Love this place!! So far most of my books have been cheaper here than the occc bookstore. They are always really nice and if a book is not necessary for the class they do not hesitate to tell me. Even though they might lose on a book to sell and money they always inform me on what I need or don’t need.

They got the textbooks I need and are nice and affordable :)

Beware shopping here!! I had just had surgery and I was overjoyed to find out that a online book a bought for school I did not need after all. Looking forward to saving 150.00 for an online access code. The store manager Bryce would not refund me even though it was a week before school even started. And the access code was not used. Bryce is a unkind and unthoughtful person. Trying to get one over on a college student just trying to save money. Even though it would cost him nothing to take it back. Would not walk in integrity. Truly shady!If you take anything just know that access codes carry over and they will not tell you this when you buy them!! So ask.

Was a bit of a pain to get my books. When I was to return them I spoke with a manager about the fact I wasnt going to be in the state untill 3 days after the due date. They said that was fine. When I showed up to return my books they wouldnt accept them and told me I would have to buy the books now and sent the account to collections 3 days after the due date after speaking with them about it. Will be going out of my way to not do business with them again.

I got an Extra Charge on my card because I turned in a book in there “return side door” and they said they never got it. When I did put it there!!!! Why have that door there if people put there rented books there and you guys don’t get them? Well for me this happen. Take away that door if you guys aren’t getting the books that people return. Or maybe you guys are lazy and didn’t even check. But if you wanna get charged double go ahead and turn it in the side door people. Not coming here again. And telling everyone I know about this.

In the beginning of the Fall 2019 semester I rented out a big torn up spiral book that was very damaged and mistreated. I turned in the book a week after the due back date due to personal issues. On the same day I took the book back I was charged $110. The man there was VERY rude and basically laughed in my face because I wanted my money back! I know that brand new textbooks can be very extensive but I DO NOT I repeat DO NOT recommend these people to anyone!!! They are very rude and inconsiderate! Please spend your money elsewhere!

My wife rented books from here, prices are fair and staff was courteous. We had a family emergency and didn’t return the books within that week and was charged $141 for this. We tried explaining this but they are not sympathetic to anything. Hell if your books got taken by the Oklahoma storms, it’s still your fault. I wouldn’t recommend this place to the Taliban.I do understand that many many people sometimes don’t turn their books back, some return them late but at least considered changing your terms regarding late fees, perhaps charge small minimal fee per day for extra 15 days. Just a suggestion.

Horrible service. Had a late fee of $29 for a book which I do accept. Told them I would pay it as soon as possible and they sent me to collections in 2 months. 2 months people!! And are now charging me $66. Pathetic business. Don’t waste your money here. They can comment on this to save face but don’t trust them. They will only call once and send you to collections.

The guys here are sooo nice and friendly, they also really know their stuff!They reassured me about not having to buy a code for my art class! and they was right!! Theyre also way cheaper than the campus and you can rent the books too!!!!

I went in there last week looking for textbook pricing and information before school started and the new associate, Joey, was incredibly helpful in finding the things I needed at a cheaper price than the school itself! I will definitely be returning here to rent my books!

Ive been going to occc for over a year and got my books once at occc and then went to this store and saved so much money and they have a pay later program. They are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Outstanding customer service! Weve put our three kids through occc and all together I bet weve saved at least one thousand dollars. Occc charges way more for new and rentals.

They are cheaper than the OCCC bookstore. To be more efficient, order and pay for the books you need online and go in to pick them up The lines can get long. I am unsure about how the buy back book reimbursement compares to other places.

Great place to rent books theyre always the cheapest spot around. I had a few old books that i was dumb enough to buy on campus my first semester and they purchased those from me for enough to rent some of my new ones. Best part is i didnt have my schedule and they knew what books i needed. Took me about 10 min to get in and out id say:)

Refuses all returns, does not have a return policy. Refuses to tell you the price of any books unless youre in person. Changes prices in store compared to online. Awful and careless customer service and complete lack of respect for customers. If youre a student at OCCC, youre better off ordering books online. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone, and the service given to students is downright insulting.

People at occc were so rude and the prices at occc were ridiculous. Occc doesnt have any used books to rent and they advertise they do and its a lie to get you in the door, but at the textbook brokers they have everything including used books you can rent for less than half of what occc sells em for. They also have a buy now pay later program so we could pay when my daughter got her student loan. Great place great people!

