The guy met me as I was driving in, checked the battery, confirmed i need a new one. Changing them out right in the lot. Great price, great warranty, great service!!

I get only interstate batteries...Last battery lasted me 6 years, with no trouble... a heavy 750cca battery.And, my mower fires up every time now that Ive had an interstate battery in it for 3 years now !

I’ve bought batteries from them for years. Will never ever do business with these people again. Charge $25 to switch out a battery. Not talking about something difficult that’s in a trunk underneath several layers of carpeting and subflooring. Offered to leave $100 deposit to borrow their tool. Decline to do that explained I just had a kidney transplant . Would not stop with their ridiculous store policy. Which by the way any local Hart store will give you the same technology battery and do an exchange for free. If I were you I would stay far away from this company. If you really want to do it yourself get your Costco membership and buy at wholesale pricing. But as for me I will never buy an interstate product again. Would’ve given a lower star number but one is the only one you can give as the lowest.

I pulled in to ask about a battery test. The guy inside seemed annoyed I interrupted his breakfast at 10:15 on a Saturday morning. Then he complained my truck was tall. Then he said to disconnect the other battery. I didn’t bring tools. The manager came out and was just as rude. What a terrible place.

I went in expecting to get a new battery after being told my battery was bad after it was tested at Auto Zone. When i walked in I was greeted with a smile and they remembered that I called. The worker checked my battery and came back in and the lady at the front let me know that I only owed $4! Because my battery was great and only needed a new cable. They could have easily gotten over on me but didn’t and I appreciate that so much! When I do need a battery I will be back!

Worked with them in buying Big Truck Batteries. A decade ago. Its a working about facilities with great located frontage space. You can see it. . if so exit Wilshire and make a mile square. Get us to easy right turn onFrontage with the construction. Their fully Old Hat knowledge left us leaving friends with confidence.. Done Deal.

Bad customer serviceDid not help bad bad attitude

Needed a real good battery for my Silverado. Bought the Interstate MT-7A, Absorbed Glass Mat Battery, which comes with a 7 year warranty. 4 years full replacement or prorated after the forth year!They didnt have that battery in stock, so they were nice enough to provide a loaner battery.

Fast, quick, painless. However, watch the driveway... Its a one-way access road and if you miss it... Well you have to drive in a circle to try at the driveway again. Yikes!

Stopped on 1/26 as thought needed new batteries for our camper. They were most helpful and checked our current batteries, told us that they were in good working order and did not need to be replaced. Appreciated their honesty and their time. Friendly, helpful employees.

Wrong hours posted online - there’s a photo of the actual hours someone else posted thankfully. They do not open at 7, but at 8:30. Very helpful for replacing my car battery! I have a 2015 Ford Escape and other battery places (like autozone) can not replace it because of its location in the engine. They did it in 15 minutes. Easy to work with and friendly! Thank you!

Beware of warranty i purchased a 24 month replacement battery 0n 01/2020 and it went bad on me, took it in for replacement after 3-months and the man says it will have to be put on a charge and call me tomorrow, well I get no call so I call to check and now they tell me it might be another day it is not fully charged 3-days come on now (this is TOTAL BS) buy a battery from Walmart with no hassle or wait.

This is a handy battery center that also offers some rebuild services. Ive recently come to learn they also have some great deals. Ive never been disappointed here.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would.My husband purchased two new marine batteries from this location on a Friday. He got home and discovered upon placing the batteries in his boat that one was leaking and he was going to exchange it the next day, on Saturday. To his disappointment, they closed at noon on Saturday, and he was not able to exchange the battery and unable to go fishing that weekend.I drove out with the battery on Monday morning to exchange the battery, communicated that for whatever reason the battery was leaking and the representative that I spoke with proceeded to berate me and that he removed the battery from THAT shelf and that he remembers my husband as he was from out of town and that this right here is broke and it was NOT like that when I sold it to him.I informed him that he was being rude, and that I did not appreciate his attitude. I then told him that $165 for a battery was a lot of money for something that he was not going to exchange. He then asked me, what am I going to do with it?I told him that was fine and that I would let everyone know and took the battery with me to my vehicle.I followed up by calling the Corporate phone number for Interstate batteries found on their website and spoke with a representative who then called the store, placed an order and had the store exchange the battery. She told me I did not have to even go in the store and that a person would bring me a new battery. She apologized for the issue.This guy was obviously embarrassed and sent another worker to deliver the battery to my vehicle.Interstate Batteries are awesome and stand behind their product.Unfortunately - this location does not. I would NOT support this location if they were the last ones in Oklahoma. Do yourself a favor and find a different All Batteries store to purchase from.And I do believe the fellow I encountered, Mike, was the store owner.

Called ahead and asked about a battery. Not only did they have the battery in the specific size I needed but had one slightly better in the same size.

Metal check has better batteries than this place and the fat guy up front with the attitude .Im surprised no one has went on ahead and gave him the hands his dad should have.that tough guy attitude is not professional little fat guy.

Pretty sure a bad alternator caused my battery to go bad, but they replaced it under warranty anyway. Great customer service.

I have purchased blems from them several times. Price is always right and never a bad experience. They have always treated me right and even helped me change a battery on my truck when I forgot to bring my tools. They have made batteries for remote contols for me and they have always been great quality. I always call them first.

I have been in the automotive trade for 37 years. I am fully ASE certified with advanced level diagnostics. Last year I opened my own shop. It has been a struggle getting customers and keeping them happy. I was the shop foreman of two different dealerships and learned a lot about customer care over the years. My employees were treated terrible by the interstate store in OKC. First the male counter person is RUDE. he was to myself in the past and this time talked down to my employee. then refused to warranty a battery that was marginal for our best fleet customer. The general manager got in a yelling match with my employee. we ended up buying a battery from a competitor. and giving it to our customer to keep them happy. will not do business with that store ever again.

I have had several Interstate batteries in all my vehicles since 1986. I only get blems which are brand new and mechanically sound. Sometimes, they don’t have the size blem I need. If that’s the case i get a #1. The only difference is a blem has some type of exterior damage or imperfection to the case but have passed all other quality control inspections. They usually have blems in stock but no guarantee in your size needed. If no blems,I buy a #1 cause you can’t beat the quality and workmanship of an Interstate.

I called multiple times during business hours. It just rang many times, no answer. I dont care how good a product is if customer service is bad. This is my second bad experience here. Last time I called about a battery, they said they had it but couldnt hold it for me. Drove all the way to the store and they didnt have it in stock. I dont think Ill be calling again.

Pulled in the driveway next to the interstate batteries sign, where two other cars were parked. Employee came out and rudely said I was in the wrong lot and would have to go to another one, which would take significant time since its on a one way, and to be sure not to hit his car on the way out. He gave no reason that he couldnt help me where I was, and had no reason to assume Id hit his car. Ill give my business to another battery place.
