The lady who help us was very helpful. Bathroom wasnt working and my little one had to go. Then went to check out 2 ladies at the counter but paid us no mind. Spoke to one and she never responded or turned around. Then another lady that was stocking came to help us after standing there for 10 mins. I just about walked out. There customer service is lacking in a very big way there. It use to be my favorite place. But thinking the cowtown will get my business.

What a variety of western shirts, western jeans, western boots, western jewelry. I loved everything except the prices were a little steep. I do plan on going back, because I do love everything I just have to save up some money. The young lady behind the counter was very nice and friendly, there was a young man on the floor that offered assistance. I didnt catch his name but he said if theres anything we needed just let him know. All in all it was a great experience and like I said we do plan on going back.

Great service and products but kind of pricey

I really like this store, I have large feet and the boot selection for a 15 boot is very limited. They really need more of a selection for the men who have big feet. Especially laced up boots, you had non at all.

This was the absolute worst experience. I went in to get a pair of Twisted X boots for my husband for Christmas. We ended up having to exchange them because of size. Waiting 3 weeks with no information on our exchange. We called several times and they had no idea what was going. Apparently our order got cancelled once we went in store to ask. The women who work here are so RUDE. I got asked several times if there was something that I needed, like I was an inconvenience. Got my $130 back and will never shop here again.

The staff there were honestly terrible. They ask how you are doing plenty but only offer 2 seconds of help and dont try to help you find what youre looking for. Worst experience with boot barn to date! Every other one i have been to has been way more helpful than this branch. I would not recommend this location

Worst service I have ever hade not going to go back got kicked out after buying something! Because I didn’t want to leave my bag in the front forgot, I forgot to by some boots that’s why I was going back not to steal anything felt like I was being stocked by here just watching me making me feel uncomfortable. You get paid because I buy stuff there with my hard earned money don’t Judge a book by its cover!

Finally a place in Oklahoma City that has pants that fit tall people. They certainly don’t lie the way other stores do. I’ve seen many stores with “big and tall” sections with absolutely nothing for tall people in them. Not only do they have a wide variety of clothes, but a very friendly and helpful staff. I got lost looking for a specific fit and style in my size, and I asked Carol. In no time at all, she lead me to exactly what I was looking for. I got my boots for my job here 2 years ago and they’re still good. And after my experience here today, I’ll definitely be coming back.Keep it up boot barn!

This place does justice to its name, if you want boots you came to the right place. They have a huge variety to choose from and styles. The friendly service and helpful attitude is great. They also have all the jeans and shirts that you need for both men and women. The plus of it all is that they also carry some FR clothing and other safety work gear.

Great selection. Get help from Eddie. This guy knows his stuff. Super friendly and doesnt mind answering 100 questions. Made us feel welcome compared to the snooty brat giving us the stink eye as soon as we came in the door. Was trying to look at hats but she kept sighing and did not want to help one bit. Bought a hat somewhere else. I did buy the boots from there because of Eddie being super helpful. He stepped up when she couldnt.

Found what I needed. What I wanted, however, had to be ordered online. Just dont want the hassle of ordering a boot and it maybe not fitting.They have loads of clothing and footwear (Im guessing the best sellers?). Also, a lot of FR clothing for those that need it.Employees were nice and helpful. (And noticed that at least one was bilingual for our south of the border amigos).Not a very busy location but you may not notice even when it is because the store is enormous.

First time there and I was so impressed with selection and Staff!

I walked in and passed the front desk where two ladies were working then around the left side to the back where all of the mens boots were and hunted for my size and found it after several minutes. I saw two other employees, one of which saw me struggling to find my bearings and not ONE single person acknowledged my existence. Other customers also shopping, seemed to have no employee assistance either. Options are great as they have plenty of stock but my guess is, its because nobody helps you find what youre seeking so they go buy at Teners which is EXACTLY what I did and will continue to do.

Great experience here! As soon as I came in the store I was greeted by staff members. Every department I went to a staff member was there and asked if they could help. I found what I needed and was taken extremely good care of. This store has a huge selection of clothes, boots, hats etc. I will continue to shop here for a long time.

The prices are a little high on some items, but they have a lot of good sales. The wonderful service here can not be overstated. Everyone that I spoke to was more than willing to help and was knowledgeable. They truly seemed to want me to find the right boots and encouraged me to try on several styles and designs to find the right pair. The clerk asked good questions about where and how I’d be using them.

Staff is great.. probably largest stock of boots in the city. Several other brands of western clothing lines.. plus commercial work clothing.

Last Saturday, wandered store for 30 min. No one cares to help. Boots are very difficult to find. This is second time this has happened in the last year. We ended up at Cavenders and purchased a pair of boots for us both, jeans and a nice sweater for me. Management, who I have spoken to, doesnt care that they are losing thousands of dollars of my business. Will be canceling our Boot Barn credit card. Definitely do not recommend.
