Love the fact that while I looked at expensive eyewear I didnt have someone standing over me. It made my experience that much better, and I was comfortable enough to purchase and didnt feel hassled to do so just because i touched the product. Staff was super friendly as well!

Worthless experience and visit. Had 2 pair on display that I would’ve purchased either pair. “Sorry..those are custom and not for sale”. Why bother having them out?? It’s like they are trying to fail.

I went in and bought a pair of sunglasses after losing mine, I just wasnt feeling the ones I bought. I went back the next day and the lady in there helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She was more than helpful. Very polite, friendly, and extremely professional unlike the guy the day before. I felt like he just wanted my money lol. She mentioned that I had a warranty that i wasnt aware of because the guy did not tell me the day before. I wished I asked for her name so that I could call her supervisor and tell Him/Her how helpful she was.

Oakley is one of those brands that is pretty available anywhere. Especially OKC. You dont have to rely on one place to buy it. With that being customer service should be key when people come in. Their service sucked. They could care less if you bought something or for taut matter needed help lol. I was there for a couple gifts. I bought them at Zumies. Google needs negative stars on here.

Manager is horrible, go somewhere else. Very bad experience, will not ever be buying Oakleys at this location.

Oakley store employees in okc penn sq are more interested in talking to each other than customers, bad service (sorry to say,luv their glasses).