I always use Textbook Brokers for all of my back to school needs. I can rent all of my books/codes and save a lot of money! I was shocked the first time I came in and vowed to never buy on campus again. Not only did I get all of my books here I was able to get some notebooks and folders for cheap. The employees always answer all of my questions and make sure that I have everything I need. 10/10!

The quality is amazing, regardless of the price, which was also amazing. The team was extremely helpful, price in particular.

My books were due back on the 25th. My grandma was in the hospital and it slipped my mind until the 27th when I tried to return them. The guy told me if I wasn’t in the hospital I should have had them back. He wouldn’t give me any info for the owner or the corporate office. I will not do business w them again. They could not take thier eyes off thier computers to even help me. I’m assuming he was playing games. They were not helpful in explaining thier policies or even basic human conversation. Amazon will have my business from now on.

Occc is ridiculous compared to this place. Occc never has used books to rent. Occc chargers more than them. I dont know why anyone would go to occc for their books when you can save so much money at textbook brokers.

The end of the semester is always hectic and especially fall semester because of the holidays... I didnt turn my calculator in on time and was charged the full price.I called and went there to return it and they would not take it or reverse the charge.They have no appeal or process to help.Really sucks for the holiday and end of long hard semester.

Ive used both OCCCs bookstore and Textbook Brokers. This place has been cheaper on all my books. Also, I once accidentally got the wrong book with an access code, and they exchanged it at no cost eventhough I had already scratched open the online code. That to me was above and beyond.

Its a good place to rent/ buy books from but DO NOT sell your books here, its a scam.

Its okay. Sometimes great prices and sometimes a rip off. They are just a business trying to make money like everyone else. They also say on their website they open at 8 am But they dont open until 9.....

I have never been so disrespected!! They wanted the customer to do their job they did not want to work. They did not want to look up information about the books that I needed. They just pointed at this book and said YOU can look up the book and the title and the pricing. It was so rude! I am wondering want they are getting paid for. Apparently, they are get paid to stand around do nothing.Ten people standing around doing nothing. Ridiculous! If I am going to be paying for books I am not going to be doing someone elses job.

They always have great prices and know what I need. Friendly staff is a plus.

Rented an old torn up book and was charged for a brand new book after being late over christmas weekend while they were closed. Basically ended up payong for a brand new book and only getting a 2001 version of the book. 0 customer service or flexibility.

Might be good to buy but do not go there to sell your books. They dont give you JACK! Craigslist is much better, they gave me $60 FOR 6 BOOKS. Including a brand new math book and english book. Wont make that mistake again, they arent the only place to sell your books! Only if your desperate.

Never buy from this bookstore! They are lazy and dont want to do their job with assisting in locating books and price. I called to inquiry about a book and the guy answers the phone told me their inventory changes every minute, go online and he hung up the phone in my face. I called back several times and he never answered. Guess he didnt want the business.

The people that work there are the rudest and dumbest humans I’ve ever encountered. Seriously buy your books somewhere else i bet you.Won’t take back any of your books and rent you a book with a return date that’s scratched off so you can’t see it. Shady place

This is my 2nd time purchasing books from this store. They are slightly cheaper than OCCC book store. Ask for another copy if the 2nd hand one they are selling to you is marked up or rough looking. Billy helped me and gave me a price for my English book...I would have liked more $$$, however my book had water damage to the index, but still had code. You make the decision on if you want to take their offer or not....I would use their service again....:-)

Pretty great place, you show up tell them what you need, receive books and go on about your day. Plus you can rent text books which saves you oodles of money.

These guys will rip you off!!!! Additionly they will chase you out and assult you... As i walked out the store i kept my promisse of telling people that they would rip people off. And one of the guys from inside assulted me!Just buy or rent ur books at the school all these guys care about is their money not the best interest of the students.

Id stay far away from these clowns.Instead of charging you a late fee for your books being late due to reasons out of your control they will flat out charge you for a replacement book.Very rude, unhelpful, jerks. Buy/rent from the university bookstore and save yourself the trouble.so IF YOU TRY TO RETURN A RENTAL LATE (its a lie there is no late fee) DONT BOTHER they will make you pay for a brand new book even if you try to return your original book. truly a ripoff

Cant get the refund for the book even I just bought it the day before. They suggested to buy it back with ..half a price...What a joke! This is the second time I got bad experience with them.
