Crystal, the Quail Springs sales representative, really listened to me regarding my elderly mothers polio disabilities and the challenges she currently faces, identifying the mattresses that would best fit her needs. Crystal was compassionate, kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about mattresses, both on the phone and in the store, while selecting the right mattress for my mother. When in need of a mattress, I would run not walk to Mattress Firm at Quail Springs.

Crystal was an absolute delight to work with. She quickly found us a great deal on the perfect mattress for what we needed. Store had a great selection and Crystal made it super simple.

Mackenzie was wonderful. No pressure whatsoever. She determined our need then showed us several mattresses, giving us a quick rundown of current mattress tech at the same time. We found exactly what we needed at a reasonable price. Great experience!

Mackenzie made it easy to shop for a mattress for my elderly mother. We ended up with a comfy Beautyrest plus bunky board to get the bed at the right height. I was very happy with the transaction.

I was totally flabbergasted about the friendly treatment of the associate that went the extra mile to assist my wife and I. Not only did he show us respect, he seemed to give us the best deal possible. I’m a disabled veteran and and not always treated well. I’m glad there are still people with compassion out in the world that serve as an example for me to share how good he made us feel. It was quick and easy, and I didn’t feel like the girl helping me was trying to “sell” me. I told her my price range and she didn’t try to upgrade me. As a matter of fact, I already thought I was getting a good deal on the mattress, then it ended up being several hundred dollars less at the register! I got an incredible deal on this king mattress!

I’ve had the worst experience with the store sales agent his name was Brad. My husband and I stopped into the store on June 22 to purchase some pillows and Brad was very rude and nonchalant. The pillows weren’t in stock so he placed a order for them and told us they would be in by that Friday for pickup. Tuesday June 29th we arrived at the store to pickup our order and Brad told us the pillows still hadn’t came in and that has never happened before that he can guarantee us they’ll be there by that Friday which was July 2nd and he was reordering the pillows. Here it is July 5th my husband called the store to make sure they were open due the holiday and Brad tell him that the pillows still aren’t in and that this has never happened again and he will order them to our house to get delivered my husband called me on three way call with Brad and Brad then told me that he would deliver the pillows to my house when they come in I told him no I would like my money back by this time. I’m very disappointed in his customer service and would like to speak to someone in Management

The manager Bradley helped me find exactly what I was looking for and I paid less than I was expecting since he told me about their offers and discounts. He also made the financing application super quick and easy. All in all I would highly recommend this store if you’re looking for anything bed-related, I had a great experience.

This was an amazing experience. It was my first time purchasing a retail mattress so I did not know what to expect. McKenzie was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the products she showed me. She not only talked about the mattresses but she made me feel very welcome to be there. Customer service is very important to me and the level of service I received from McKenzie was impressive to say the least. I went with the Tempur-ProAdapt and I can not wait for it to arrive. 10/10 experience.

We went right at opening and needed to upgrade my son’s mattress. Bradley was so helpful. He told us about all of the sales and we were on our way in less than 15 minutes. It was a great experience!

I have a repaired bed that my great-grandfather buildt in 1929 and its a Full XL. MacKenzie was the only person in town who not only knew what a Full XL was, but Mattress Firm was the only place I could even order a mattress let alone a box springs. Very helpful with what I found out was a very complicated problem.

Jeff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We had to buy 2 mattresses with specific size requirements and had exhausted our online research. What was taking us days to locate online, he was able to help us with in minutes. He helped us find exactly what we needed and had them delivered within a couple days. I showed for weeks for mattresses and was at a loss when I found these guys. The experience was fantastic and they really took the time to help me find what I was looking for within my budget. I got 4 mattresses and paid what all the other companies wanted for just one. Definitely go here if u are wanting quality at a great price!!

I contacted Mattress Firm online thru the chat feature. I requested a certain size and budget I wanted to stay in. Due to the virus, I made an appointment, went in and had several options in respect to firmness and price. I made my decision within 10–15 minutes and the entire process was effortless. “Joe” displayed excellent customer service, knowledge and efficiency. I will definitely shop here again in the future for another mattress.

Editing my initial 5 star rating. At first everything was smooth. The sales lady we had was excellent. Helpful, nice, and not pushy on which mattress to buy. Then came David. He called to tell me my delivery date was being pushed back, only a couple days, but I had to schedule a day off expecting delivery. when I told him I couldn’t make that day work, he gave me attitude with his smart a** remarks. So I just canceled my order. Not gonna give him any business. I’ll go somewhere else. Thanks Dave.

Clarence might be the best person my wife and I have ever worked with in any major purchase environment. He is so chill and easy going. He even read our minds when we needed to talk to one another and let us be while he went to the computer to run some numbers. Absolutely no pressure and his sole purpose was to relieve pressure on our backs. Oh, and showed us mattresses that stayed cooler than the other side of the pillow. Basically, if you want a traditional used car sales atmosphere, this is not the place for you. If you want to enjoy buying a product youll spend 1/3 of your life on, Clarence is the one to make it happen.

We had a great experience at Mattress Firm, it was the first time we’ve ever been in. We were just looking and checking prices but in extreme need of a mattress, they took us straight to the good stuff!! The Sealy hybrid Posturepedic! I purchased a mattress and was told of a date when it would be available for pickup. When the date came, I called and they informed it would not be available until next year. They offered me a different mattress that was in stock. The mattress they were offering me was cheaper (I had taken pictures of the prices), I asked it the price would be the same or if I had to pay more or less... they said the prices were the same. I cancelled my orde at that point. This was after they had asked for 100% prepayment to ensure it would be sold when it was in stock.

A couple hours later, I got a survey text from them. Not a huge deal, but how annoying that she straight up lied. I wont be going back.

Choosing a mattress is tough-there so many brands, feels, accessories you can add to them. Who would have thought picking a mattress would be so difficult? Thank God for Mattress Firm and Brittany over at Quail Springs. She took me through their Comfort by Color system and really explained everything in great detail. We ended up finding out my color was blue and narrowed it down to my perfect mattress. Brittany was never pushy and always had a smile and really made the process enjoyable and comfortable..(laying on a bunch of mattresses in front of a stranger is weird, but I never felt weird with her!) I highly recommend mattress firm, not only are the prices the best their manager Brittany was very helpful with finding exactly what my family needed within our budget! She was so polite and professional! Some of the other leading mattress stores we had shopped at I felt “pressured” to buy but Brittany didn’t make me feel that way at all! Jennifer and Rhonda were so helpful and patient as my 92 year old mother try out some mattresses. She only tried a couple when it was suggested she try one in particular which turned out to be the one. The store is very clean, good location and wonderful employees. Finding a mattress for my mother was enjoyable and fast. The store has many payment options which makes purchasing a mattress very easy. They also carry a big variety of pillows for every need. I will be going back to this store when I get my new mattress.

I ordered my mattress 2.5 months ago and my expected delivery date has now been moved 3 times. We paid for our mattress on February 12th and were informed today that our expected delivery date is now May 29th. We’ll see what the new date changes to when May 29th rolls around. Extremely frustrating.
