Bob Howard made our car buying process so easy and seamless! No hassle, nothing pushy, super relaxed. One of, if not the, best car buying experiences we’ve had.We came in late and left right before close, they forgot to wash/detail our car, but when they checked in the next day I let them know and they were more than happy to make it right and even top our gas off too for the trouble.We had a great experience and would easily buy here again. This is the second time Id had to set up an appointment for this oil change. The first time I was told there would be a 3 hour wait for the oil change even with having set an appointment for 8am. They informed me that the afternoon was a better choice because it slows down then. I reset the appointment for 3pm the next Friday. When I went in I was told it would be a 2 hour wait past my appointment time once again. I had to have the oil changed so I waited and watched the employees mope around until 4:15pm when they seem to catch fire. My car and the 4 cars ahead of it that hadnt moved in an hour and a half were finished in 30 minutes so they could get home on time. The other very obvious issues my car had were never addressed or mentioned since it was a few minutes to 5. I was extremely disappointed with this service call and the one I had set before this one that I didnt have the time to wait on. Someone should explain to them that people set appointments because their time is valuable. All I received was excuses on the system making to many appointments for the same time.

I dropped my car off at this location over a week ago to have the engine inspected for recall defects and after setting an appointment for that drop off, was told 3-4 days before I could expect a follow up. On day 4, I was told that my car had not even been looked at yet. I call today to ask for a realistic timeline and I was told it could be potentially weeks before getting information on my vehicle. This isnt even a repair yet, its just testing/inspection, so I guess at this service center customers can expect to be without a vehicle for close to a month and that be acceptable.

After having a less than pleasant experience at another local Hyundai dealership, I was more than impressed with Bob Howard Hyundai. Travis was great and communicated honestly via text and then when I arrived in person, he was true to his word and what he told me via text message. He was kind, knowledgeable, and did not try to pressure me in any way. He asked me what my budget was and what I was looking for and worked with his manager to make it work for me. I came in around 7 pm and was out before 9 pm confident that I had chosen a great vehicle. Joey, the finance guy, was great and explained things well. He also had a great sense of humor which was nice to take some tension away from making a big decision. I will confidently recommend anyone I know who is in the market for a Hyundai vehicle to go to Bob Howard Hyundai. A+ dealership and A+ people!

We were able to move from a newer Ford we could no longer afford to a very nice used Hyundai Veloster and saved four hundred monthly. What a God send. Thanks Bob Howard. We are ver happy.

I had 2 recalls, an oil change and another issue was looked at. I appreciate that this dealership is honest, doesn’t try to talk you into services you don’t need. They got the work done in a reasonable amount of time despite being busy. Extra credit for no black smudges on the steering wheel, from mechanic’s hands, afterwards.

Good experience overall. The technician kept me informed during the entire process, including status of vehicle and estimated cost. Thankfully my vehicle was only in the shop about 2 days considering the work that was completed. Cost was about what I expected, but if it helps keep my vehicle running another 2-3 years it was well worth it.

I scheduled an appointment yesterday for an oil change and to get my latch fixed on my trunk. When I was scheduling my appointment it had my trunk latch on there to check from my previous visit there and how much it would cost. I checked it along with an oil change but when I get there he doesn’t see it. I told him what I needed and he came to me and told me that the part was ordered and it should be in between 1-3 and would give me a call. He did tell me that the warehouse with the part was short handed and the last time they had to get something from them they didn’t get until that even. Fast forward to 4:54 when I called checking on the part Nathan from the parts department said that the warehouse didn’t even print the ticket so the part was never pulled and they can do it Monday. I already paid for this part and this is not this first time I’ve had issues and another customer complained about Hyundai service department on I-240 in OKC. I requested my money back. They didn’t try to fix this issue or make it better. I will take my business and any other customer that had issues that I know about we will take our business elsewhere and inform anyone that needs to know of the incompetence lake of customer service and fix the warehouse issue.

