Overall a very pleasurable experience. the owner really worked with us to try to find the best flooring to match our home, and he worked hard to get us a great price. The installer really knew what he was doing.My only issue was with the handling of the baseboards. We agreed they would not be removed to save the extra cost (maybe $200). This was a mistake. In some areas the baseboard didnt have enough clearance, so the installers assistants pried up the baseboards with a crowbar to slip the flooring underneath. In the process, there are now gouges on the bottom sides of the baseboards in some places.The baseboard finish wasnt in great shape in many places (lots of scratches), but these types of scratches are correctible with a touch-up. We acknowledged this at the start of the job. The gouges in the bottom werent there (why would they be, given the previous flooring was carpet).Summary: Just pay attention to the installation. If had been there and seen it I would have immediately stopped them... but I stepped away. So in a sense my bad. I still recommend Country Carpet; but I took away a star because of this installation issue.
