I like the fact they send you a link asking if you would like extra things done and you can accept or decline the recommendations with no pressure. Scott was friendly and professional.

They were not able do help me but I did need something completely off the wall. They really went above and beyond and tried to help me as much as possible.

Very slow very slow on repairs takes forever

I stopped in to get a new key fob for my vehicle a couple of weeks ago,, and was told that they were out of stock, but should be available in 2 to 5 days and that I should come back then. I went back a week later and was then told that they dont stock them, that they have to be special ordered, and take a week to 10 days to get. Make up your mind people, thats poor customer service. I wont be back a third time.
