had some logo stickers made for my Missions works. They did an excellent job. Everyone loved them. They were put on car windows. Bumpers, Bible covers, Coffee cups where ever they wanted to put them. I really need to order a few more.