My dealer could not get me in for 3 weeks and that wasnt even a guarantee (whole other story). My best car buying experience. Friendly, not pushy staff from sales to finance. Only real issue is we were told it would be detailed before we picked it up. It was not and still very dirty. It still had the plastic protection strips in places. I think they just splashed water on it and called it done. Either way, I just get to wash my new car.Edit* Make sure you check the quality of the new car you buy. I picked mine up at night and a few days later noticed several paint flecks and blemishes on the exterior of the car.

I honestly don’t know how or why this place has almost 5 stars… they have the worst customer service and they simply do NOT CARE about your vehicle… I’ve called 4 times in the last 2 months about the SAME ISSUES that they have clearly neglected every single time I’ve been there and or called about it. How do I drive a 2018 Hyundai Sonata with only 28k miles on it and the trunk is stuck shut and the volume button on the steering wheel is dis functional, and multiple times on multiple occasions they’ve said they will get both issues fixed, they never did nor did they even acknowledge it again. I bought this car with 60 miles on it, there is NO reason the trunk should already have issues and the volume button as well. I will NEVER RECOMMEND NOR SHOP THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN.

He showed us multiple vehicle trims and waited patiently as we made a decision. Very fair price and the paperwork process went smoothly. The finance manager was very professional and no hard sell.I had a small warranty issue and when I called Ali, he set us up quickly with the service department. It was quick in and quick out. Came in to have an recurring issue looked at on the way back from a baseball tournament. The issue caused my car to go into limp mode on our way back to Colorado.Service got me right in but based on history I knew this wasnt a one day fix. Was advised they had to order recall part, would be there, next day a.m. Received no update call, next day. Took 2.5 hours, after texting at 11:15 am, and phoning and leaving messages until 1:30 p.m.,finally phone was answered. Told me no part yet. I asked for loaner, was stranded at home, have no to help. Said couldnt give me a loaner, do I want to pickup my car. Why are loaner cars advertised on their website? Not my fault theres a recall.By the way, this is second time they were supposed to take care of this recall. Out of plain courtesy, I should have received an update call, when they didnt receive the part, when they said. If I hadnt kept calling, I would still have no transportation. Two days and counting. I picked up my car, was told would receive a call, when the get the part. Im not holding my breath. 😒

This place has the absolute worst customer services in repairs. They take the approach of your car will be done when it is at your convenience. If you dont like it, then that your problem. Will not be using them again.Quick update. After you do manage to getyour car fixed. If for any reason you fill out a negative review on there email surrey. The dealership will off you a $200 check for going bad and changing your answer. What a way to run customer service offer to pay people to change there opinion of your company.

The salesman was good but the finance guy wasnt. I bought a vehicle that broke down a week after I bought it. I purchased a 50k warranty that did nothing for me. I had no information on the warranty except it was going to cost me $3500. Service there couldnt tell the difference between motor oil and transmission fluid. They had to take it to their other dealership that agreed with me but they wanted to charge me $800. I fixed it myself for $200. Ive bought many cars from Bob Howard and its gotten worse each time. Ill definitely go somewhere else when it comes to shopping again.

I purchased my vehicle from BHH in late 2019. I have been taking it to their Service Dept since. I have had issues the last two times I have taken it in for an oil change. Fluids are not topped off (even when I make sure to mention that they they need to be), and my tire pressure was off (high) when I picked it up. My antifreeze container reservoir lid was not on correctly, and the fluid was low. I was headed on a trip, and I should be able to trust that my vehicle is travel ready when getting it serviced. When I had issues the first time I got blown off when calling (they assured me that they serviced my vehicle correctly). I purchased an extended warranty with my vehicle, and it’s concerning that I can’t even get it serviced properly at the dealership I purchased it from. I did try to call them before posting this, and I just got left on hold.

