Love Sallys Beauty. There is a wide assortment of professional hair products as well as other things. They are usually very helpful when you are trying to figure out what you need. It can get pricey but make sure you are a loyalty member
Lots of haircare products! Great store and the employees are nice. However its time to stock up, shelves kinda bare.
I always enjoy coming to this location.
Customer service here is amazing and the woman helping me not only had a beautiful color job but also was extremely friendly and so helpful to my daughter and I. I will definitely be coming back here for all my beauty needs ❤️❤️
Ladies working here are always kind and willing to help you find whatever you may be looking for. Also giving you excellent advice about products that might work better for you. Thanks guys!!!!
The old lady with the blonde and grey hair, had her pink mask covering only her mouth. And when Im at the beginning of the isle, the lady walked from one isle to another going down the wrong way when there is clear arrows for the flow of the isles. Also, while over the speaker, talking about how Sallys reminds everyone to stay 6ft away and all, she walked right up next to me helping her customer she had I tow, even though the product they were looking for was well over 6ft away.
Made a purchase, waited for her to bag product. Stated you have to purchase bag for 15 or 99 cent. I politely for a refund. Ridiculous
There was a older lady with curl or wavey hair to neck at front desk. Her eyes bulged out as we walked in... No words were exchanged until I asked for clipper accessories. She stood there there briefly stunned with no conversation just staring back at us and then proceeded to look for items asked. She doesnt communicate well when seeing customers walk in door... Shelves are scarce when looking for particular item, tweezers... Need to restock... Both Moore and this one off 240 are shortage of their accessories and other items...
Was very pleased on the customer service here the girl with blonde and brown hair was very helpful and very sweet yall need more people like her 😊
They had a sign that said at capacity, wait till a person leaves. I waited outside, someone left . I put my hand out and reached for the door handle, the clerk pull the door shut and locked it. I asked why have a sign saying one thing and their doing another, no answer.I support brick&mortar when possible, provided they want my support. Sallys does not apparently.
They are still bouncing back like most businesses, but always have excellent customer service 🌟
Love Sally’s and LOVE the staff. They’re super knowledgeable and very helpful. Not all hero’s wear capes! The girl with purple and pink hair was great! And the long blonde haired woman was awesome! Thanks for all the help ladies!
Heres the thing about Sallys. Yes the women and men that work there have there Beauty certifications. When you go in not knowing what youre looking for and you ask a Sallys employee to help you . Do not expect their employees to know exactly what you need. If you are going to DIY your hair yourself .know what your going in there for .you cannot blame the Employee for trying to point you in the right direction. That employee does not know the texture of your hair or thickness of your hair they are guessing by just looking at it . they have not touched it they have not Felt it they cannot tell you. I personally love Sallys and their employees are always helpful . One time I decided to finally go black I walked into the store. I looked for the sales representative that had the colored hair and I asked her What was the best black to buy that would wash out in a couple weeks But would be black and not turn blue. I had tried dyeing my hair black several times before approaching this woman the black would never come out correctly they would have a blue tint to it and never be full black. She point me to an ion black and told me she had just recently used it on her hair when she had dyed it yellow and black and she absolutely fell in love with it. Me not liking ion because of the way it washes out And how hard it is to applied my hair I was hesitant . The woman ensured me that I would love the color that it only stays for a few weeks and shortly after turns Brown which is very easy to bleach later. My hair is already been bleached And black doesnt take very well to bleach hair I asked her would my hair take it because its already been bleached. She told me yes when I tried the color Ive never been happier everything she told me which true. The black was super dark took very well and only lasted for a few weeks easily turning Brown afterwards. I have been DIY ing my hair for a very long time I do not expect the employee to know what I need all the time .there is always a risk when you dyi ing your hair . You learn the more you do it . No matter how good the product is it just may not be for your hair type . Their employees have their own assets and their Own unique abilities. It is the customers job to Know who you need to speak to. Do not walk into Sallys expecting them to know everything about your hair. If you are going to diy your hair do not leave a bad review about Sallys because it did not come out correctly. The only person to blame is the customer theirselves for not going to a professional to have it done.
