The manager Becky is very rude and discriminating! I purchased a pair of AirPods from this place a few months ago and now I want to sell them back. They are in perfect condition. One employee tells me he can’t purchase them back from me due to it not being registered on the apple store. Well I bought it from you guys and now your telling me I can’t sell it back because of something you didn’t check before selling it to customers. Now that’s I’ve stated that. Becky steps in and switches to well they are dirty and I have right to refuse service to anyone in the store! What kind of service are you really providing?! Selling stolen stuff and buying what you want depending on the customer!? Sounds very discriminating! I will be calling the better business bureaus and local new station. Seems like this store management and protocol is getting worst and worst.

Every phone I wanted to see was dead. And the one I ended up receiving ear speaker does not work. I cannot hear but the caller can hear me. I called and I was told I could not get a refund for a defective device that was sold to me. I asked if phones are checked before selling to the customers and I was informed you guys do. But I never seen the girl do so. Soon as the phone powered on, she sold me the phone. Will not be doing anymore future business! I’m out off $700 due to this terrible place!

Never let me down when looking for something to game on.

Ive been going to this location for years and never had any problems with the devices I have purchased until yesterday. The phone I purchased was not from the correct carrier as I found out after getting home and charged. Im thinking ok this is a big inconvenience to go back and exchange and do it all over again. Turned out to be a great experience. Becky made the transaction effortless and went above and beyond to insure the device was correct and in good operating order. Becky even went to the trouble of installing the new phone case. Customer service at its finest.

Cheap phones, but they dont check well for previous loans on their phones. Bought one from them almost 5 years ago. Trying to resell it now and decided to get it unlocked. Turns out it has an outstanding loan on it from the original buyer, keeping me from unlocking it.

The staff there could be a little friendly but overall good experience.

Went here looking for a used ps4 for my step son. Was told they didn’t have them there but that the north location had ONE for 225. Yes. 225. We drove 40 minutes out of the way, to then find out it was actually 279! A man was also there who was told at the same store on the interstate, that they didn’t have iPhone 8’s when they absolute did. This is a joke. The only reason we even ended up paying the 279 was because the ladies at the north location were SO awesome. But don’t go to the one off the interstate. So disappointing.

This place has went downhill ever since they started letting people run it with no knowledge of used electronics, I have been coming here since it opened years ago and now everytime I bring something to sale they deny it or call it fake. I just brought in some airpods pro, I have the verified apple support and serial on it and all and the new girl there denied them saying the lid was broke and the other ladybsaid they werent real. I have proof they are real and nothing is broken they are just used! I have done so much business here I will no longer come back. Everytime its someone new with no knowledge on anything and they think they know everything. Well they lost a customer thats been there since day one literally.

They charged 20 more than the xbox store. We tried to return immediately and the bought it back for 20 less than we paid. It was still a better deal because we cos game share on xbox s. Totally unsatisfied. Said we could return when we bought it if we had any problems.... I called and they said theyd call back. Wepurchasedaround closing time and It was first thing next morning. So they lie too.

Great place to find Apple electronics for affordable prices. I’ve been to both OKC locations. Definitely recommend both stores. Staff is friendly, and happy. Plus, it’s well staffed. The store is organized too 😀

Customer service was decent. She was one person trying to help three or four different people looking at phones but she was great at acknowledging you were there. No face mask is required which is cool. Pleasant experience compared to the last time I was in there.

Admittedly, the wall pieces in this store are noticably cooler than much of what they have for sale on the floor, but as for how eclectic the stock is, I cannot give it less than 5 stars.

Got my Nintendo switch here, only been just the once but will most likely visit more! They have a nice variety of games for different consoles, posters and cool gadgets. Staff is really helpful.

Found a phone quick...customer service was excellent

My then-significant other purchased over a dozen DVD sets of various TV shows from here last year. Now, a year later, she no longer lives with me and i still had all these DVD sets, most never opened still in the plastic. I came back to CDR not to return them but to sell them back just to recoup a few bucks. The woman removed all the plastic to check the discs and almost HALF of them she did not accept because they were scratched, allegedly. Well, your establishment didnt think they were too scratched to charge me 8 bucks each for them. So now that i try to sell them for 1.50 each they are not good quality? Either she is wrong, or the person who sold them to me originally was wrong. Either way it is indicative of a lack of standardized practices and training in the purchasing process. Not a good experience.

Lots of movies games and phones at good prices

Went in to purchase a laptop, I found a MacBook Pro set out for 1099. I tried to purchase the laptop, only to be told that it was actually not 1099 but that someone put it out in the wrong place. Was told it would then be 1199. Ok, so then as they are resetting it, the screen goes black with a white circle and a slash through it. So, then I’m told that the hard drive is no good after it was literally working just fine. Unfortunately, I will no longer be doing business with this store.

They dont sell any gift or game cards, but if youre looking for other things electronic, games, movies, phones and TVs, etc. Youre in the right place.

