We really enjoyed our trip here. We’ve been looking for a quality coffee house and We think Weve found it. nice clean chill atmosphere. The staff is nice and brings you your order. There are plenty of places to sit and enjoy a good conversation or do some reading. I got cappuccino + avocado toast and it was excellent. My wife got a Iced mocha + hudson st tacos and it was the best Weve had. We’ll be back here often. You should check it out. Support what you love!
Theres no question, Elemental puts out the best pour over in town. I have been coming here for close to 10 years and this morning, I sat down and took my first drink and it made me say a four letter expletive out loud. THAT good. While I dont know the owners personally, the community is ALWAYS saying good things about them. The staff are incredibly kind and always ready to serve. When you go, dont rush. Grab a cup, sit down, and hang out! Youre bound to meet someone interesting.
Great food and great staff. Helpfull with drink selection. Had the Rosemary ham quiche. So fluffy and just welt in your mouth. The breakfast tacos with bacon had just the right amount of kick with spicy sauce... so delicious. Coffee is bold flavored. I opt for the non sugary drink, maciotto espresso. Not everyones typical drink, but true espresso--not the Americanisd sweet drink. The mocha is great too. It has the same bold coffee flavor with the cocoa after taste, so tasty.
Wow just wow! This place was everything I wanted on my departure from OKC. The baristas were super welcoming and friendly. The dirty chai latte was awesome as well as the bacon egg and cheese burrito. The vibe is very laid back and very nicely decorated. I wish I could have gone back for another drink. These folks are doing great work.
I love their Mochas and pour over coffee. I grab the breakfast to go, the sweet potato biscuit sandwiches are amazing!!
Great Espresso! Great staff! Even have Happy hour on Espresso. Have a few different too choose from daily and many more delicious items. 🤙Cheers!
Elemental is my favorite OKC ‘coffee and things’ shop. Their bakery items are delicious and baked consistently the same(I’m a bit obsessed with their 🍪chocolate chip cookies), and their fare is excellent. Portion size is satisfying and quality of food is 10/10. Their coffee is also great, and the staff is always genuine and friendly. ☕️
My partner and I were passing through Oklahoma City this morning and found this place on our route. Stopped in and received amazingly friendly service and some truly delicious toast and coffee.I got a cold brew and he got a sparkling cold brew, and we both loved the robust flavor. Watching our drinks being made was so great, because you can tell the people who work there care about what they’re making for people. My avocado toast and his cheesy egg toast (minus the ham) were the BEST. We discussed how much we both enjoyed our breakfast for a solid 20 minutes after we had scarfed everything down in the car. Absolutely loved every bite (and sip), and would highly recommend to anyone passing through the area!
Excellent, friendly service. The food is delicious, and they have tons of vegan options, plus eggs, cheese, and meat for those who eat them. They even have gluten free options. They also have a lovely outdoor seating area, and very clean bathrooms.
Over priced acidic coffee. Not for me. The people are nice and the interior is cool though.
I only did a pick up for delivery from here. When i began walking to the store there was an outside area where customers were sitting enjoying their coffee, with their 4 legged children. This is was AWSOME, i loved that these women sitting enjoying their coffee were able to have their fur babies join them on the patio. Since animals tend to want my attention approx 97% of the time i was in heaven walking to the doors to pick up the order i had come to get. Had i not been working i would have found something i wanted from there and sat outside with the doggos and their owners.
The staff was helpful and patient, there is a variety of drinks and healthy meals, and the place is clean and inviting.I will definitely go back!
Great service Im not a coffee shop person but definitely going to make this spot a daily morning place to stop
Just visited Elemental Coffee and here is my beef with this hipster coffee shop. Purchased $59.00 worth of coffee beans and breakfast goodies-2 bags of the new hipster 16oz pound of coffee weighing in at 12oz at a cost of $20.00 plus a sweet jesus and 2 cookies. Normally, Elemental throws in a free cup of drip if you buy 1 bag of their coffee; I like that jesture. And since I bought 2 bags, 2 free cups of drip coffee seems logical. Well, no logic here folks. Two free drip coffees with the purchase of $40.00 worth of beans only qualifies you for two free cups of coffee if the 2 bags of beans are purchased seperatly. WOW! How do these guys stay in business? That is poor business practice. I gusss I needed to get a refund on one bag and stand in line again to get the second free coffee, UGH!Oh, and for the record Mr and Ms Elemental and all your payroll participants(FTEs)...all the revenue Elemental brings in everyday comes from Americans. How about some USA representation like displaying OUR American flag!!! And be damn thankful youre an American; It s not perfect but better than most.BTW...I do like Elemental.
