Marvin was a delightful and well-informed salesperson. He was calm and patient as we tried all the various different kinds of mattresses that are made nowadays.

I can’t say enough good things about this location and specifically Bob Miller! Bob was well informed and able to answer all our questions. We ended up looking at a few and coming back a couple weeks later and he remembered us! It’s hard to find good customer service these days and we will certainly be coming back to this location if/when we need another mattress. Thank you, Bob!

I have not been happy with my bed or the adjustable base. I do not recommend purchasing a bed here, especially if you have any back problems. Obviously, you get what you pay for and I wished I had slept on my sofa until I had money saved for a good quality mattress. Im baffled by all the good reviews they have.

Steve was incredibly helpful. I told him I was on a tight budget and he took me straight to the more economical mattresses and showed me my options. After I had found one I liked over there, he took me to see the temperpedic mattresses so I could dream of what could be. They were incredibly lovely and I would totally buy if I had the money, but I really appreciated my first request of on a budget and truly got me the best deal for my dollar.

We bought out last mattress from Mattress Firm 10 years ago, and are back again, to a new location. We much preferred this experience to 10 years ago. We were really torn between two different products and ultimately went with the safest bet for making my wife happy. I ordered online so this review is for the delivery men Jason and Juan. I was blown away by them when they swooped in with the new mattress and out with the old. I have moved a lot of mattresses in my day, but their experience really showed. They were quick, careful, courteous, and professional. I really did not expect to be suprised but mattress moving, but they were really outstanding. I hope im posting this on the correct location as I did order online.

Worker was a rude and sarcastic . We ask him a simple request seeing that we were the only ones in the store did he mind wearing a mask . he proceeded to unprofessionaly tell us to follow the science . when we are fully vaccinated and our kid are not because they are too young . there is no why to prove who has the shots and who doesn’t so if i was him i would have complied but instead he was rude and told us to shop elsewhere .

I would NOT recommend them at all!!! I was told if I decided to return my mattress I had 120 days and there would be a 10% restocking fee. I decided ok no problem!I slept on the mattress and it was not at all what I wanted I was very disappointed. I called the store thats when they told me I would be charged a 20% fee instead of 10% and I would have to pay $500 to return my mattress! What!? Why!? They said its because I received my adjustable base for free so I have to pay for it if I return the mattress. I said No One Ever Told Me That! If they would have told me this I wouldve not ever done the contract because thats absolutely ridiculous. Im not going to pay $500 to return a mattress! Take the base back I dont care! Im telling you Do Not Go Here!!! They say one thing and do another! All they want is a sale!!!

Marvin was an ace and he helped me the first day. He was so full of knowledge about all the little details. He even printed me what we had talked about so when I made my mind up it would be a breeze. The next week Travis helped me finalize the deal . He too gave me details! Most helpful. This company may seem expensive but I truly believe u get what u pay for. Let me start by saying, when my husband and I walked through the doors to this mattress firm, we only had an infinitesimal idea of what kind of mattress that we wanted. Debbie was so helpful and patient! She helped us to find the mattress that was the best fit for us. She was an absolute joy to work with. We wouldn’t go to anybody else for a mattress. If you want high quality mattresses, go to mattress firm. If you want the best customer service, ask for Debbie!

My experience wasn’t too bad. I was a bit annoyed that since I decided to exchange my first mattress with them, I did not get the tax from the first mattress applied to the new one which is kind of ridiculous but it is what it is. There’s also a restocking fee, which is fine. Aside from that it was a pretty good experience. As of right now, I will shop here again.

Everything went perfectly. The staff was great and very helpful and very nice, we got a great and amazing deal on our purchase. Debbie and Travis were amazing to work with. Debbie took the time out to talk to us about every mattress we sat on (which were a lot). We came the weekend after Black Friday, and they were the nicest two people we’ve met during this holiday weekend! We bought a king for the queen price, free adjustable frame, free pillow, and we ended up buying a mattress protector too! They explained the warranty for all products we bought/received- and explained the delivery process as well. I cannot say better things about this store. Honestly, I only came back and bought the items due to Debbie. SHE IS AMAZING!!

Ended up here, great price, great payment option, perfect delivery and set up, nice salesman at that time. We were very pleased. Mattress still doing great!
