I gave this Red Wing store 5 star rating because i received great customer service as soon as I walked through the door. They listened to what I was looking for and got started. They got my feet measured and showed me my options for what I wanted. I highly recommend their products and this store.

This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen a couple young kids that work there seem to not want to help me find the work boots that I was needing for my job instead they just talked to each other and play on their phones what is wrong with this generation? They must feel entitled well with that being said that was my first and last time I go to a red wing store I had heard good things about them sad to say it must all be a lie I’ll order boots online before I go back there

This place is good for the price of the work boots I am in search of however the service is awful the girl that works there has an attitude and seems more interested in talking to her co worker instead of helping the customer which should be the first priority but I guess not since I seemed to have put her out by needing assistance well I won’t be coming back to this one it was my first time in there and it’ll be my last I’ll go to another red wing store that actually cares about their people

I bought a pair of 11inch pull on Redwing Pecos on days off So I just got a chance to wear them this hitch. Unfortunately Ive never had a pair of redwings that have disappointed me this much. Hopefully I can exchange them when I get home. My feet hate me right now.

Nice store, great sales guy, no pressure shopping, serious long lasting shoes. Whats NOT to like? Yeah, costs more than typical shoes, however if your gonna live in your shoes 12+hours a day, may as well enjoy comfortable shoes. Bought some Worx boots, very impressed with construction. Oh my, like being encased in dragon scale or something. Ahhhhh

The place to go for work boots. My last pair lasted 4 years and they offer a comfort guarantee in which they really follow. The workers are also very nice and helpful.

Just visited Red Wing for the second time. The first occurrence was a pleasant experience. The second time, not so much. Pulled up 10 minutes before 6:30 closing time to buy some boot cream. The doors were locked. Not only that, but the man inside was purposely ignoring us.

Today, Friday, February 5, 2021, I walked in to Red Wing Shoe Store at 6300 West Reno, Suite E, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73127, looking for pain relief from the Ball of my Left Foot.Because of Mr. Mike Young, Sales Associate, advice/ recommendation, after he assessed both of feet I have the proper fitted footwear with correct supports which provided me immediate relief.Thank-you very much Mr. Mike Young.If anyone is experiencing similar problems see Mr. Mike Young.

Great customer service!!! Mike helped my husband figure out his shoes size and what type of arch support he needs. My husband didn’t ask but Mike went above and beyond to make sure my husband understood what shoes are best for his flat foot. Thank you! We will be back!!

I bought my pair of boots in November. My Boa strings had messed up when Corona first hit. They told me to come back when they could accept them back in the store. I finally had a chance to go in today and they informed me that my boots were covered ubder warranty. I am amazed at Redwings and Steve, the owner of this store, for being willing to take to time to ensure I was covered and that they had my boots in stock. You cannot go wrong with buying from here.

The sales associate was great, the shoes were great, but the loaner socks I was given gave me foot fungus/ringworm which I did not have prior to my visit.Shame on me for wearing flip flops, I was not expecting to buy shoes that day.Toss those socks so you dont give fungus to more people!

This place was awesome! Great customer service all the way around. I ended up having to return the boots I had purchased there due to a tongue issue on the boot and it being a lace up versus a slip on. No questions asked and no hard time given, couldn’t have asked for better service!

Love this place. In my line of work im rough on boots and the boots are rough on my feet. Red Wings have always been a great work boot in my opinion. The staff at this store were extremely helpful in finding me the right type of boot I was looking for. .

Went Into store at 3 pm to miss crowds with rising covid cases in Oklahoma City. Nobody was in store and salesman comes out of back with no mask and tells me it’s ok to take off mine. The front door had no posted sign to wear masks so should have been my first clue. Needless to say won’t be buying anymore redwing products now that I see they could care less about customer safety unless in their feet. Currently looking for another boot company to spend $300+ on a work boot.

My husband and I were leery of walking in here. Some small shoe stores hound you, but this place had good service. They were helpful, but we were able to browse. I was afraid the prices would be sky-high, but there is a good variety. There are a lot of good quality boots. We found what we were looking for.

Big store and a lot of product but not very customer friendly what so ever, acted put out that they have to help you and the manager acted the same. Ended up going to the Red Wing on Memorial and had a very good experience, this store could learn a thing or two from them.

Went in and was fitted for Red Wing 1907. Took the time to, measure my feet and made sure the shoes fit. Advised me of the 30 day guarantee for the insoles I purchased. Also told me to wear the shoes around the house to make sure they fit. Was a very positive experience. I bought the shoes for work. No hot spots or blisters. Shoes fit great. Positive experience all around.

It is very hard to find a pair of boots that fit me properly. Mary went above and beyond to help me find a pair that worked for me. I will not hesitate to buy my next pair of boots here!

Great customer service. It seems like the staff enjoy being there and selling a good American product. Also they offer free leather oiling service! With hunting season coming up Ill probably be back for some more boots.

Doug and his staff are friendly and helpful. Come here if you need American made work boots. If you work for a living and are wearing cheapie boots from a big-box store your legs and feet will thank you for getting a pair of real work boots.

Good fitting experience, the replacement boots look good. Only time will tell, but the Red Wing boots they’re replacing are twenty years old, so the chances are looking good!

Too busy to wait on busy people. You do know who your customers are right? And the girl on the phone knew literally nothing about how the fitting process worked or how long it could take. I can go to academy if I wanted to handle it myself guys.. Were not cattle, stop treating us like it. Your boots are expensive enough that I do feel justified. Thats the point.

Waited around for about 10 minutes wihout even being acknowledged in the store, left wont go back to that location.

This is for the store not the boots. A 4 to 6 week resole repair process took 15 weeks because nobody at this store has the discipline to follow up on the repairs that they have out. I initiated every follow up call or visit (4 in all). When I called today I found my boots had been in the store ready for a week. My advice is do your business with the store on SW 74th. I tried this store on Reno because of its location. I know the the store on 74th and the trade off of location vs. a well managed store is worth every mile.

I work out in the dirt. So naturally I need good boots. I got the aluminum toe, shank boots 260 out of pocket. The seam around the soul came off the leather in the first two weeks now its No longer water proof and the heal breaks a piece off everytime I kick my shovel. My helper who gets paid less then I do goes to Walmart and spends 60 and gets much more dependable boot. Why should you spend the extra money on boots that arent made to work in. The only plus is they are pretty comfy.
