Everything went great, the only thing I question was a did not get the military discount, because the shoes were so new, I understand the reason, but I never have had that problem at other stores. The people were friendly and helpful though.

I had bought 4 shirts from Nike to show our friends who are on a team with us to see if they liked them, and they ended up not liking them, so we took them back with our receipt and the lady at the register said that only 3 of the shirts were on the receipt and continued to argue that we were wrong. After giving up on arguing (considering that’s not why we go shopping) and she put the amount on a gift card so we could finally leave. My husband looked at the receipt again and found where all 4 shirts were in fact on there and so we had to go back to the store and wasted another 30 minutes having to argue again and then get a manager who then took the cashier to the back and disappeared forever until finally coming back and still having to wait just to get our refund. Will never come here again and definitely would not send any of my friends and family there and experience the headache my husband and I did.

This Nike outlet store is pretty great. Even though there are always a ton of people coming and going they have enough staff to keep the store running efficiently. Even when the line is long it doesnt feel like it because they keep it flowing really well. Theres also enough people on the floor to keep the shoe boxes nice and neat and they answer your questions knowledgeably. I shop here more than I probably should. 🤦🏾‍♂️😁

Got my shoes for $50 and the original price was $80

Great shoes at great prices! If you shop the sales, they rival off brands but last much longer due to high quality! Friendly and helpful staff too, great at advising for kids needs.

I can always find good deals here and everyone is always friendly.. Except this past time which left me a bit confused. The box my shoes came in had an MSRP of 34.97 but they had an orange sale ticket of 49.97. I didnt notice until I got home since the sale ticket was covering most of the original MSRP. Seems shady to me.

Where do I begin with the awesomeness of this place and thats not just because I absolutely love everything Converse. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable here. The products are the best and the sales are also incredible. Been here twice and plan to return many more times! Love this place! Did anyone else know they stopped selling air force 1s in the store? Have to buy online to get the shoes I went there for. And the collections they have arent to die for. The Jordans are on the low end side, like a couple hand fulls of Jordans. But didnt af-1s make Nike what it is today? Everyone including grandma had a pair so I dont agree with taking them out of the store. Maybe thats just me.

We were helped today by a wonderful sales rep named Joel this afternoon! Joel located a pair of a particular style shoe my daughter wanted. He was very patient and found the color shoe she wanted. He provided outstanding customer service and I can tell he values Nikes customers.

Grandson got the shoes he wanted for price he expected. Didnt take long to find either. Good prices. No long lines. Fun clerks. New market place Id never been before. Strange layout for shopping mall. Huge parking lot but cars still circled and waited for spot. Restrooms shared with several stores. They needed tending. Out of supplies and one door of two restrooms offered didnt lock.

Staff was super friendly. Price was on point! Lady that was helping us was super attractive so that helped!

The actual products are great, but the customer service is weak. I was extremely ready to spend some money when I walked. I was in the store for 10 minutes. No one spoke to me so i just walked out.

I did find a suitable and comfortable pair of Nikes. What I did not find were outlet prices. In fact, I found I could have purchased brand new for the price the outlet store sold them

I go there everyday sometimes twice a day if you dont check your receipt you may not get the discount thats advertised on the wall and on the box!This has happened 7 times in under 2 months, they dont double check and if you leave the store they will say you put a different sticker on the box, just because the price looks good if Im not getting whats advertised Im getting scammed and that I dont do you have 30 employees working everyday nothing should be out of place or miss-marked prices this is exactly why I take pictures and wont be going back.

I like shopping at this store. But for it to be a outlet store the prices are just as high as Champs, Finish Line and Footlocker. But if youre lucky enough to find some good bargains its worth the trip. 3 stars because prices are just as high as Penn Square & Quail Springs athletic stores. Only difference is Nike has all Nike products and the others has a variety of different name brands...

Me and my mom were having a really hard time finding walking shoes for my 7 1/2 month old son. After going to 7 different stores and getting no help, we ended up at the Converse Outlett store. Pat, the store manager, was helpful from the time we walked into the door, to the time we walked out. He was very informative and helped us pick out the best shoes we needed for my son. We had a great experience and walked out very happy with our purchases!

One of the best stores with great prices you will ever find in Oklahoma City. The employees are very nice and extremely helpful. You can find just about anything you are looking for that is Nike and even Jordan if thats what you happen to like. I love Nike brand they make the best product and have an extremely awesome return policy. Check them out ecspecially if you have children they have a great selection to choose from at an affordable price. Wish i could give this place 10 🌟. They are easy to find located in the Outlet mall on Council Road.

I always love this nike store better prices than the nike app. Grabbed lots of goodies plus currently they are running and additional 30%-75% off. I grabbed about 10 tights origanally 60$+ each for $200. Normally that would get me about 4. Looooooove. Staff always happy to help you find deals to.

Can find a lot cheap custom /limited shoes for less than.. normal converse. Just gotta look around and hope that you ont walk in and have a employee who doesnt try and push deals, wont go away and let you shop in peace. Other than that. This is why I own so many shoes but Im poor 😅

Its was really cold in the hot temps and I got a cool pair of size 12 Nikes zoom and they fix amazing and the workers were very polite.

Always busy and you can find some great deals here in multiple sizes if you look. Good selection on clothing, bags, and of course, shoes. Nike has maintained their quality over the years unlike Reebok and some other brands.

Its just a standard Nike store with the exception that a few old items will be slightly discounted! It is always packed and never has my size, it is probably the most common size there is!