Stopped in because of the reviews, but they lied to me. Regular cappuccino tasted off to me and the honey latte tasted like, vegetable soup maybe? The vibes felt off too.
Best coffee in town 2 years in a row! I came last year and got the orange clove latte and had to come back and try it again and it didn’t disappoint! Just picked up a honey latte as I write this and I have no regrets! I’ll be back this afternoon. They have grab n’ go breakfast and drop coffee for $7.50. If what I have wrote and you read isn’t enough for you to go grab a cup of joe here... YOU’RE DOING IT WRONG! Great job guys!(:
After driving for an hour to the local coffee shops to find a place to study, this place seemed ok. I arrived at 130pm, ordered my coffee, sat down, and set up to read for a few hours away from distractions, luckily they closed at 4. Well i was approached by the server, she told me they close in 10 mins, well I was under the impression they closed at 4, she just said they normally do but decided to close up early today. If youre looking for a quiet place to study, youre better off going to Barnes and Noble cafe or Starbucks.
One of the best coffee shops in Oklahoma. They specialize in roasting coffee and supply their roasts to many other coffee shops and local stores. You cannot go wrong with any drink here - they are all thought out and excellent!
The coffee was good and people were nice but not very cozy environment to enjoy a coffee.
Great coffee! We ordered the vanilla latte and the espresso hibiscus mule. The mule had bitter hints and spices from the hibiscus tonic that all mixed surprisingly well together! We were surprised and enjoyed every sip. Thank you!
No sugar or sweetner for coffee at a coffee place. Sandwich was good but so messy and sticky as was the table. Disappointed
Coffee was good. Im just not a dark roast coffee drinker.
Seating isnt terribly comfy but that compromise helps them keep exceptionally clean I suspect. Food is always very tasty and the coffee is never remotely bad. Not my favorite place to go and stay a while but they make up for that with quality.
Was talked into the Rico Suave and it was the best decision of my day! Side of Sweet Potatoes with Beets and a vinaigrette was a tasty accent to the mild spice of the sandwich. Espresso was experimental that day and paired in a unique way in the Macchiato, glad I tried but would stick with a tried and true bean if I wasnt feeling adventurous!
Consistently great coffee. Been going here since I was a kid.
Fresh, organic and a mostly friendly and helpful staff.
TLDR: The coffee is good. The food is good. The people are good. You should go here.I have been to Elemental so often that my phone once tagged it as my home address. These people care about the coffee they serve to you and it shows. Every employee Ive ever interacted with has been kind, funny, caring, attentive, good at making coffee and have really great taste in music. As far as the Brunch menu goes I may be the wrong person to ask because I always get the cheesy egg toast because it is AMAZING and delicious. Even when its not brunch there is always something that I want to eat in the Pastry or Deli case. I have also discovered here that Vegan Scones are real and very very very tasty.
Espresso is one of the most interesting I’ve tasted!
When I was traveling I stopped into Elemental Coffee - this place is great, my latte was perfect.Staff was timely and very friendly.100% would recommend if you are in the area! They have a really unique coffee menu, great for the coffee aficionado.
The best coffee in OKC and one of the best in the country. Killer vibes. 13/10.
Great place for breakfast. A bit crowded, but we only waited in line for a few minutes to order, and we were able to get a standing table right away. The smoked salmon bagel was awesome. Definitely stop by if you are looking for a good bagel.
Breakfast burritos are just as good as the already great coffee.
It’s not for me - while it is dog friendly, the coffee itself is just ok. Had a pour over and a chai. Pour over was Ethiopian, and it wasn’t at all gross, but it wasn’t memorable. Chai was very watery, leaning towards weak. Food was better, had the Constanza and bfast tacos, those I would rate a high 4/5.Very popular though, people in and out throughout my visit. I do think that it’s good for some. But not for me. Overall, just not my vibe.
I really enjoy this place. The staff is pretty friendly and apparently their coffee is some of the best. I don’t drink coffee though, which I know is strange. So when coming to order a tea they had pretty limited options. I ordered their gunpowder green tea, which honestly should have come with a notice that says “warning: actually tastes like gunpowder.” I don’t know, I just thought it was just a fun name that meant there was extra caffeine or something, but it wasn’t. Anyway, the space has tons of seating and great outdoor seating as well. I’d work out of here a lot more if I lived closer.