Yesterday when I went in I had a really bad experience here. I walk in, look for all my items, usually any other Sallys the people will help you find what you need but they did not. I asked what is needed for a dye I never used before because the dyes I used werent stocked the employees didnt know. After waiting in line for awhile I go up just to ask a simple question, the employee took two phone calls and searched the store before even hearing my question, the other employee said she just started three days prior and didnt know anything. After waiting forever, she told me to go ask another employee who was busy helping others, when She finished she started doing useless things to avoid me, when I asked she told me I didnt need anything for the dye besides a bottle to put it in which I later found out I DID NOT need at all. I needed other items in which I didnt get because I was told I didnt need anything. I needed something to lighten my hair, I needed a bowl and brush to put the paint in, I needed conditioner, but NOT ONE Employee knew anything at all. When, I Checked out the lady was rude to me saying We dont know everything why would you hire people off the streets who know NOTHING about ANY of the products you sell. Any other location would probably be better because I would not suggest them unless you know everything you need! And make sure they have it stocked! And, I couldnt even do my hair at all because I have to make another trip to get the stuff I need which defeats the purpose of my wait for useless help that I didnt get. Also I signed up for a Sallys card three times with them and Im still not in the system... Smh, they need help!
I’ve been calling for 4 days and never have they answered. The line is always busy so how does curbside pickup work exactly? If you need products, just go to beauty co across the street.
But they would not pick up the phone for curbside delivery. i love there hair though!
I love Sallys, I have the best selection of Health and Beauty AIDS that I have ever seen. Not only do they carry all the high name brands, but also generic. If it werent for Sallys, my hair would be dingy yellow instead of silver. I get several compliments every day on my beautiful hair, and I owe it all to Sallys.
I love this location. Everytime I come in, which is a lot, I am ALWAYS greeted as soon as I walk in, and the amount of times I get asked Is there anything I can help you find? Honestly gets annoying. The staff is incredibly helpful and polite. This is my favorite Sallys location by far. I dont know if the staff has changed since all the previous reviews or what, but I disagree with almost every review I have read.
Well first off I walked in.. And no one greeted me. Second i walked around looking for what I needed and never got asked if I needed help finding anything. 3 of the store employees walked in front me as I was looking at an item and never once said excuse me or can I help you find anything. I will never go this store again. Rude employees and the customers that come in are absolutely horrible and trashy. Customer service and making sure your customer is comfortable and feels welcomed in the store is the most important. But this fails in all of that. Just horrible. Never again will I ever spend my money there. Get new employees!!!
Rating this because of the product. I got the nails DASHING DIVA. Does not stay on, less then an hour.Looks nice but not good Label says that they will stay for 7 days. I call to let them know and of course, you cannot return them. Horrible product and costly! Nice service :) Nice people.
