Could spend all day in here! We love Barnes and Noble and their selection is the best! We always find something to buy.

Always good to search for books. Enjoy sitting at the coffee shop in the store.Unfortunately theyve removed the overstuffed chairs 💺 😕.

Has a calm and quiet environment. Great to study, find a new book to obsess over, or simply to get away from everyone and have some you time. To grab a coffee at the cafe and walk around the store is a great way to pass the time. Customer service is great, they know how and when to help.

I love this store. It’s always a fun experience browsing the shelves and I’m always happily surprised at the goodies I find. The prices tend to be high, and the selection a bit overwhelming, but it’s well organized and reasonably easy to find what you’re looking for. I love the gifts, journals, and educational supplements offered. The staff is friendly and always helpful too ;0). I definitely recommend. If anything, it’s fun to look around.

Large and roomy, needed help finding science fiction section, friendly staff and helpful. The food court area looked inviting, but I was in a rush, maybe stop next time.

This location didnt have the book I was looking for. The customer service guy called another store that has it in the system, they didnt have it, so the guy ordered it for me to pick up. Very helpful.

Amazing, went to the customer service desk to have help finding a couple books and the lady went above and beyond to help. Wasnt rude, didnt act like we were bothering her. And I walked out of this place with 3 books.

I only looked at crochet instruction books in the crafts category. The craft books were organized well. I was able to locate, find and select a book to meet my needs very quickly. I gave a 4 star rating due to the small amount of crochet instruction books to choose from. A good experience. I will be returning.

It was a nice quiet store. Very helpful employees and everyone was overall polite and kind to us. We dont usually read books but we might just have to visit a few times.

No places to sit and read. Ive been in Barnes and Nobles stores that have comfy places to sit and get familiar with a book. But this one does not.

Came here as a treat for my birthday. Very good selection. Good deals in the Book Annex. And the staff was very polite and helpful for the couple of things I needed!

Nice store. Love the smell of the books and is very clean. Only 4 stars because when I was getting a book they were shoving the closing time down my throat. It was 8:40 and they close at 9:00. Anyways great store and book.

The hours are still wonky (thanks covid 😒), but still one of my favorites to pick up a good read and have a latte. Also they have a good selection of vinyl if youre a music junkie.

I have always liked Barnes and Noble because they offer a wide assortment of books on a variety of subjects. However, I went in to apply for a part time bookseller position and they were haughty and arrogant towards me.I received an email THE SAME day that I went into apply. As soon as I went in to apply, I was told to wait on management. I waited and someone came out to speak with me and told me to call back in a couple of days because they did not know if they had the budget to even staff the position. I called back a couple of days later and was told that I should call back in a couple of weeks because they had already hired several people for the position. I left feeling disrespected and forlorn. I am every bit as capable as any of the other people that they currently employee.

One of my favorite places to go hang out! Price is worth it bc of the uniqueness and quality available here. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient staff. Safety is priority bc encourage masks in here still. Excellent Starbucks as well to go enjoy with a favorite book or magazine etc. Need I say more?

WOW! Selection of books is outstanding! Prices are decent, books on sale on good condition. The toy & hobby collection was good as well. Employees very nice. Will definetly go again.

I had the most absolute wonderful time in this store. Customer Service was fantastic and I couldnt ask for a more better experience. The manager Abigail was the best and found everything I asked for or close to it. She went out of her way to make my experience a happy experience. I left the store absolutely happy and satisfied. When you go to Barnes and Noble and you need help, ask for Abigail. Thank you Abigail for everything you did for me.

I always LOVE going to Barnes and Noble! I could go in there and spend $500 easy no problem. I had no idea that some of the new releases were out and one I was able to get...the other I put my name down and will have to wait until September. Thats the only reason I am giving it 4 out of 5 stars. That and all of the stationary sets, journals, bookmarks,etc...was very low in stock if they had any at all. But I am grateful for them being open.

When you love books, it is hard to come here and not spend a ton of money. I love their discounted books area. I always find the most interesting things there. They had a $5 and $10 bargain bin and I came across this Babar book. Took me back to my childhood and my adventures I used to read about with Babar and his family. The staff was helpful and checkout was fast and efficient.

This is not a review for Barnes & Noble, they were great. They assist me and found my book in 5mins. This review is for the cafe. Maybe chick it’s not a good idea to ask, “What do you want?” When a customer walks up to order. Then stare annoyingly until their mind is made. Maybe not the best

Place is laid out fairly well regarding pandemic, alot of workers closeby for assistance. Check out was quick, cashier wasnt dawdling. Great place

Found exactly what I was looking for!!

Its been awhile since Ive been inside!! Id have to say I miss having reading chairs!! I understand with COVID-19 things are being removed, but this is a bookstore and it does take sometime to find the perfect book. I found 2, but would have liked to of been able to sit. The Starbucks area was full of people sitting and chatting. Also, they were not EDUCATED on what GLUTEN-FREE OPTIONS they offered when I asked. After much conversation and Google searching I decided NOT TODAY!! They really SHOULD BE TRAINING their staff ON GLUTEN ALLERGIES for potential customers! Thanks for the books!
