The customer service is pitiful.The older lady with gray hair and glasses always has an attitude and slow as molasses. Why would they put her in customer service, where theres always a line?I came to draw money off my card, one night. She snatched the card from me. 1) We are in Covid times! 2) Any other time that I come to withdraw money they ask how much and for me to insert my card and enter the pin. She always makes it difficult for the customers and is hateful.Last Saturday, I went to customer service at 6:30pm and they were closed! I was advised that there wasnt anyone to run customer service. This is an outrage. Just because it is located in the ghetto doesnt mean that they have to fit in. 🙄

Decent place to shop. You can sometimes find good deals. I wish they had more workers for the money center and the customer service area. Everytime I need to go to either place its a 10-30min wait time... And the cashier looks like the life is being drained out of them... (This is how you lose good, loyal employees if you didnt know that Walmart)

I made a $230.00 order. The driver driver dropped it of at someone elses home. I hope the family needed it. Walmart is refunding the money to me. But I will not get it bake on my card for 3 to 5 business days. Who does a family of 7 have food for the week. Most families live paycheck to paycheck. What do you tell your kids at this point. Me and my husband are responsible for are 5 kids. Just like so many other parents. Yes we are blessed this week. We are able to have the extra money to replace the $230.00. Tell the money gets refunded to our account. This would not be the case for other families. There is to many kids and families that dont have food each day. To the family that received my groceries. I hope you where able to keep them and that is was a blessing.

My dip stick broke during the oil change and they let me know and offered to have one sent over with no extra charge. They talked to me about some issues I was having with my van and directed me on how to follow up on it. Great service. Quick and friendly.

I love Pam at customer service she was so sweet and did her best to try and get the $15.00 core fee back to me.

There are alot of things I use to get from Walmart that are no longer in stock. That has really limited my shopping frequencies at this establishment.

The pharmacy is horrible!! How can a pharmacy be out of stock on a prescription for over a month and counting?? Almost ALL of my prescriptions are out of stock and say they’ll contact me in 1-2 business days. A week+ it still says the same thing. No one contacts you. They do call to tell you that the one prescription out of the 8 total has been filled and will be put back on the shelf if not picked up. Well jesass how many trips do u want make to get prescriptions individually?! Walmart is not saving its customers enough money to drive back for every prescription. Let alone wait for over a month for one. Very disappointed.

This Walmart was awful I will never step foot in it again. I took my mother grocery shopping and picked out 175 dollars with of food and 50 dollars of it was from her medical and they said they didnt take it and didnt know how to use it. My brother has went grocery shopping for my mother at this Walmart and used it and there was not any problem. Walmart just missed out on 175 dollars just because their management wanted to be lazy. This may just stop anyone in my family from using Walmart ever again. Crest is cheaper anyways. I will take her there. Your loss Walmart 🤭

Im standing in the electronics for 20 minutes now n Im still waiting for someone to help me out and like I said its been over 20 minutes Im in the electronics n still standing here waiting for help n they even called it over the PA system n still no assistance

They never have enough check out lanes open: usually only one employee-operated checkout, none of the self-checkouts with conveyor belts to make it easier on customers who are forced to scan and bag themselves, and only 3 regular self-checkouts. And that’s on busy days when there’s a lot of customers in store.Also, their stock is not maintained well at all. Entire shelves of everyday items will be bare.Very inconvenient for customers. Best not to waste your time at this location. Go to another store.

Shout-out to associate Kim for being awesome! Came in yesterday to purchase pool noodles and she guided me to the location, one was left, and because I wanted to buy 8, she went all the way to the back and brought up front a whole new box! Others would had said “sorry, we’re out.” Not her! She made my day and was so nice !! I left as a happy customer thanks to her! Again, associate Kim was happy to help and it was greatly appreciated! They have a lot of Sooners merch here and also some Cowboys. Very huge store and was adequately stocked. There appeared to be huge gaps where shelves were, and some sort of structural remodeling in the middle of the store creating a bit of disarray. You havent lived until youve been to an Oklahoma Wal*Mart. There was a small Taco Bell inside which didnt appear to have any employees. Ha ha. Totally automated?

