Really like this mens store. Great selection, Bert helpful lady in the store and good prices. I like their shoes, for once Ive found some comfortable ones that dont kill your feet.

Just wondering if it’s flexible store hours on a Sunday? Suppose to open at noon on a Sunday but hell at 12.30pm still not open. Nothing on the door with store hours. Spoke to a neighbor store and they said he’s probably running 5-10 minutes late. How can a business operate like this is ridiculous

I came to this store looking for a certain style of shoe and even though I couldn’t find the shoe I was looking for, the salesman(Landon) was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about what the store had to offer. I ended up leaving without buying anything cus I couldn’t find the shoe I wanted but I ended up coming back because Landon showed me plenty of other great stylish choices. I ended up purchasing a completely different shoe than what I came there for and I am 100% happy with that decision. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dress shoe at a great price. And give that man a raise, one of the best salesmen I’ve ever met!

One of the young men working on Saturday was very rude regarding the mask policy. Decided he wanted to throw a fit and debate the topic. These kids need to learn a little customer service.

If youre gonna require masks, post it. Im already tired of this. More people die in Les time over the flu. Just dont be nasty, keep your distance, and youll be fine. But thats fine. Someone else wants my money.

I needed to replace a pair of work shoes and since we were in OKC for the weekend we stopped by Johnston & Murphy in the outlet mall. The deals were impressive and the shoes were high quality. I needed just one pair but walked out with four.

Love the place, great deals on top quality shoes, blows all other shoe stores away. If you a tennis shoe person, not your place but casual and dress, go there last because you will see the higher quality for the same price.

I came to this location and was very impressed with the selection and prices compared to retail stores. I purchased a pair based on the sales associates recommendation and was pleased as I left the store having got such a good deal. However after wearing the shoes for less than 1 day at work I was unsatisfied with the fit and attempted to return the shoes. Luckily, or so I thought, I got the same helpful salesman upon my return. He told me they could not resale the shoes and would not return them. I was pretty upset by this and called the J&M customer service. They were more than friendly, and informed me that they have a 90 day return policy and was unsure why the store would not honor that. They returned the shoes hassle-free and kept me as a customer. I will continue to buy the product but will certainly go online or to another retailer to avoid this location.

The employees at this store always go above and beyond for helpfulness. Ive probably purchased no less than 8 pairs of shoes from this store over the years.
