I have been to all of the wedding dress stores in the metro area looking for myself, and also when my best friend went shopping for her wedding dress. Meg Guess had the best experience and customer service, hands down, compared to all the others. The girls were so nice and accommodating! It was the best experience!! So happy I went to them and found my wedding dress! They have the best variety of dresses that dont look like the same dresses you see in all the other stores. I highly recommend them :)

Ashley and Colby were amazing! I told them what I wanted and they delivered immediately. Literally the first dress they had me try on was the winner. They had me try on some more dresses of varying styles to make sure I was comfortable with my choice. It was a great experience. They made me and my mom feel very welcome and it was fun! I have been recommending Meg Guess to everyone I know thats getting married. They have dresses in every price range so my dress was in my budget and I couldnt be happier with it. I got a ton of compliments on it too :)

I definitely don’t recommend this boutique. One thing that frustrated me was the difficulty of contacting anyone. Calls are often met with voicemail. None the less, I purchased a $2,500 dress from their store. Upon receiving the dress, we noticed that there was a tear in the tulle. That should’ve been my first sign... on my wedding day, my dress literally shredded into multiple pieces. With the slightest bit of pressure (because during pictures it’s really inevitable that someone won’t accidentally step on your dress if you have a train) it would tear. Since I had an outdoor wedding, if my dress ever caught on a fragment of anything, it would tear. My photographer literally had to cut part of the tulle off and said in her 15 years she had never seen anything like it. I was so embarrassed by the end of the night. I left with 1/3 of the tulle that I came with. When I reached out to Meg Guess, they essentially said I didn’t pay as much as I initially thought I did ($2,500 instead of $3,500) and included a classless and unprofessional jab about that including an additional cost for the “curviness” of the dress. That comment was completely degrading and unnecessary. They offered no remedy and showed a lack of concern. The dress was also given to me completely wrinkled. I was unconcerned at the time because it needed to be kept in the bag, however I hoped I could at least reach out to Meg Guess as a resource to get the dress steamed when the time came. I attempted multiple times and methods to reach the store with no success. Thankfully, a bridal boutique in Norman stepped in and steamed it for me. I definitely don’t recommend purchasing anything from this store.

Meg Guess was the second shop I visited the day of my dress shopping. It should have been the first! They greeted me with a smile and made sure my bridal party was comfortable while I tried on dresses. My consultant was Lindsey, she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I told her what I was looking for in my dress and every dress she pulled for me was spot on. She made it hard to choose. :) Every dress she pulled was gorgeous and in my price range, which took a lot of stress out of the experience. I ended up actually buying a sample sale dress for 50% off, and it was in great condition and just as awesome as any of the higher priced dresses. I would definitely recommend Meg Guess if you are shopping for your big day. They are awesome! :)

I have only wonderful things to say about my experience at Meg Guess and her staff. I have had multiple friends and most recently my sister purchase their gowns at Meg Guess Couture. It was a blissful experience from the day we walked through the door to the day we picked up the dresses after the final fitting. Thank you for everything! See you next time :)

Got charged $54 and didn’t even walk into the store. Even though I was not informed of policy, they still charged my card because I did not cancel within 24 hours. I was informed I would get charged a small fee for not showing up but was not informed of the same policy if I canceled the day before. When I called to talk to them, all they could say was there was no way they wouldn’t of told me of policy. I told them over and over again that I was not informed and yet they insisted there was absolutely no way. They don’t record their calls so there is no way of proving it anything. Absolutely ridiculous.

Contacted the store to see if they could help with making a dress for my daughters 15th bday. After providing all of the information they requested via email almost a week ago, I called to confirm that they had received it. I was told but the woman who answered that the owner was Very Busy and that she would ONLY reply if she was interested. If this was the case, then why would they request all of the information of the dress design and pictures? They could of just told me over the phone when I called last week that this is not something they did. I guess they dont want my business! Ill just keep looking around at other places who do want to do business with me and will be able to make my daughters dream dress for her special day.

Not knowing what would look good on me or really how to style myself, Meg was an artist and created a one-of-a-kind dress in a specialized color just for me! I could have never dreamed up such a wonderful design or chosen it for myself. Having that taken care of by a true professional and sweetheart really made planning the wedding a joy and it was a happy event! Thanks Meg Guess for all you do!

From picking out my dream dress to my bridesmaids picking out theirs and my husband picking out his suits, Meg Guess Couture helped with every detail to perfection. They were always helpful with any questions I had and always eager to help. They also carry a wide range of prices for every budget and style!

Meg is very knowledgeable and her staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They made my dress buying process very pleasant and helped me find the dress to marry the man of my dreams in!

They gave me an incomplete dress. After I took it home and realized the mistakes (lack of beading and bead work in multiple areas) they refused to help because I already accepted it. It took months to try to get them to fix it and they could not have cared less. Weddings are special occasions, and they act like they just dont care, like youre just another customer.

Beautiful atmosphere, stunning gowns, one of a kind jewelry pieces, unique accessories, and staff that goes above and beyond to ensure I leave with exactly what I want....MGC is my go-to for all of my special occasion dresses for both me and now my little girl! (their little girls collection is PRECIOUS!) Thank you MGC for providing high fashion straight off the runway with customer service that cant be beat!

They were very rude. They were not helpful whatsoever. They hardly communicated with me or offered suggestions. It was a waste of time and such an awful experience. When we were about to leave an old man hit the building with his car and they could care less about him and more about the building. They were stuck up beyond belief.

Deciding to use the onsite seemstress at this store was a nightmare. She didnt know how to make the dress fit right so it would lay flat in the back. She made several attempts and I was charged every time for her mistakes. I finally took my dress to a seemstress a friend recommended and she had it fixed and looking beautiful in one attempt. It was also half the price.I have tried calling the store 4 times to request a refund and my calls are never returned. I have to call back to speak to someone and the store owner, Meg, continues to refuse to offer any sort of a refund. I would causion anyone buying a dress here to think twice because of the paperwork the store makes you sign at the point of ordering, the incompitence of their seemstress, and the lack of customer service I have received.
