I Come To This Location Because Theres Not Much To Offer In The Area I Live For Hair Products. Ive Never Had a Bad Experience In This Store, As The Sales Reps Are Always Courteous. Today, However, I Had The Most EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service From A Young Lady Named Equality (Yes, Her Real Name) & Her Colleague(unfortunately, I didnt get her name, she was busy giving another customer outstanding service). The Toung Ladies Went Above & Beyond To Help Me Find & Offer Suggestions On Good Products. I Will Continue To Travel Across Town To Here, For My Hair Products & The Excellent Customer Experience. I Hooe Their Boss Knows They Have Two Great Employees.Loyal Customer 4 Lyfe

Love this place. Wide variety. Really cute things from accessories to clothing. Staff are helpful when you need something.

First thing I saw was two cashiers not wearing a mask even though it said mask required on the door. I grabbed a basket because I was planning on buying a lot of hair products. Some of the leave in conditioner were in bad quality and the store didn’t had a lot of the things I needed, so I couldn’t buy anything. A Hispanic lady working there, I passed by her and she just glared at me no greeting or nothing. Then the employees assumed I was stealing because I was on my phone trying to look for another beauty supply store that was fully stock with the products I need and I see one of the maskless cashier in my aisle just watching me. Didn’t greet me or offer to ask for help. At this point I was annoyed. I put my two things from my basket back on the shelf, return the basket and left the store. This beauty supply store had lost all of my respect and I do not appreciate their lack of professionalism or customer service. I went to Mid K beauty supply on the NE side of OKC and they were fully stocked, had everything I needed and employees were wearing their mask.

A lot of of teenagers have bank accounts and are not old enough for state ids, if you don’t trust your customers don’t sell to them move out of the area and be where you trust who pays your salary

Excellent customer service. Very friendly ladies. They do have a wide variety of products. Though they did not have what I was looking for I did find something else that I liked.

Today I went to buy some hair products.Upon arrival I was greeted very roughly by the lady behind the register.Who asked me, “Did you not read the signed on the door?”She went on to explain,”that the sign said to put a mask on!”I told her that I felt discriminated,because how she approach me,more so, yelling at me.She continued to yell at me.Saying “everyone in the store was wearing a mask”.Again asking me, ”Didn’t you read the sign”After she began to yell for everyone in the store to come while saying you see everyone is wearing a mask.”I asked her what do I have to do, since I don’t have a mask?She responded, ”you can buy a mask here for a dollar and change.”I walk out and found a mask in my car.I came back into the store even after, the wayI was treated.I found my hair products and proceeded to theregister to another associate who was nice.Mean while, the rude associate and her friend was talking. In ear shot saying,” they should have asked me to leave. “While at the register a lady came in, asking the associate who greeted me roughly for a mask for a friend or her daughter of hers.Was told that it is okay to pay after by the same associate who was rude to me.Wow !Why wasn’t I offered, that same courtesy?Isn’t that Discrimination?Define Discrimination: is a major breach of human rights.The unjust or prejudicial treatment of different categories of people or things, especially on the grounds of race, age, or sex.I would not go here again, of the lack of customer service from this lady.

I always come here for lashes and usually receive great service but when i had to pay for my things w 50$ in ones the cashier in a bald cap said i don’t want those ones . My bad i thought money spent the same 🤷‍♀️ just thought her comments were petty and weird

I love the remodel. Nice and clean. I appreciate the temperature check, mask requirement, and hand sanitizer required to enter. I always count on informative workers and good prices. I like that they ask for ID for credit cards.

They are very professional and treats customers with respect unlike Mid K Beauty they are ghetto, it doesnt matter what type of hair Ive gotten from there its not good/ too many bad experiences, the staff follows their customers around the store and they staff is rude. Ebony has a good quality of hair that last along time as well.

Just left here 5 minutes ago and the Hispanic lady is very rude and unhelpful. I asked her did they have a specific kind of hair to do passion twists she tells me to ask the black girl. After looking for it myself and not finding it due to their remodeling of their flooring. I walk to the front and see and older black woman and she was more helpful. Ultimately this was not a good experience for someone who has never been to this store before. If you don’t know where something is you don’t tell a costumer to go ask the black girl.

The manager Daniel is very demeaning and rude to his employees and customers. He speaks to others as though he believes himself to be better and more important than they are. He will speak to you dismissively and even if you are right and he is in the wrong he will become aggressive with you and refuse to back down. This immature, entitled, my-way-or-the-highway attitude comes along with only being paid a measly $8 per hour to work under him and he will aggressively tell employees that they are not worth more than $8 an hour. His businesses (Ebony and both Beauty World stores) and his business practices are an unfunny, long and drawn out JOKE. Daniel should take some time away from these stores to focus on bettering his very selective memory, and working on bettering his social skills and learning how to properly communicate with others. Since I highly doubt that he will ever turn his angst and ever-criticizing gaze inwards for personal growth, I never plan return to one of his poorly managed, dingy, dusty establishments.

I worked for a Barber and Beauty Supply Company when I was in college. I spent all of my time in the stock room, filling orders, then driving to all the beauty shops in town to deliver the orders. So I know that if you are looking for beauty supplies, this is a great place to go. Give them a try.