The store rep greeted us immediately however, I didnt find much selection. We were looking for Verizon phones, low end. And the least expensive phone was around 500. plus. When I purchased my last device, they always offered at least one product around 399. We never purchase our phone from Verizon directly- or sign contracts. We have purchased our last several phones from CDR, they are a local company and have always sold us a good product. I hope we find more selections on our next visit. We reside about 2 hours NW of OkC. We are also shopping for an Apple iPad 8 generation and Pen, we hate to have to order these products from big corporations like Amazon 😫 but will have to likey.

Cool place to find amazing portraits, posters, every video game console with new and used games. Great prices also! You can trade, sell all sorts of electronics, devices, i.e phones, tablets, laptops. They also have a considerable amount of movies, action figure toys. Basically a huge sam goody or fye store! They also have route 66 metal liscene plates for out of towners like me for $20! I came in for a cat5 ethernet cord, needless to say they didnt have one :( but I definitely enjoyed the store! Thanks

Friendly staff and helpful. Had no issues returning a controller purchased with a console, controller quit working properly not long after I purchased the console. I was able to go in and get a replacement quickly with no hassle.

Great ppl and awesome experience! They took care of my son and I when I bought a Chrombook that had issues. They replaced that laptop with a laptop that my son absolutely loves. The employees are very knowledgeable and kind. My daughter also has a laptop that she bought from them 7 or 8 years ago and it still works! Highly recommend CDR electronics!!

Bought a phone yesterday (been less than 24 hours)for over $900, we noticed a scratch on the screen which we thought was the screen protector. We brought it to the sales persons attention and we saw it had a screen protector (peeled a corner) so when we asked he reassured us it was just the protector that was scratched. This morning during the phone set up I peeled the protector off and the screen was cracked!! It WASNT THE SCREEN PROTECTOR. So I took it back today..long story short, they did nothing to help me eventhough the sales guy said it himself that he remembered it was there when we took it. So just buyer beware!!! Make sure to inspect very closely and peel off all the plastics/protectors before you pay for it!!

They have a wide variety of items--phones, dvds posters, watches, etc. They even have a help desk that can offer advice and small repairs. I had them install a phone protective screen for me, and they did it no charge, even though I didnt buy it there. Its very large and clean. Staff is very helpful.

Great place to sell or buy used electronics. Just dont hold on to old devices too long or they wont buy it. Recently sold an iphone to them... it was the best price I could find for cash in hand that same day. Staff was extremely helpful.

I went here to buy a phone and the customer service was great. They offered to transfer the files from my old phone to my new one for free and also installed my Sim card for me. The only thing that could use improvement is the social distancing guidelines. Most people (including staff) were not wearing masks or maintaining a 6 foot distance from customers or each other.

Always friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of games, movies, and consoles (phones and tablets too). They offer decent prices if youre needing to sell your items as well.

I brought a Nintendo switch that i bought from walmart a month ago i brought it yesterday due to us not using it any more the person who was helping me went to go ask another person and they said that what I had was trash just because One controller just kept sliding I heard her she was pretty loud and I did not like that the Nintendo I have is still new I have everything to it. Its like brand new I bought an Xbox here about a year ago the Xbox only lasted me for 2 months it didnt let me log in or do anything anymore so they have sold broken items before Im always selling here in for once Im actually not satisfied with customer service also seen that they group together in the middle of the floor with no mask on and once they see you they barely put on their masks.pluse there buying used items and like i said mine was bearly used

Maybe I dont know what Im doing, but the prices posted on their website dont reflect their actual prices. I went to buy a 500gb ps4 that was advertised on their website for $219 and they did not honor that price. The in store price was $239. The staff was super friendly, but my overall experience was not that great. I do not see myself returning. EDIT: From 3 stars to the five stars they deserve! CDR Electronics almost immediately responded to my review and offered to refund me the price difference. They also immediately fixed the pricing on their website. I was really impressed with their responsiveness and customer service. A week after I posted this review, I went in and they refunded the price difference. I will be returning many times in the future. I went ahead and bought a 2nd PS4 and the VR bundle to go with it after they made things right!

Big selection of movies at a super cheap price. They also have video game accessories and games for the kid thats in every adult or just your kids (Haha). Nice and friendly staff. The place is pretty clean and well kept. Oh yeah they also have free popcorn! Why pay full price for a new movie or gaming controller, when you can get them way cheaper here. They also have a warranty.

The store was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and offered assistance twice without even being asked.... Just wanted to know if they could help us find something. A wonderful lady with black hair. I think she was a manger. Cant remember her name. But she went above and beyond to help me put a sim card in my phone. Even called my carrier because phone wasnt working with new card. And looked things up on google to help troubleshoot the problem. Then another girl helped out and they got the phone working. I am so grateful for there patience and help. Thank you again ladies. 😁

Always buy my phones here, recently bought 2 note 9s for me and my son. Decent price, they installed the glass protector, case, sim card and all my data. No need to go to at&t, walked out ready to go.

Went to sell my PS4 Pro and got a really good deal on it, got about $300 for the console. Most of the other places I went to were only willing to give me about $75 to $100, so this is definitely the place to get a good deal.
