I received better customer service from my hometown’s community college than I do with this bookstore. Considering how much us law students are paying to attend this school, you’d think the service would be fine, but it’s not. The workers never answer the phone. The workers also talk with each other in the back instead of helping customers that have been waiting for more than 5 minutes. This is just inconsistent and unprofessional.

The store had everything we needed and staff was very professional and helpful.

Nice place. A variety of shirts and other fun OCU items. Friendly people. Thats also where you buy textbooks.

This bookstore is SO inefficient!!!! Student run by people who have zero clue what they’re doing. To top it off, they’re closed the FRIDAY BEFORE CLASS STARTS. LAW STUDENTS NEED TO READ BEFORE CLASS MONDAY!!!!! Where is your head at????
