Was there for 20 mins and wasnt seen by anyone, would have taken longer but I got tired of waiting
My rating has gone way down from the score on paper survey.I was giving the ladies a 10 for instant service, free accessory (case), help setting up spam blocking.The only problem was tricking me into buying the wrong model. When I asked for an older small model, they didnt say it wasnt in stock. They got what was, activate it while holding the box, which hides how large it is. Basically Ive started to set up apps when I realize which one Ive gotten. Then I hesitate to re-do the whole sale.Now, I may get along with this phone fine, but I would have liked less weight too.Total 2 1/2 of 5.
The girls were the best specially the manager. She definitely knows how to take care of her customers thank you! If you’re on the south side definitely give this one a chance.

So I went into this store and they really tried to rip me off all I needed was to purchase a SIM card for an existing line which I know is only 10 dollars plus tax. These employees really stealing for a workplace by charging $10 for sim and $15 for activation she told me it will be a total of $30 for a sim and to type in 8901*********** number into my account. Went to different location in Moore and got it for $10 plus tax and they are all authorized retail stores. They just don’t know I used to work for cricket.
Ive had a Samsung Galaxy S9+ for a while. I noticed my phone had a hotspot feature and I turned it on to use it at college for my laptop. Ive done that for months no problem, I got a message from Cricket threatening to discontinue my service because I was using my hotspot on that phone. They told me I could get the Samsung Galaxy s9 and trade in my s9+. I was livid, instead of downgrading my phone for a feature I could use with my current phone I cut off the service and went to a new phone company that doesnt threaten their customers.

Good service & decent special offers. Also I didnt buy insurance on the phone. You have to buy it within 5 days of purchasing the phone. My phone started messing up. It had been more than 5 days but they did a warranty replacement for me. I just had to wait about 2 business days until the replacement phone came in and then go in and exchange it.

Heres my experience with this store. We ported over 2 lines from a larger mobile company and the girl seemed really nice and helpful but as we were at the end of our transaction i looked over and read the board about the free phones. Ok my husband was already 6 hrs late leaving the state for a new job due to the nightmare we were going through mobile company and service. So i bring up the question whats this free phone business not the sales clerk. She says oh well yes you would qualify but i didnt mention it because your phones are just a teeny bit better than any free phones. Hmmm ok shouldnt we have been given that choice. And now we are pretty much done with our transaction so my husband has got to get down the road now you tell us we can get tbe new phones but we gotta go through all this time changing the phones and paperwork all over again making it later for my husband. Long story short we actually activated 3 lines that day 2 days ago i informed i would be adding a 4th like soon. I call her today 2 days after this deal and i wanna add this 4th line can we work it out to where we can atleast get a free phone to activate since were not even offered the phones when we switched over 2 lines. Her exact words ummm no you sat there and watched me do the transaction after you knew about the free phones EVEN tho i did not mention it to you or offer it. Now thats our experience and there was a huge huge difference in the customer service AFTER they got you. So beware and dont let them fool you . After all that ofcourse i dont intend on giving them my money very long.