Far too often such a horribly inconvenient location. Out of stock on MANY items. Only one cashier-operated checkout open. Only half of the self-checkouts open, but none of them had the conveyor belts to make it easier on customers having to scan their own cartfuls of groceries. There was a line of over 40 people waiting for the checkouts. Do not waste your time here; there are much better functioning Walmarts around.

This store is always clean a little on the empty side I guess change of seasons and of course Walmart never has enough front end help otherwise okay place to shop

×××Update to my last review.×××I spoke with Cynthia at the Midwest City Walmart and told her wat happened with us n also concerns from others online as to the food quality. She told me if I hav any other issues to call n ask for her by name. Cynthia says that the store manager Kyle n herself pride that store on quality satisfaction and customer service n they expect the customer to hav had a pleasant experience at that store. She is great n I suggest anyone thats had for or customer service issues contact her directly. I made a negative review here on Google maps and sent an email to corporate headquarters and didnt think Id get a response but I received an email from corporate telling me they contacted Midwest City n I would b hearing from them by weeks end n today (Sept 30th) thankfully n restored my faith in that store, Cynthia called me today n Im satisfied with our conversation and the outcome of food quality issue I had. Cynthia said she wud be checking continuously n viewing for anything to do with that store n the Walmart site reviews. Cynthia if you see this, Thank You for the call n taking all the notes in writing of wat happened as well as my concerns. Very satisfied customer n will be returning to this store for future shopping in store n online orders.

Generally always have what we need in stock. Getting help in Paint Dept and Sporting Goods Dept, thats another story. We would stand there for a good 10 minutes hoping one of the several associates who seen us would ask if we needed help. Nope, they would see us and literally keep going or turn down an isle real quick to avoid.

The cashiers are great and customer service was very accommodating.

This is probably the cleanest Walmart within Midwest City area Walmarts besides Choctaw. But try to avoid any of the local Walmarts up to an hour or hour and a half before closing. Very minimal cashiers, like 2 working registers, so the lines really back up and those 2 cashiers are the ones who literally the ABSOLUTE SLOWEST

Tell me how they can do manual EBT entry beforehand, yet I come to the cashier with a basket full of groceries, just to get told I have to have the physical card with me now? They are lazy, and cannot perform their jobs correctly. I got a hungry, pregnant woman at home, and left with nothing because of their incompetence. This is the last time this WalMart gets my business. Since yall want to all of a sudden change policy due to an inconvenience, then yall can put up the $150 worth of groceries I had spent all day picking out. On top of that, grocery orders are always messed up, never on time, and staff are always less than helpful. Finished with this WalMart.

This is my least favorite Walmart store in Oklahoma City. It seems like it is always under stocked and most of the employees are rude and unhelpful. If you just moved around here it’s honestly worth the 5 mile drive down NE 23rd street to go to the Walmart in Choctaw on Mack Harrington Drive.

It’s always so nasty in the store and people are just flat out rude when we’re the ones spending hard earned money to shop here. Bathrooms are always nasty and the smell is horrid.

Used pick up online 1 item missing, 4 items i did not like as substitutes 2 of which were the same bacon 🤔. WalmartWill refund you if your not satisfied with anything they substitute well thats not true unless its not meat bacon i guess i am not driving 22 miles backwards to bring back something that i did not ordervin the firstvplace thanks walmart. And cheese slices were not available strange and fruits cups not available strange common things always there back to the old fashioned way of doing things you want something done right do it yourself oh and the associate was nice but bagged one item to a bag and no two cans of soup were together oddly enough

Eric who works in the return department was super helpful. He was the most helpful associate I’ve ever spoken with at this Walmart. Eric did his best to assist and went out of his way. Unfortunately things were out of his hands. They better keep this guy. Best employee they have!!!

Its always clean, staff is friendly and helpful. I only took off a star because it doesnt always have a lot of the things that other Walmart stores in our area usually do.