I would put three stars, just because of the staff at the end, but over all, deserves zero. I went in yesterday morning. Around 12:00-12:30, knowing EXACTLY what I needed. All I needed was some T18 toner. (Ive been doing my own hair since I was 13, and finally decided to bleach my hair and get the most professional look I could, and had watched SEVERAL YouTube videos, read reviews, and looked things up, over and over to double check, for FIVE HOURS, before deciding to go into Sallys.)I walked in, with the intention of buying the toner I needed and some hair masks. When I asked an older lady for help, she recommended me the Ion Bright White bleach with developer and a small bottle of something else (I forgot what it was called.) Anyways, she told me i would need to bleach my hair again, (DEFINETLY N O T true if you have purple shampoo to get the brassiness out. And thats what toner is also for.) But my hair was light enough to user toner, and she reconmend the bleach. I went ahead and bout it, figuring I could go ahead and lighten the yellow out of my hair a bit. She gave me the WRONG developer. (20 instead of 30.) DESPITE me asking her at least SIX TO SEVEN times just to make sure.So I get home, mix it how its supposed to, and do three separate strand tests and a skin test. I left it in my hair for 10 minutes instead of 20. (I know the bright white is really strong. It actually fried my friends hair, and I had to chop it off.) Luckily, thank GOD I only left it in for half the time, because it fried my hair. Not the falling out chunks, but the stretchy elastic hair fried. I was about to cut it off and make it look normal, but this was a VITAL mistake she made, despite bragging about her knowledge, which made her seem very trust worthy.I WAS able to go back up there and get an exchange. I bought the original toner I knew I needed to begin with, with the developer (the right kind this time) and a hair mask. The red head, and the girl with the ombre hair, were EXTREMELY nice and so so helpful. They were just as upset as I was, and Im happy I had them to help me.I double checked with them to make sure the toner would work for my hair, along with the purple shampoo, and they confirmed that it would. Just as I knew.I have now done two purple shampoos, and my hair is definetly light enough to use the toner. No extra bleach needed.Overall, a very iffy experience, but the girls at the end were very nice and helpful. If you guys see this, thank you so much. 🌻💕 I will be coming back to let you guys see how it turned out, and to get the silver and pink dye. 🌸
I like the deals its a nice place to shop for hair products and more.
I think this place they have good deal and offers
I am so happy they got more African American staff to assist with textured hair, one gentlemen in their was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed for my hair type. It’s never looked better!
One of their employees, I didn’t get her name, but she’s was an older woman with purple-ish dyed hair followed me around the store and stood about ten inches away from the whole time and made a very intrusive remark about one of my tattoos. It was very uncomfortable and thankfully another customer needed assistance and she had to walk away. It was just very rude of her to ask me if I meant to have that tattooed on my body. She is the reason why I will not go back to this Sally location. I love Sally Beauty and have been a loyal customer for years now but I’ll just have to pick a different location. Keep your judgemental and inappropriate remarks to yourself and don’t attempt to touch people because they have tattoos. We don’t need or want your input.
Very friendly took the time to help me go through their inventory and find the hair product I needed by my hair real laid-back and easy-going environment good
Worst customer service ever. Borderline racist. Walked in right after two cacausian females, they were greeted immediately and assured while i was treated as if I were invisible. This has happened TWICE. I will not be going here again ever!
Good selection, the employees were very helpful!! Will definitely go back, when we need to.
Found info i needed to re dye my hair correctly !!
Ok seriously, I walked in lookin like Big Bird or maybe a used Q-tip would be more accurate. The person with the blue hair hooked me up with awesome advice and told me what I should buy. Lets just say Daenerys Targaryen should watch her back honey! Cause I am fierce!! 💋 Thanks guys.
Just a bit pricey but it was nice and clean when I went employees were helpful and nice.
Staff is extremely helpful when help is needed, will definitely be going back.
I saw a girl I think her name was Sandra give people professional barber discounts & I also saw a lady walk out with a straightener and nobody said anything. Also they talk very trashy out loud infront of customers.
The customer service here has gotten better than how it was even a year ago. The girls who work here are always really friendly and very helpful. They do, at times, seem a little overwhelmed with the sheer volume of customers and many detailed questions they are asked. They need to hire more people for when its busy.I bleach and tone my own hair a platinum blonde. People need to realize that the staff are not experts, nor do they claim to be. This is an open to the public place to get good hair products - but not professional only products like Olaplex, Redken EQ, etc that you can get from State. You have to do the research yourself (YouTube and the internet) to know what your hair needs, what supplies to buy, and what to do when your DIY goes wrong BEFORE you go shopping.Im glad to see they carry two of my favorite brands: Shea Moisture and Carols Daughter. Absolutely essential for dry and damaged hair of all types.
Im just wondering. Is everyone who works for a sallys beauty supply racist? It seems that way.
Very helpful workers and nice sales.
I used my gift card the lady said it didnt go threw but she charged my card $40 and wouldnt give me any merchandise or my money
Wonderful customer service!
