They were even able to work around my puppy who escaped from her crate. We had another security company and wanted to change and upgrade adding video cameras.A friend has had amped for 5 yrs and loved there service. I researched several companys and decided to call, the lady that answered was very friendly and I told her what I was wanting. Within 20 minutes Joe called and we talked for a long time. I was so impressed that I set up an install date. I had to call him back two more times with more questions before install. On day of install they called 30 minutes prior to time frame to say they were on there way. Joe and Corey walked around with me discussing further of what I wanted and what would work best. Love our new security system and video cameras.The price paid was a very good deal as is the monthly monitoring price. Also loved the fact that they were very careful in regards to our property and clean up. Trust me give these guys a call you wont regret it. Installation was fast and professional. The system works great and at a pretty good price! Sometimes emails are hard to get replies from but that’s minimal. The service is good and I can always trust my house is protected when I leave and at night!

Initial consultation was great, Joe seemed very personable, and knowledgeable. That was not the case with the worker he assigned to our project. The person sat around on the clock and waited from Joe to show up to show him and help him with a lot of things. That, along with the delays made the installation take longer than expected, which is not a huge problem unless you are being billed by the hour which we were. I felt a little price gouged, but got over it. I was very satisfied with completed work, However, its like pulling teeth to get them to come back to reinstall equipment that has gone bad. Set an appointment and waited 4 hours for a No Call, No show. I will try again to call for service so our system can work as it was designed, but I dont have much confidence at this point.********************************************After my initial review, Joe contacted me concerning the missed appointment. It was not on his calendar. I understand, we are all human, we are prone to some errors and mistakes happen. He apologized for the mistake, and vowed to to whatever he could to make things right.I was very pleased an impressed that he took the time to respond and was genuinely interested making sure that his customers are satisfied. His office scheduled another appointment for Joe to come out and troubleshoot my issue. Joe went above and beyond, fixed the initial issue, checked things to ensure that what I though was the issue was indeed the issue, and the only issue. He also helped with another issue as well. Everything is back to the way we wanted it. Joes attitude and actions to make sure I was satisfied AFTER the sale. Joe turned my attitude. Earlier, I said I didnt have much confidence, but now I do. Its AMAZING what a persons commitment to customer service can do to change a negative into a positive. Thanks Joe!

Absolutely loved my experience working with this company. Customer service was phenomenal. Came out to the house, quickly installed numerous security and video monitoring systems and even added in a remote garage door system last minute. I had received several quotes for surround sound installation as well as mounting the tv above the fire place. I called AMPED Audio for a quote and Joe (owner) arrived in a timely manner. Joe was extremely professional and provided me with a great quote that was $800 less than the previous quotes I had received. The equipment he used was top of the line which far exceeded my expectation. On the day of the installation, Joe and his technician showed up and went to work. I was very impressed out how Joe rolled up his sleeves and went to work installing the ceiling speakers along side of his technician. I have huge respect for a business owner who doesnt just sit back and watch his employees do all of the work. With that said, I couldnt be happier with the installation and the equipment he used.
