It was a great buying experience at first. No down payment but the payment was high but it’s a price you pay for having bad credit. But buyer beware of their scam of a car warranty small print you can only drive 2000 miles a month or it voids the warranty and make sure you get the oil changed and keep all receipts. The Motor in my Ford Expedition needed to be replaced at the cost of $5600.00 since I went over 2000 miles a month they are wanting me to pay for it. So don’t buy into their story of free car warranty to cover motor or transmission. it’s a scam!!!!!!!

Avoid the Key DO NOT GO HERE Ive been paying on my car for 5 years and I have been unemployed for 1 1/2 years and still managed to stay on top of my payments. My unenployment ran out and I start a new job in 2 weeks which means I will not paid for 3 more week and they are threatening to repo. I am 14 days late after 5 years. Youd think I could get a 30 day grace period.

Purchased a Chrysler 300 in less than a month a/c stopped working compressor went out. They did nothing to fix problem even though I had vehicle less than a month. Talked with another man while at pep boys getting diagnostic ran who also purchased a car from the key said he had his vehicle less than a week and it was having problems. Now Im stick paying over $3000 in repairs. Be careful what you buy from them.

Well I have to admit that I was promised a car all week and had my hart set on, when I got to okc they I formed me they took it to another lot..and my power choices were not really what I wa Ted but had to have a car and drove 2hrs to okc from waurika Oklahoma, so had to settle for a car that was a year older and had about 15000 more miles on it, to top it of the lowest payment I could get was about t 50dollars more than what I was quoted. So tried to look o. The bright side but the car started .making aloud the loudest ticking and it was embarrassing also noticed alot of has alot of hail damage, oh and head light out.

Back in December of 2020 I had a 2017 Jeep Patriot I had bought 4 years prior to trading back in with the key here on i240 was a great vehicle I had been telling them for months I needed a truck well the sales man wrecked the truck into a light pole there on property then they sold the truck out from under me after getting the broken bumper fixed then they put me in this pos Chevy Traverse 2014 model because I need a vehicle with more room for 8 months now I’ve had nothing but problems out of the dealership the car the financial department the transmission started to slip in late February finally received the title the end of February then went to get the vehicle registered the title was dated that I bought the car back in January of 2020 a year prior had the run around on that problem and getting the car in for this transmission issue finally was able to get the car in to the shop this past Saturday June 26th 2021 it now has a motor problem transmission problem is worse leaks water from ac in passenger floor ac doesn’t cool car won’t shift into gear and when I drop the car off on Saturday they put me in a loaner vehicle that’s 5 times worse then the one I had spent 50 dollars in this car to clean it it smelled like wet dog there was food and pet hair dirty booldy bandaids rubber gloves marijuana and some other kinda drug stuff all over the place I want this problem resolved

The Key is a rip-off!! We didnt go there because of bad credit, they had a car we wanted. Apparently they do not check recalls, change the oil, or check anything on the vehicles they sell. A few $$$$ later out of our own pocket we got everything fixed... Next time I will go to a REAL dealership that makes sure any used vehicle is inspected and safe to be on the road!!!

I bought a car a month and a half ago. Fuel pump went out. Since then ive been treated horrible. No rental. I felt rushed into the deal. I was mislead on price and warranty cause how pushy the salesmen was. I would advise everyone to find somewhere else where they treat u better and listen to ur needs. Although the financing company they use is good. The key should be ashamed. Also I habe been paying double insurance for the whole time. When told id get it taken off my payment. I was lied to and they applied it to the principle. When asking a eta on how soon they can fix my car. A steady answer of we dont know when we can get to it. Its been over a week now. No answer. My car turned into a money pit in a little over a month.

Went to get a car. Was approved and given a down payment amount and I agreed to pay that amount. Then another salesperson came up and told me I needed $2,000 down, after the agreement. Then the original salesperson suddenly disappeared. I was told what I suspect was a lie. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Highly disappointed in the way I was treated here.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE if you want a clean title. Very unhelpful after the sale. Refinanced a vehicle from here to get away from ridiculous interest rates years ago. After refinance their name still appears on title. They can/will not print a copy of a lien release nor give me a letter of no interest. Even though they can verify vehicle being paid in full. Obvious there is no desire for any repeat business from this company.

