This is my 3rd experience with this store and they yet again delivered a world class service. This time my wife had a phone with a ton of priceless photos on it that had been smashed and would no longer charge. I went to numerous local national chains here and they all said that the phone was damaged beyond repair. Remembering how great this store was to me previously I called them and spoke with Diana. She was phenomenal in terms of professionalism. After our conversation my family drove the 7 hours from our residence to the store. She went above any beyond in terms of diagnosis as well as her ability to think outside the box on a solution. She not only recovered the photos that were priceless to me but THE BILL WAS CHEAPER THAN A TANK OF GAS. It cost us 4 times in travel costs than it did for their service. I will continue to come here when something just has to work. I can only hope Diana still works there.

Been here three times. Brought in two game consoles, and a laptop. They do decent enough with console repair. I brought in my laptop and they royally messed it up. I just wanted to bring it in for a fan repair and the motherboard was messed up as soon as I got it back. And now it won’t turn on. It’s now going to be an $800 repair wherever I go because of that mistake. Had to buy another laptop altogether. Regret not being more specific. They told me when I brought it back that I should have asked for a full diagnostic and repair and I probably would have avoided that issue altogether.Don’t expect a high turnaround, they don’t communicate well at all, you have to call them to check the status.Not recommended, unless you absolutely have to have your game console repair

I brought my Nintendo switch here over a year ago and their was this lady at the register said she would fix it and would have it done in a week or so and we checked back in and they said they haven’t even looked at it then we kept calling weekly to see and the same response. So when I went back to ask for it they said it was in a different store and they had to get it shipped back and I didn’t want to leave it with them any longer so we went picked it up and nothing was fixed and the back stand was taken off the controllers were replaced with some broken ones and the storage card reader was completely gone so when I tried to put a micro sd card it just slides all the way in. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE TAKES FOREVER AND CAN EVEN BREAK THE PRODUCT EVEN MORE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE THINGS U BRING THEM.

Hands down the best! Weve used Diana 3 times for what should have been an impossible task and she not only did it, she did it quickly. Twice we had items go through a flood and they were full of water and mud. She was able to get our priceless memories off. The second was a cracked and fried phone one local company told us for $450 they could try to get my pictures but there was no guarantee. She had it done in 3 days and for $50. Two of the times we drove 6.5 hours to drop off the items and another 6.5 hours to pick them back up. Its that well worth it. Id never use another company ever!

Took a Play Station in to get looked at over a year ago. I called weekly to check on it at first and they hadnt looked at it yet. Then I started calling monthly to check on the status and got the runaround every time I called. The most common response was that the tech that was working on it was not there. I even stopped in a couple times to ask what was going on with it. Never once did they reach out to tell me anything about the playstation. Today I spoke with them and they said they dont have the playstation anymore. It has been moved off of location and probably in a storage container or a dumpster somewhere. At no point did they offer any concern for my belongings or even offer any compensation back since I had to prepay them for the service. The gentleman was rude over the phone and acted like it was my problem.

My PS4 stopped working and took it here. They only took took a few days to fix it. It’s been working perfectly for the last 2-3 years since then.

Took longer than expected, after almost 2 months I got my system back. So far it’s been 5 days and I will say the system is unrecognizing a disc that I haven’t even put in, turns off by itself and also has frozen a couple of times. Their customer service wasn’t desirable either, I even had the technician ask me to change my 1st review “because they were nice to him” well they didn’t give me great service so I think I have a right to tell people. If you use them I sure hope your experience is better than mine.

Took my Playstation with problems ask them to replace the fan they told me the fan was working fine did a cleaning on it charged me 50 bucks now the casing over my hard drive is broken they didnt put it back on right and there was dust all over it when I picked it up I dont think they cleaned it I think they just opened it up and made assumptions it didnt even test it now theyre still white light on my PlayStation 4 and Im down $50 after they kept it a week they dont care what theyre doing here

They went above and beyond and I greatly appreciate it! My cell phone started a reboot cycle. I took it in to see if it was fixable. When I dropped it off I mentioned I did not want to reset it because I hadnt been able to back up everything. Unfortunately the phone was not fixable (I was not surprised as it was really old). They put it back together and were able to backup my contacts to my memory card for me during the brief time the phone came on. They only charged me a minimal charge for the attempt to fix it. It took them less than 2 hours. They were prompt, courteous, and I greatly appreciated the technician wearing a face mask while I was there. And Im extremely thankful they were able to back it up for me when it turned on for a few minutes!

Keep away from troubles.you will get nothing positive out of them but loosing your money.