All went pretty well today!The reason I didn’t give all five stars is because, nothing they found was covered under my remaining warranty, and the recall parts had to be ordered. This was probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership! I looked for the car I wanted online and received a call from Samuel the next day. I told him what I wanted and what my budget was, and he told me he would do his best to make my experience worth while. I planned on shopping all day and traveling throughout the city, but was hoping I could get what I wanted quickly. He took information from me and said he’d make sure my stop there was my first and only stop of the day. He kept his word, and I was in and out in just a few hours. I will make sure and tell everyone I know what a wonderful experience I had, and make sure to buy from Bob Howard Hyundai got my vehicles from now on!

2+ hours for an oil change. I had set an appointment and was left waiting with no updates or anyone to help. I had other obligations and was needing to leave after 1.5 hours of waiting and there wasn’t anybody around to answer questions or get my keys. I get that they might have been busy but what’s the point of setting an appointment then. If they couldn’t handle the job today then it shouldn’t have been available to schedule. The worst of it is I couldn’t even leave without getting repairs done because all staff disappeared. Huge waste of my time.

As with most people that write reviews, youve either had an exceptionally positive experience or exceptionally bad. (I had to give a star, so it would post my comment). Our experience was the latter. I was in contact with a used car salesman that was aware I was traveling from Tulsa to test drive/purchase a vehicle. I specifically asked for pictures of the interior, online the car appeared to have stains on the front seats. Pictures were sent and I followed up with a question asking if the rest of the interior was in good shape, to which he said yes. That evening I drive almost 2 hours to see the vehicle. Open up the back hatch and there was at least a half gallon of dried white paint on the black interior. The salesman attempted to pretend he wasnt aware of the stain, event though he sent pictures that morning and was asked directly about the interior. When asked to talk to a manager/asst manager, of course there was not one on the premises. Then the salesman proceeds to try to sell me another car on the lot. I cannot imagine consciously lying to a customer and allowing them to spend 3.5-4 hours on the road. No apology, no remorse. The car being allowed on the lot, and priced at 11,500, with white paint all over the back is bad enough. I would not purchase a vehicle from this lot nor any other associated with Bob Howard.

My husband drive into some high water. And our car stalled. Since the car is a 2018 hyundai elantra the insurance company asked me where I wanted it taken to be fix. I just Google it and Bob Howard came up and had some good reviews so I asked for it to be taken there. The whole motor had to be replaced. A guy named Jimmy was our mechanic. He was always supper nice to me. I called him every few days. He never seemed to get discussed with my phone calls.The car seems to be running great now. If I had any complaints it would be that they do not have enough loaner cars. But if I ever need more work done on my car I will take it to Bb Howard and asked for Jimmy. Another thing that was amazing my husband has a habit of putting money in the console. He actually forgot he had put it there but when we picked the car up the $20. Bill was still in the console.

STAY AWAY...I just came to this place with my Hyundai Accent 2010 and a Transmission Problem Someone with name JAKE just received my car and just told me that they definitely will find my problem. 3 days later this JAKE just told me that my entire transmission was PHYSICALLY BROKEN INSIDE, estimation for this repair: 2500$. I just took my car and then in home I found that the problem was the fuse number 12 broken in my car. I replaced this and my problem just gone. I also found that my grille Hyundai emblem was stolen, probably in that dealership. My recommendation: really stay away from that service department. Apparently they are good for oil change only

Very professional and proactive. After I contacted Jeremy to schedule a test drive, Berto made sure that the vehicle was detailed and ready to go before I arrived. As I was driving in from out of town, Berto sent me text updates, including a picture of the vehicle when she was done being detailed. By the time I got there she was ready to go - and after the test drive I made the decision to buy.Berto made sure she was filled with gas while I finished up the paperwork; we were in and out in a little under 2 hours. About a week after the purchase, Berto texted me again to make sure everything was going well and to see if I had any questions.I was a little surprised that it cost an additional fee to transfer the factory warranty to a second owner, but I suppose that makes sense. The price of the car itself was consistent throughout the entire process and was well within the KBB value.Overall, 10/10. I would buy from this dealership again. If you go, ask for Berto - hell make sure you are taken care of before, during, and after!