I have been with the key since July. I am now in a second car because the first car I got to drive it for a week I put it in the shop and it stayed in the shop even now cuz every single time things got started back to beginning. They did me wrong and gave me only $798 to $1,800 I actually paid into another car. The second car had wires hanging out in the back of the trunk I let one of their sales associate know they brushed It off the third wheel seating had no cushion to wear anybody could sit on it it only had cloth over metal and I didnt even have it for a day its already back in the shop. I am going to give them a call today and hopefully they put me in a vehicle that doesnt need to be fixed. Beware when you get vehicles from this place or any place from the key they will take the vehicles off the truck clean them up make them look nice and put them out in the lot they dont look at any other problems until you tell them. Because my first vehicle had a lot of issues the gear shift was not illuminated the speedometer dash was half dark and half lit up the radio didnt work the only thing that worked was a.m. radio the CD didnt work. They put it to the Ford company and to this very day the Ford company continuously goes back to square one to repair the car. So again beware when you go to the key.

Such an awesome car buying experience. I would totally recommend Richard for any car buying needs. I trusted him enough to send my mom by herself to purchase a vehicle. He was patient, diligent, and extremely helpful throughout the process. Their management team is also extremely efficient and organized. I purchased a vehicle from the key and used Richard, and now my mom has purchased a vehicle from the key and Richard and we will continue this cycle for as long as we need a vehicle. UPDATE:Now, 6 months later and have had nothing but vehicle mechanical issues. I wouldnt recommend their service dept. For repairs.Jared went above and beyond for us when we went in to look at purchasing a vehicle. He was courteous, polite and very fun conversation. Every time Ive contacted him since, he has gone above and beyond, even after the sale!

They helped us get into the car my wife wanted,but didn’t tell her they didn’t offer gap insurance, so after our wreck we now owe like 7,000 on the remaining part of our loan. Thank you for creating more debt for us! RIP OFF!!So Gap insurance for people who don’t know what that is, is an insurance you buy through the dealership, so that in case you are ever in a car wreck, this helps you pay the remaining balance of the car off, once they tell you how much the cars worth after the insurance adjuster looks at it. They appraised us between four and five thousand and seven thousand is what would have paid it off, and that’s what’s covered by gap insurance. They didn’t tell us that they don’t offer gap insurance!

Excellent customer service. Felt a tad rushed but it was getting late and Im sure they had family to go home to. Outside of the car needed a serious bath, the interest rate being a bit high, which is on me and my lack of credit. The manager and his assistant manager I feel went above and beyond and took the time to break down and explain the cost of the vehicle, the length of the loan and payment schedule a book Buying Cars for Dummies The sales lady Chris I could go on all night about giving her compliments but unfortunately have to get up at 4am the following morning. Lets just say she picked up on my personality immediately and adjusted hers in my opinion to match mine which made my car buying experience pleasurable instead of what I would normally consider a dreaded task. Other than the feeling slightly rushed and the high interest rate this was no doubt one of the best car buying experiences Ive ever had and for anyone that might be in a similar situation and looking to purchase a vehicle I would recommend the dealership THE KEY off of I-240 in Oklahoma City, OK. 200% plus and ask for Chris who Im confident will also be able to make you feel comfortable from the beginning.Update:I cannot say enough about THE KEY dealership in OKC. Ive seen the adds and heard in conversations about The Key will not even put a vehicle on the lot for sale until it has gone through there inspection process. After leaving the dealer and into the next day I discovered some issues in my opinion that should have been taken care of in the inspection process and other than it being very difficult to get through to there service department due mostly Im sure they are so busy it being right after Christmas. Once I was able to get ahold of then I was instructed to bring the vehicle in which I did the next day and the service did say they was backed up and it would be a while. I asked could I just schedule an appointment because like him Im very busy at work myself? He stated the next available date which we both agreed was to fat out. Before I knew it he had made a phone call to a Pep Boys down the street from there. He said to go there and tell them all the issues with the vehicle and they will take care of you. I stated the issues to Pep Boys the brakes need looked at, the satellite link service is telling me battery cells dying, windshield wipers need replace and the TPMS dash light has came which is tire pressure issues. No more questions where asked and after just a couple hours they replaced the front breaks, put a brand new battery in, changed a tire pressure sensor and replaced the wipers all at no charge to me. This is almost 2 weeks after I bought the car. I hardly ever Wright reviews, In fact probably only 3 or 4 in my life time but not only did I take the time to give my review on THE KEY I even added an update which Ive never done.

Well after getting into high interest with high payment with them unwilling to work with me ...i had my truck for less than 24hours before having to return it cause of transmission slipping and now here iam 3.5 days later still waiting on my refund of my down payment