I needed to repair the back camera & screen for my iPhone 7 Plus and always viewed these places with a bit of skepticism. I called the day before and received a quote instantly with the estimated time of repair (30m).Fast forward, I visited on a Saturday morning and was greeted by Ryan, who was very personable and added to my experience. He gave me a high-level overview of what was going to be done, how my phone could be affected, and the any potential setbacks. I agreed to everything, handed my phone over and brought out my laptop to do some work. 10 minutes pass by and Gabe calls me over to tell me that the repair is already completed. I couldnt believe it. I had to do my own self-assessment and could not find any flaws.Overall I am very happy with this place as was priced fairer than the other places I called. The shop is a bit small but you get rewarded with their full attention. :)

Unreliable, not dependable.

Went in for an iphone camera lens replacement. Camera worked before just fuzzy because of the cracked lens. Told me the had the parts to do it same day. They replaced the lens and now the camera doesnt work and they dont have the parts to fix it. Went in with a working camera and left without a working camera. Part doesnt get in until Tuesday. I dont live here so I left, will have to pay someone else to fix it. Disappointing. Dont promise a repair if you dont have parts on hand.Following up on this review:After a few days my phone began heating up to where it would shut of after 2-3 minutes. Mind you I have never had any issues with my phone other than the cracked camera lens. I took my phone to a certified Apple repair store who refused to do any further work on it. Their diagnosis was that QuickFix damaged the motherboard. And the owner seems to think I am not being flexible enough - I am sorry but I cannot leave my phone in a different state for days on end. That’s just not acceptable. I ended up buying another phone because of this store’s “repair”. The owner seems to think I am being unreasonable- I think he should understand the frustrating of paying money to have your phone broken 600 miles from home and having to purchase a new phone.

I went into quickfix the day before I got my phone fixed to see how much it was going to be and I was told $90 to fix it and so I went in the next day(the day I was getting it fixed) and they said $90 both times. I wasn’t in there very long and my phone looks perfect and is working perfect. The employees were very nice. They stuck with the price through the whole experience and didn’t change it even though I talked to two different employees. I will definitely be recommending people to come here and will definitely be back!!!

Couldnt find a reputable place to take our computer until I came across this little gem off of I-240. Very friendly service people, knowledgeable and quick. Competitive and fairly priced. Kept me in the loop before they acted when replacing our power supply, called with options. I again am using them for another problem I have run into and am confident in their ability for good results. Josh, was helpful and am happy he will be working with us to fix our computer. I put a new rear glass on my LG G6 as a DIY project but the adhesive wasnt sticking and the cover kept popping up. Quickfix took a look and put new adhesive on it for me at NO COST. Talk about an awesome guy! 100% will return to do business again.

Had a good experience with these guys. They replaced my screen and took care of me when I had various issues with the new screen. Took a couple of tries but the operation manager has been very helpful in getting my phone back up each time.

I took my cell phone in for a new battery and they told me it would take 3-5 days. Never heard from them, I had to keep calling or showing up there. Finally 2 weeks later I dropped my phone off only for them to break the circuit board inside and the glass on the back. They said they would replace all for free but when they did get the parts in something happened to the first battery and had to reorder one. I had to get a prepaid phone while my phone was broken and had to pay for it out of my own pocket!! Then I never heard from them so I again had to keep calling or showing up about my phone only to find out that they fired the guy that worked on my phone (My phone wasn’t the only phone he broke apparently) and that they couldn’t do anything to fix my phone. So when I went to pick up my broken phone (which i then received with a now broken screen) they graciously (note the sarcasm) said they would refund me my money I spent on the battery I paid for or I could give them MORE money and they would get me a phone like mine. It’s been 2 weeks since all of this and I still haven’t seen my refund and I cannot get a store manager when I call. Don’t waste or time or money on them!

Repair was quick and it didnt kill my pocket. They were very helpful and patient. I tend to ask a catalogue of questions and they didnt bat an eye. Nice people. Clean place. Comfy couch to wait on. I will use them again whenever future inevitable clumsiness occurs.

Great customer service and good prices for iphone screens

So, I want to get my Xbox One S fixed. My mother brings it to Quickfix Electronic Solutions. They tell her that the issue is the HDMI port. My mom doesn’t know much about gaming systems. My mom paid $100 for this repair. They call us back a week later and say “it’s ready to pick up”. They gave her no more information in regard to the new condition of the Xbox. The Xbox not only wasn’t fixed, but the entire device won’t stay on for more than two minutes. It came out worse than we brought it in. I like to compromise, so Quickfix, email me and maybe we can get this issue resolved.

They did a fine job replacing my screen on my iPhone. Two weeks later it got a pressure crack and their warranty only covers manufacturers defects. I wont be getting my screen replaced here again. I will be getting it done in Penn Square mall, their warranty lets you replace the screen at a lower cost if cracked within the first 30 days.

