This store usually is good but today was not the case. The associate was rude and did not come across friendly or concerned for my issue. She was more concerned with everyone wearing masks and not the complaints of the customers. I made a payment and requested to pay full balance and there is still a balance today. There are no upgrades and my data dont work and my voice service is barely exists. Just not happy with this company overall.

I have always had a good experience at the store but I dont like the new plan the assist has now. Completely was good with the old one that I had.

I dont want to give these guys any stars I bought galaxy six edge for 175 had insurance was told by customer service it was covered needed to go to the store and they said upgraded phones werent covered and it cost more then I paid to but the phone to fix the screen bunch of runaround I would have never bought the phone if Id have known but they still continue to charge for ins.

This Assist Wireless store is well staffed with knowledgeable employees who were very helpful and friendly. Its not uncommon for places to be busy around the beginning of the month but this location handled the flow of customers effectively. A gentleman who had service through a different provider mistakenly came to pay his bill and the staff actually took time to look up where his providers closest store was. Now thats excellent customer service.

There are getting to be so many of these cell phone places that its hard to figure out which one is best. Which one has the best service, which one has the best phones, which one has the best reception. I dont know which one is best but I know that assist is pretty good. If you need a phone, this would be a good place to come.

I use Tech-Lock for any lock repairs including changing the tumblers to new keys. They cut new keys 2 for 1 dollars. Some keys are a little higher in cost. They were able to replace the chip key wiring on my mothers car. It was not as expensive as other places. The employees are very nice and helpful. They will come to your business or home to change out locks. They came to our church and rekeyed all the locks on the exterior doors. They have very competitive prices.

The 1 and I repeat ONE & ONLY 1 employee was very nice, calm, knowledgeable, and efficient for being ONE employee!!!! Now assist wireless does have good deals for people, especially low income people, but COME ON PEOPLE. 45-1 HR service time is unacceptable! Period. Period. Period. Now, the only reason I waited is because I had a $35 credit or it would have been deuces! Now, get the poor guy some help.....

Only store open durring covid-19 but quit with financing.

Went to see about getting a new phone had broken mine. Terrible terrible experience changed service real quick. While I was in the store with my 13 year old the guys that were working had better things to do then help me. I waited 10 mins to be helped while the guys bantered back and forth cursing dropping the f bomb all in front of not just myself but a child at that. Was going on and on about a new Bluetooth speaker they just got in. Had it hooked up and turned up so loud you couldnt hear yourself think. One of the guys farted it stunk so bad I was gagging then sprayed so much sir freshener I almost puked. My son had an asthma attack from it. We left immediately.. we will not return.. poor excuse for employees.. shame on you.

The worker was friendly enough but was busy playing games on his phone when I went in and Id been there at least 10 mins before he finally put it away completely and paid attention to doing his job. Once he did put it away my experience there was good.

Good luck with these jokers....their rude you can never contact the office over the phone, you have to go in the office, which you can count on being in there forever because they get paid hourly and are in no hurry and their customer service skills really truly suck. they are rude and dont go out of their way to help, and tend to argue with the customers. I say no stars for these players but in order to post you HAVE to put at least one, so even my opinion is tampered with.

Worst customer service ever. I had a phone in my car I wanted to see if they could set up. At first I just went in to ask questions and then I left to go get the phone and told the woman what I was doing. Went back to go in and she had locked the door behind me. There was no rudeness with me or anything

I called the main numbers talked to the main people they tell me to go to the shop and theyll give me a certain phone. i get there they say we only do this phone. i give them the mans info and they still want to argue about what he told me!!!!!!!

This company is un business like i have drove all over okc today aand havent found one of there stores open, When i called multiple different numbers all I have gotten was automated answers from all can i just get a number to a store so i can find out if they are open before iI drive 40 miles for nothing ...i need a new phone and to pay my bill

Was having problems with phone couldnt get internet I spent days hours on the phone with customer care they never could resolve the problem. So I finally got it fixed by going in to store and BAM! Fixed. I have internet. Problem was that they hadnt switched me from 3g to LATE when I restarted my plan. Thank you

With Assist Wireless I was unable to find out exactly how much that I was going to be charged for my cell phone service. After less than a month I was already switching back to MetroPCS.

Apparently this location is not open on Fridays even though it clearly says 9 to 6 the live agent I spoke with said that they are not open Saturday or Sunday either even though it clearly states the store hours theres no sign no warning theres just nobody