Nansy was amazing! She was patient! I bought a car that they loaned out and it got a scrape on the front and they are fixing it and detailing it to make me happy! They have followed up several times and I would recommend Nansy and George to my family and friends any day!

I recently purchased a vehicle with this dealership. There are two things that i wanted to mention in my review and the reason why I did not give them 5 stars.Pro’s.1.They offered me a reasonable amount for my trade and after going around to other dealerships they had the best offer.My trade has some damage so they did offer a reasonable amount considering the fact.2.Also, the salesman was courteous. He was able to work with me on getting the total price down due to the bank financing and debt-to-value ratio.Good customer service over all.3. I was able to walk away when I wanted to think things over. I can’t stand when I go to dealership and I feel like I’m being held hostage. I will demand my keys and walk out if I ever feel that way.Con’s.1. Their documentation fee is high for an industry average. $599 mandatory doc fee is too high and if you don’t know these fees normally should be 299 or less.2. I always go into the dealerships doing my due diligence on the car I’m interested in and it’s features. I deliberately act like I don’t know what I’m talking about and ask questions to see if the salesman has done his research and knows what he’s talking about. Unfortunately this salesman did not answer my questions correctly and didn’t know much about the vehicle I was purchasing.3. The car was not already detailed. Not sure why it wasn’t detailed while we were at the bank getting it financed. (They did agree that they would detail it at a later date because we running late with another appointment so it will be detailed but it was not ALREADY detailed)Overall I was pleased with my purchase.I would not return due to the high documentation fee.

Sales people were friendly and nice enough, my main problem was with one of the sales managers. He gave me an offer, we both agreed on it and then signed it, then he went back and shredded that offer then came back with a new, higher offer. I guess signed documents dont mean anything. Goes to show what kind of people get into the car business Wont be buying another car from them again.

Gaylon the sales manager gave us wonderful service when we bought our daughters car in February. Today the new car had problems as happens from time to time even with a new car. Gaylon stayed open for the tow truck to get my daughters car to the dealership and had her in a loaner. We were over 1000 miles from home and forever greatful. This was the worst car shopping experience of my life! We arrived when they opened, and the doors were locked. The first salesman seemed disinterested in working with us.The first car we looked at was in horrible condition. One of the backseat seat belt buckles was broken and the salesman tried to hide it in the seat. We mentioned all the things we would want fixed if we were to purchase the vehicle and we were told that we would be charged for the repairs. The website listed this car as having rear parking assist. This car did not have rear parking assist and we asked them to take that off of the price. They said a third party vendor lists their cars on the website and there was nothing they could do.We waited almost an hour for another salesman who seemed more interested in working with us, but we had to go on the website and search for another car to look at. This car was also very high mileage and very beat up.We decided to go to lunch to talk about if this was the car we wanted to purchase. The entire time we were at lunch the salesman literally blew up my daughter in laws phone asking when she was coming back and telling her he would lower the price, etc. We finally had to tell him we would not be purchasing a car simply because we were trying to eat and he kept calling and texting non stop.

From purchasing my new Tucson to my 1st oil change it’s been the best customer service. No pressure is the buying, my car called me when my oil change was due and scheduled me, walked into Customer service only thinking I would get my oil change as I also needed a recall done and was told on my scheduling appointment they would need to order parts, however when I got there he they told me they had the parts and would take care of it as well. Texted me while I was waiting and had a person to text if I had any issues, that was great. I had none but felt like if I needed something they were right there. I heard multiple people on my visit day they loved coming there for oil change or any repair and the line to get oil changes was long full of Hyundai’s and the line moved quickly. Very impressed and now my daughter wants her own Hyundai can’t wait for her to trade her Kia in for a Hyundai and get the same exceptional service I’ve received. I know I’m only 7500 miles into my car but can’t wait in the future to buy from there again