Updating my review to add a new experience here with a different device. Was away for work and my computer suddenly turned off without warning. I thought it was dead so I plugged it in and gave it a few minutes, but it wouldnt turn on. I took it to Apple and they let me know that it would be $500 flat rate and 3-5 business days to fix. Given that the entire computer cost slightly more than $1000, it didnt seem worth it to put half that price again into an old one. The one issue was that I didnt have a single thing backed up.When I got home I brought it to Quickfix. They said they could replace/repair the same part as Apple suggested (logic board) for $300, which to me was more reasonable than the $500. However, it would take 2-3 weeks to get the part. Unfortunately I needed the computer for work, so I asked if they could at least help me get my data off the computer so that I could just invest in a new one but still have my stuff. They said they would for $60-80, which I agreed to. I let them know Id come back.I shortly got a call from Ryan letting me know that theyd actually be able to get me the logic board within about 5 days, which made the decision of what to do even easier. I brought it in for the repair, but after a few hours, it turns out that while the logic board repaired finally got the computer to turn on, it now wasnt recognizing the hard drive, indicating that both the HD and logic board had been fried when whatever went wrong happened. This meant that while my computer was on and running, none of my data was on there anymore. Ryan tried a few more things and let me know hed have to replace the hard drive to a working one so that Id at least have a working computer. I asked if there was anything else he could try and he promised he would, but that he needed some time so to take home the new working computer and hed let me know if anything worked.3 days later, I get a call that Ryan had finally been able to get the hard drive to work!!! All my data was back! He let me know he was going to back it up in case something went wrong again and that I could come in to get the old hard drive and hed put it back in.This was a huge help and relief - the lower than Apple cost, quick turnaround and having all my data back was the solution I had been hoping for but seemed far from possible. I cannot express my gratitude enough for his patience and determination, in addition to expertise because Ryan is 100% the reason I have my stuff back! I highly recommend them for not only their services which have been amazing, but their customer service more specifically.

Worst service I’ve ever had with a cellphone repair shop. Every time they’ve replaced a screen on my phone (3 times) the touch has gone out of it within 3-4 days and they made me pay for it to be repaired when there was absolutely no damages to the phone. I took my boyfriends phone there to be fixed today and got it back with a flickering screen and they “don’t see it” so they won’t fix it.

I had an incredible experience with Quickfix. My computer had shut off without warning and wasnt turning back on. I took it to The Mac Support Store in norman, which was the first well-reviewed place that came up on Google, and they charged $30 for a diagnostic and then gave me an estimate saying my logic board was fried and it would cost $700 to repair. So I panicked and started asking around a cheaper fix.A friend recommended Quickfix for a second opinion and potentially a cheaper quote. I called and right off the bat they gave me a $300 quote to repair the logic board. When I took the computer in, the lovely gentleman at the counter opened my computer on the spot, in front of me (Im already impressed by the transparency), took one look, wiped something off, plugged the computer in and turned it on. It was completely fixed. The logic board wasnt fried, there was just some rust on a connector, which he wiped off. I asked how much it would cost, and he said, Nothing, I didnt do anything, just dont go back to that other place. And trust me, I wont!! I will be a very loyal QuickFix customer from here on out!!

I called them at 3pm to see if they could get me in same day and sure enough... from the time I arrived it was nothing but 100% great customer service... out of there in less than 45 mins and I was on my way!Phone has been working great!

Had a surface tablet screen repaired. 2 weeks later I go to put into a protective case and in the process off sliding it in without using great pressure the screen powder shattered. Very poor quality replacement product, they say they replace with factory recommended screens but that is inaccurate. There is a gap all the way around that is about 1/32 all the way around. When the original screens go to the edge. I took it back and their response was sorry nothing we can do. Will never go back to them nor recommend them.

They didnt try to sell me a bunch of crap I dont need...cut right to the chase and did what I asked! Also...It was quick and not a bad price. I would use them over anyone else. My clumsiness struck hard when my phone fell out of my pocket face down onto gravel the other night. The touch screen still worked fine, but the 3 major cracks were spreading throughout the whole screen as time went on. I was recommended here by two co-workers who had to repair their teenagers phones. I called ahead of time for a quote. They gave me a quote and ensured that the parts needed for me were in stock. They allow walk-in appointments, so I took it in later that day, and it was ready to be picked up in 2-3 hours as promised. They ran a diagnostics test in front of me when I arrived, so the customer and staff were on the same page regarding what needed to be done. They did the same upon completion of replacing the screen and allowed me to double check everything myself before paying and providing a signature. At that time, it was noted that the headphone jack wasnt working. They will be replacing that for me free of charge next week when the parts for that arrive. In the meantime, I have my phone back. The price charged for everything was actually less than what Samsung or Sprint would have charged me, and I received my phone in a MUCH timelier fashion (Samsung would have had my phone for up to 2 weeks!). They have cases and protectors available, but there was no sales pressure. Of course, it would be wise to make a purchase as long as youre there for your damaged phone.Hopefully I will not make the same mistake twice, but if I do or know someone who needs their cell phone, tablet, or computer repaired, I will certainly refer them here!

Went to get my computer fixed, charged me $160. They gave it back to me without no sound coming form the computer and a usb port broken. they told me it would take a week for them to even take a look at it.
