I like honest people called about my iPhone I thought it needed new charging port the guy took a look it didn’t need one at all fixed the problem in 5 mins I would recommend anyone to bring your phone here

Waited to pick up my phone from 1200 to 1230 no one showed up. Called several times and to call back. Ive been without my phone for several days. Not happy!

Door says open 12 to 5 now and closed yesterday but noone here or anwsering phones or informing customers they are closed 😪

I drive down from the north side of the City because these guys always do a great job and are extremely helpful.

Not waste your money go to the Apple Store it’s worth the extra 50 bucks to get a better screen last September at my phone broke I want to these guys they replaced my screen for 100 bucks with then two weeks later and a white proof case my phone fell and shattered so I had to take it somewhere else they did not put the screws back inside my screen they other guy said my gosh they must’ve been in a hurry I said never took them three hours to fix it while my phone broke again I went there he charge me 100 bucks he said I’ll have a one month warranty bought a case from the store that he picked out that it will protect it took my phone back in there today that hairline cracks all through my phone and he said there’s nothing he can do about it so if they’ll trade a returning customer like this what what I do to anyone that walks in the store I advise you to run away do not go here it’s not worth the time or the money I hope people read this before they stop bye

Super friendly guy. Great price. He fixed my daughters cell phone while we waited. Fascinating to watch that process. We also got a nice discount on a new case and screen cover bundled with the replacement screen. VERY highly recommended!

The owner is EXTREMELY well versed in device repair and everyone should consider them for repairing their devices. I see reviews where people said the price was too high, etc...Apple and Samsung both have flagship phones that are over $1,000.00 new and use newer technology on the screens, etc. so when a screen ASSEMBLY is $250+ dollars directly from Samsung, you cant complain when a repair place is using GENUINE parts and doing everything they can to keep the labor down.Bottom line is their customer service is excellent, they take care of their customers and if you call w/ a question (like back when I talked to them for the first time) - they will talk to you like a friend or family and help you until you as long as needed. David is who I have dealt with and is a great guy! Super glad I had people refer me to them!! It would be great if they actually keep business hours. I waited around for the late opening of 11:00 and no one even showed up to open there store. Word to the wise as a business owner you might want to keep business hours if you want a successful business. Just saying

Very honest guy. I fixed mine and my wifes phone here today. my phone had trouble to catch signals. he told me to wait until he figure it out if it is a just connection problem or antenna problem. I wont know if he just said it is antenna and I have to change it. he could make more money if he just changed the antenna .but he was honest to me and told me it was just connection. it gave me the trust on him. good man.thanks

Nowadays everybody has a cell phone, and every day thousands get dropped in the toilets, fall off the shelf, get rid of over by cars, and get sat on. Its a lot cheaper to get a screen replaced, then it is to buy Ed Hardy new phone. But be very careful, in my experience after a phone has been repaired, it never seems to work quite as good as it did before.

They fixed my phone really good and got a really good screen protector. The people working there are awesome and funny. They were fast when they were fixing my phone

I came into this store a couple months ago not knowing that the owners had changed. Brought my cracked phone in and had it replaced, when I got it back the calibration was off, I wasn’t able to answer calls or open my phone sometimes along with the vibration mode rattling loudly. I called and the employee said I can bring it back to have it looked at, I was told there were no problems. Unsatisfied I talked with the new owner, he was terribly condescending, & denied any responsibility. I will never come back to this store and I suggest that others don’t as well, since this owner does not pride himself on being a trust worthy or honest business but rather being “right” and not caring about his customers concern or function of their phone.

PLEASE READ before wasting your money. I never take the time to write reviews but these guys deserve it. No one should have to go through what I went through. These guys are crooks. I went there to get a cracked screen replaced and they messed up my speaker and I had to take it back. When I took it back, they fixed it without charging me but my phone was never the same again. They messed up the sensor on my phone so the screen never turned off when I put my phone to my ear to make a phone call, the display screen stayed on the whole time which drained battery and made the phone overheat and turn off unexpectedly. Another issue was my display screen slowly became black and so when I went to get it replaced at a new place, it was discovered that 2 screws were missing from my phone AND the bracket to hold the display screen within the phone was missing! These crooks not only messed up my phone, they STOLE parts from me. IF you are reading this, DO NOT take your business there unless you want to spend more money down the line. They suck!!!!

Best thing about I Fix Phones is you deal directly with the owner, Darren. I went to 2 different repair shops prior and they both were unable to help. Darren had me fixed in 10 minutes. I highly recommend and if needed in the future I will be back.

Tyler and Darren went above and beyond for me, did great work. When there was any bump in the road, they did more than enough to smooth it. My new go-to shop for all friends and family.

Very Crooked business! They stole parts out of my daughters phone and then purposely damaged it when they got caught. The Owner on I-240 and Shields, his name is Andrew Darren Watson. Only a Disgruntled & bully of a business owner would re-damage some ones phone after partially fixing it. When I brought it in it was reparable when I left he had made the phone completely unrepairable. Because he was mad he bent the the phone way worse than it was to begin with completely destroying the phone. Its very unprofessional & bully like to intentionally re-damage my 13 year old daughters phone after the slight bend had been fixed because he is angry. He fixed the slight bend in the phone but when other problems came up he became mad and intentionally bent her phone way worse resulting in a unrepairable phone. Very Bad Customer Service. Customers Beware!!!

My sons phone the man said he needed send it off .My sons phone was a I phone 6 s and then we got a call it was fix the man said it would take 4 weeks what a lie something happened to my sons phone .They gave us a I phone 6 plus someone else phone .Then the guy with long hair said the man fixed it in store and the other man told us he was sending it off. Got the call i told the guy with long hair that was not my sons phone it has pink case why would my son have pink case the receipt said we had a i phone 6 s not no i phone 6 plus.The phone they gave my son was locked .It had a woman on it with a guy and my sons phone was unlocked you could use any phone company. This place Rip you off take your hard earn money and phone. Very rude people the guy with long hair had people that day in the store didnt care what i told him the phone was not ours they gave us wrong phone they knew it . I want my sons phone back .

Absolutely worst service they charge 130 to fix a screen a week later the screen began lifting because of a BAD JOB he gave us “warranty” for 30 days we came back and he was charging us 109$ to get it fixed, because warranty doesn’t cover “physical or water damage” when this clearly happened because of a bad job absolutely ridiculous hope he learns to do a better job!

They put a black face on my white Samsung. Said they would make it right. Still have black face 5 months later and they will not make it right.They suck for business.

They give “warranty” and when you want to go claim that warranty they say “sorry it doesn’t cover that” and as I can see from the other reviews the warranty doesn’t cover anything maybe if they knew how to do a good job they wouldn’t have bad reviews absolutely ridiculous full of liars and thieves!!!

This place is an absolute joke, I was quoted $95, and asked the young lady how it could be done that cheap. She stated that it was a flat fee of $40 labor plus the parts. So I rolled with it. Then I get a call today saying they messed up on the quote and its gonna be $125. I was not pleased but believed them due to the low quote. So in order to resolve the situation I stated that I would meet them in the middle at $110, which was met with Darren the owner telling me that they refuse to fix my phone and hung up on me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, BUYER BEWARE!!!