I do like Walmart on NE 23rd & Douglas. Store is clean & carries products I want. However, Im going to stop going there because ALWAYS ONLY 1 REGISTER & CHECKER OPENED NO MATTER WHAT TIME OR DAY YOU GO!!!! I CALLED THEE STORE ON MY CELL, RING 30 TIMES & NO ONE ANSWERED!!!!I stopped going to the store at SE 15TH AND SOONER.......BUT IM GOING BACK.

I love how the products are getting better in quality. However employees are not always very helpful seem to be in a terrible mood most of the time . I really think they are understaffed. On top of that, there doesnt seem to be any mask enforcement. Almost no customer was wearing a mask and some employees had them hanging round the neck.

Curbside pickup is a hot mess. After waiting 45 minutes i gave up and went inside. When I finally got my order half a bottle of hand sanitizer was open and had leaked over everything. Go to another Walmart. This one needs new management.

Only one register open and long lines as usual at this store. When I questioned the manager on duty he said due to the change shortage he couldnt open any more registers. Is there still a lingering change shortage from last year? No other stores seem to have this problem. I wouldnt even shop here but it is the closest one to my elderly mothers home so she prefers it.

Its where I shop. Groceries or retail, if I can find it there no need to go anywhere else. Thats why its a superstore. I do miss the cashiers. Every now and then Id like to go thru a line with a real person at the register.

Wallmart is a good store and youll find just about everything you need. Sometimes its a bit too crowded or understaffed for the amount of customers in the store at a given time. Other than that Walmart is cool.

At checkout, the yellow vest over the self checkout on the pharmacy end was rude and very unpleasant. This will be the last time I shop at this particular Walmart

My experience wasnt that good. They didnt have what I needed. There was nobody to find to help me. When I finally found someone they what kind of indifferent to my feelings. I think this Walmart is being set up to fail. Walmart used to worry about the customer, but this Walmart doesnt.

I called before going in and they staed they had 8 tires in stock. I needed 4 new tires. Automotive Department was a little slow upon arrival, dropped my car, and paid for an Uber home. Once home, Walmart called and said they only have 2 tires in stock. Ugh. Called another Walmart, they said they should always physically check before telling a customer how many tires are in stock because the computer is usually wrong.

I can do one stop and get pretty much everything i need...groceries, baby food diapers, baby clothes, all at very nice prices. As well as my over the drug store items, pet treats. The sky is the limit

I visited the pharmacy on 23rd & Douglas Blvd.George and the rest of the Walmart pharmacy staff are always helpful and courteous. If they dont have something on hand they order it and it comes in record time.

It was good. Its a little bit more spacious than the one on sooner and 15th. Its stocked a little bit better as well

It was fine . Had a hard time finding the thumb/wrist brace. I had to ask, which is no problem for me. They only had 2 left. Best buy though. Amazon had them $15 to $30 dollars, Dr office was $60. Here at Walmart, it was only $10.97

The staff can be rude depending on what time you go, for the most part its a good store they usually have everything I need when I go and sometime you find surprise deals.

Several people decided they were above wearing masks, Id recommend online shopping as much as possible, stores arent trustworthy during the pandemic. At the very least, shop at one that is small and family-owned, they are hardest hit financially, and need us consumers now more than ever to survive.

They changed the way you pick up items. You have to stay in your car and go to the pick up area. So you may forget to pick it up if you go inside for other stuff.

Last few times I’ve gone only self checkouts were open which is super annoying. Last time I went half of the self check outs were closed and there was 20 people waiting in line to check out while the 2 employees manning the self checkouts were playing on their phones.

Its walmart. This one is not as crowded and usually has the things I need. Grocery pick up seems to run behind by a couple of hours regularly bc they have a lot of people call in. The employees are kind despite the shortage of staffing stressor.

I am disabled & had an appointment to receive my 1st Covid vaccine. This was supposed to originate in the pharmacy dept. so I parked in the handicap parking in front of the west door. I ended up having to walk all the way down to the other door and then all the way back up to the pharmacy Depart inside the store and then had to walk all the way to the back of the store in the layaway Department where are they were actually giving the vaccine. Couldnt hardly breathe by the time I finally got there. And the motorized carts were all lined up in front of the locked door.

It was a good experience. However, the cart for the disabled was horrible. Two of the tires were bad and it shook was afraid it was going to stop!
