I don’t normally write reviews, but I feel like I must share my experience with all of you thinking of buying from this folks. If I could give it a no star I would. They do not take any responsibility from their products. Recently I bought $10,000 of LVP from them, I had an issue with the floors they claim it’s my fault from installation I can’t honestly say that it is or is not, Its probably a combination of several factors, point being they came out Cary the store manager with the rep for the floor, I knew from the get go they would say it was not their floor I expected that, Cary say he would “help” me with the price of the area needing to be tore out and re done, come to find out they are actually wanting to sell it @ $1 more then I paid for it three months ago. Buy at your own risk knowing that if something is wrong with their product they will turn a blind eye, instead of helping solve the issue they actually will try to make more money of off you. I get it corporate America, but integrity and ethics to me a far more valuable than making a buck of someone.

This place is a disgrace, they will lie to you in your face. Do yourself a favor, ovoid shopping here. There are far better options, go somewhere where they actually want to help you out. The only reason why I didn’t give them a no start is because is not an option.

Best place for flooring the girls there are very good at there job. Come in and ask for Denise Locke thats my girl shes the best.

I stopped by this afternoon and talked to Randy and the pretty blonde haired lady (sorry don’t remember her name) and they were so nice and friendly and tried to be helpful. I’ll definitely be back!!

Alisa Ross at ProSource is great. She takes the time to listen to our customers needs and helps them make the right selections for their project.

We purchased COREtec ProPlus Enhanced Vinyl Plank flooring & are thrilled with the improvement it has made in our. Tiera was very helpful! We also want to compliment our installer (Cody Marestein) who was knowledgeable and professionsl. He always consulted us if anthing came to let us choose how to proceed. Highly recommend him!!

A great selection at a fair price. You get what you pay for in life and theyve really got some high quality flooring here as well as some moderately priced flooring and tile options. Most of the higher-end flooring comes with a lifetime warranty. Many times I clients have gone with a cheaper laminate flooring that ended up healing after a couple of years and was not covered by a warranty and they had to do it all over again. Ive always said if youre going to do it do it right this place gives you the opportunity to do it right price. And sales rep Kristy bends over backwards to get me what I need when I need it and Im sure the rest of the staff there does as well.

This is a quick and easy place to get tile and tile supplies. The girls at the front desk are very friendly kind and awesome!These warehouse guys are very professional and nice.

As an interior designer, Kristi Leeper has been so much help to me! I can easily contact her to set up samples in my style/price range for me to look at. She always provides me with the best information and turns quotes around quickly. I love working with her at ProSource!

Sales people are very friendly & down to earth

Customer service here is non-existent, my sales rep was on the phone during my entire appointment that I had to wait a week to get. Then my tile was over four business days late coming in, kind of hard to build a shower on a schedule when prosource cant deliver tile when promised.

Good place to get tile.
