DON’T go here, period. Never.I don’t know where to even start.There services are nothing like the fine print says and if you ever have a decent experience with them, consider yourself lucky cause that’s RARE.Management is the worse I’ve ever dealt with. They DO NOT care about ANYTHING you have to say and will just tell you “Sure, just next week” every time you call, for FIVE months straight.They make ZERO attempts to answer for their failings and couldn’t be bothered to respond to any online reviews. I’m pretty sure they’re currently being looked into by the BBB for several violations and negligence.

Delivery driver is smoking in the truck delivering to restaurants everyday!

Doesnt show up when needed. Several of our workers uniforms didnt fit. Clothes come back wrinkly. When we have expressed our dissatisfaction, we were practically told to kick rocks. No wonder their contract is for 5 years. 1 year might be acceptable but this is just a garbage company. Management needs some serious work.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Sales rep showed up great pitch... ordered 3 rugs for our office. Nothing custom. Sales rep dropped off mats for our office at the end of May.I have reached out to rep multiple times to get rugs cleaned as its a weekly service and service was not happening.He responded several times that he would get it taken care of and that our service would start next week, then the next week. I sent final message to the rep on June 27th to please come pick up their mats and we will find other service. He stated he would be by next day. Next day got another message couldnt make it. Happened several times and as of today still no service on the rugs and they are rolled up at the front desk STILL waiting on someone to pick them up and get them out of our building.Received invoice today on service that has have never happened. Will be reporting to the BBB. Stay away from this company. Not a pleasant experience at all!

Worst uniform experience ever!! Will not return phone calls, uniforms are NEVER correct, charging for items we never received, bullying us to try to keep us from cancelling our contract, very worn out uniforms, never repair anything. I would never recommend them to anyone. They also can increase your charges anytime they want to you and if you dont catch the increase within 10 days you are stuck with the new prices. Our uniform cost have quadrupled in the past 4 years and the service is substandard. It took 2 1/2 months of multiple phone calls to receive a credit for uniforms that were never delivered.

Be careful for signing up with this company. they will try to slip in a 5yr contact without verbal disclosure, despite the person signing agreement does nkt have authorization to sign contact agreement. Jordan pratt was account manager. They also raise their prices regularly every year by 20% without notification. We switched to every other week and the price rose 40%!

I ordered work boots through my employer and have yet to receive them. The order was placed to Cintas 7 WEEKS AGO! The Office staff should not have to continue checking the status of this order for me, they have better things to do.

You guys are rediculious. They have a weekly delivery and they dont even show up. Seems like your guys are not reliable.

Seems to be an issue every week. Theyve had my jacket for 8 weeks. They say its on order but it never gets resolved. It is December, and I would like to have my damn jacket. I have called and complained and nothing ever happens. The service never seems to get better, constantly a problem. They shorted me two pair of pants this week.Follow up...2 service visits have passed and they still havent found my jacket or got a new one. Im afraid to give up the filthy jacket I have, for fear that they will lose it also. Do you think they might reimburse me to have this one cleaned, by someone who wont lose it? I guess they lost two more pairs of my pants because I got 3 this week and 3 last week. Maybe someone who cares or might actually be able to make a difference will eventually read this review. My hopes are not high, because the service is so poor.

Took 3 weeks to get my uniforms and now that i have them the pants dont fit so i have to wait another 2 weeks to have full uniforms to wear. 38 inch waist does not mean 34ish. Very bad job guys

Worst customer service ever! Manager wont call back. Turned in jacket to be cleaned and it never returned. Ive been asking the route driver for 3 months and still hasnt been resolved. Uniforms are old and worn out, names not on many shirts, items come up missing all the time.

The only reason for a 5 year contract is they know the will not be able to service you well, If you take care of your customers there is no reason for a contract of this length

I have been trying to cancel services for months with these people. I keep getting the run around. Please do not get involved with them. It has cost me money as well as HOURS trying to figure out who I can actually talk to to get services cancelled.

Worst service ever uniforms come back as dirty as they were and wrinkled was told originally I could cancel contract anytime then two years of terrible cleaning I tried to cancel and they told me had to complete 5 years of service and I did then after I finished contract and paid final invoice then theyTried to collect for 3 months after they were paid inFull had to send them canceled ck they are notA business to trust never wrote a bad review in my life but please do not do business with this company