I just got out surgery a few days ago and was instructed by my doctor to not wear a mask until my lungs were stronger aprx 7 days and they would not let shop there. My arm is in a huge brace so you can obviously tell I had something done!

The lady I worked with during my first visit was, very helpful and stayed with me until I had all I wanted. The next couple of times I went there, I didnt get much help and as another reviewer mentioned, the cashier was more busy talking to her colleague rather than paying attention to the customer. On another occasion, I requested for assistance purchasing a wig and the person on the floor, though helpful, had no experience. It would be great if the person on the floor would have some experience and can give good advice.

The place has great products. But the hair and wigs are ridiculous. The hair started matting as soon as it was taken out the package. This was the hombre curly blend. The wig did the same thing. Also purchased was hair for crochet braids and that hair was terrible as well. I spent almost $300 dollars and didnt get free samples, a discount or anything. Im from California and when I would spend that kind of money I would get so many free samples and the owner would knock off about 5 to 10 bucks. Its the little things that keep customers coming back. I dont think this place got that memo.

Watch your debit/credit cards. They are double charging you from a month ago! The fact that this business along with Beauty World are double charging debit/credit cards and are unwilling to correct the problem is enough for me to not shop at either one. It just so happen that when you call to get a resolution the owner is not in. Then all of a sudden hes out of town? 🤔 Or the manager on duty has no authority to help you or even try. They wont call back and they wont compensate in anyway. Daniel is the owner that refuses to speak with customers about a concern nice way to do business. Ill let all that I know- not to shop at your stores. Youre ridiculousMy response to you: maybe one of your employees stole the number. My card wasnt stolen. So dont assume. Nice try though. I was visiting from Texas and I sought out a good Beauty supply store based on reviews. It was a pleasant place, very clean and organized. I was surprised to see Blacks actually at the register. In Dallas you wont see that.

All their decent hairs units are sold out but the girls that work there are nice so that makes shopping there tolerable.

Ive shopped here for years.. my grandmother shopped there however, I witnessed a woman who was unable to get an exchange/credit although she had a receipt. The hair was expensive and it had been cut & all she wanted to do was exchange it. She was also willing to pay more money if thats what was needed. The manager of the store told her that he would have to go through the company & would not do anything for her. On top of that, he refused to come speak to her, he instead sent a clerk to deliver the message. I just dont understand as a business owner, why isnt customer service your type priority. This lady was literally crying because of how they did her. Its pretty sad and I cant see myself going back after knowing that they dont give a damn about people.

I worked at this place for such a short periodof time but i loved it and my manager was absolutely so sweet and loved giving her time to not only her employees but her customers as well. She showed me alot of things to help make my job easier and to help be able to know how to help the customers the best way i knew how. I lost my dad and after he passed I just had to get back on track, otherwise I would still be working here. I give them all 5s!!!!!:) I still take my mom and go shopping here

Prices are high and they dont carry and weave for natural sisters. I might be Bias because Im from another state however I just feel the prices are higher than they should be And that just based off a me purchasing products for natural here for over 5 years.

I loved shopping here because of the discount until I got employed and was fired because one of the managers said I wasnt what she was looking for and it was only my second day 😂 well at least thats what she told me but told everyone one else including the owners she caught me stealing which I found very odd. She claimed I stole some press on nails and seen them fall out of my leggings this never occurred. I dont wear press ons and I dont steal im afraid of jail and plus im not dumb the place is surrounded with camera a but I only knew about all of this other stuff because my cousins worked there also. When I was fired it was so unprofessional to the point of where I didnt even know I was being fired I thought she meant I could go home for the day because it was so slow. She didnt pull me to the back to let me know the reason why I was being fired or anything she walked right up to me while I was on the floor and said m letting you go . I called and tried to speak to the owner once my cousin let me know I was fired and he wouldnt even speak to me on he phone he had a clerk delay a message which was he couldnt do anything about it because she fired me and not him even tho she told him I got fired for stealing but told me she fired me because I wasnt what she was looking for and to contact her. I called her and she didnt answer but choose to text me instead I asked her why did she tell everyone one at the job I got stealing she claimed not to had said it. Long story short I never got my job back never got to even last my 90 day probation period before she could even decide not I got to stay. Im.so confused as to why video file was never produced nor why wasnt the police called because I supposedly stole something or why didnt they attempt to ask for the merchandise I supposedly stole. The owner was questioning my cousin like we planned to steal from them she was close to losing her job because of an false accusation. I felt like it was discrimination she couldnt even get the stories the same but the owner didnt care about it. I still feel some type of way this whole situation was unfair and I dont remember the managers first name all I remember is it starts with a T and her last name is Jones. This may not seem like a big to deal to others but im still waiting for an exclamation, I had to start all over because of this certain situation and I never once got to.know the real reason why. So now I refuse to spend my money here since I was treated so badly and unfair.

I bought some hair specifically asked the empolyee what product to put on it to change the hair color and they advised me to get something, It didnt work when I tried to get a refund or credit they said no even though it was their fault in selling me something that was not going to work. why work there when you dont have a clue of what your talking about?? All I got was a too bad she told me the wrong thing. And the manager couldnt even own up to what happen. Terrible. Havent been back since and that was almost a year ago. I go to 7 supply which is right down the street.