Great selection of whole beans and brewing gear in addition to the excellent cafe. Always a pleasant spot to spend a morning or afternoon.
Elemental Coffee is a great little coffee shop. The vibe is awesome and the coffee is even better. Their food menu looked great but didnt have a chance to try it out. Why three stars? No free or reduced price refill options on drip coffee. Just an asenine business decision that makes working at the shop impossible, especially considering those options are available at any other shop in America.
Got 2 6 oz capuchinos for close to 10 dollars. Quick and friendly service.
Elemental Coffee is not only the best coffee in OKC, but among the best I’ve ever had anywhere. They do single origin espresso properly. The baristas and staff are serious about coffee, but always friendly and never pretentious. This is one of the most welcoming places you will ever visit. For a few months after I moved to OKC, these were the only people in the city who knew my name. They literally kept me sane. I could not be more grateful for Elemental, perhaps the brightest spot in this city.
This is the best coffee spot in OKC. Awesome food. Awesome staff. Terrific place to post up and network.
Driving through OKC wanted a good cup of coffee... even though this place was off the beaten path, it was worth the detour. Ordered an Americano, the coffee had a wonderful aroma and taste, no bitterness at all. Also grabbed a breakfast sandwich for the road which was spot on. Will be returning when future travels take me through OKC.
Amazing place, and OKC icon. If you enjoy delicious, quality coffee (and food), youll love Elemental. The sandwiches (Sweet Jesus, oh my) and sweet potato biscuits are awesome. I enjoy taking their coffee beans home to brew my own coffee as well. Elemental is my go-to coffee place in OKC--check it out, youll want to come back!
Nice local coffee shop with plenty of room and tables that one doesnt feel too crowded. The chairs are aluminum without any cushions, one soft couch. Polite staff and knowledge about the daily specials. A nice change from the chain shops (the chairs could be more comfortable though). Lot on the street is small but theres additional parking behind the building. Would go again.
By far the WORST latte Ive ever had. Been traveling around the country and this is by far the worst coffee place Ive been. Took forever for them to make. Skipped over my order to serve locals first multiple times and were rude after I asked if they were still making my drinks. If this is the best OKC has to offer youre better of going to a gas station.
This was a great place. The food was excellent and they had plenty of parking. It had a college hang out environment.
Love this place♥︎
Friendly staff but coffee wasn’t that great. The staff is wonderful and it’s a chill environment. The coffee however wasn’t very flavourful and all of the drinks that were ordered had coffee grounds at the bottom while charging $1 / 2oz.
Elemental is my favorite coffee house in OKC. I’m a black coffee kinda gal & the pour over hits the mark every time. The Avocado toast and the Wonder Bars are my go to food items along with the salted chocolate chip cookie 💯 delicious.
Cool atmosphere and good coffee!!☕
Nice little coffee shop
Good coffeeRelaxing placeOvernight oatmeal
Absolute best coffee shop in OKC.
You know youve visited the wrong coffee shop when you have to ask for pricing. Oh, and the priggish behavior is off the charts. Last but not least, please designate bathrooms as men or women versus animals. Coffee mugs with no handles, and the coffee sucked a big one. Should I keep going?Update: Based on your unprofessional response, it looks like customer service isnt on your list of priorities. Ill be sure to disseminate the message.
I don’t even know how to describe how bad my latte was. Somehow it tasted tart. Acidic. Nasty! Clearly the employees aren’t trained correctly on how to make a decent espresso.
Things I can say about Elemental:1. The macchiato is incredible.2. I actively crave their Beast breakfast sandwich. The combination of ripe tomato, avocado, fresh spinach, bacon, egg, and their own sriracha aioli is amazing.3. Most importantly, they excel at customer service. The front of house employees make it very clear that they care about providing the best service possible, and they work hard to get to know their regular customers. This place is a local favorite for several reasons, but I truly believe that their commitment to their customers experience sets them apart.
Everyone at our table was quite pleased. The service was very welcoming and sociable. It has a good atmosphere. Menu is like a cafe in Indianapolis I liked.
Love stopping by when I’m in town. Great shop with a fun artistic vibe and nice place to get some work done.
I give this spot two thumbs up. Staff treated us so nice. The prices are fair for the quality of food.
Definitely one of the best places in the area. There was fast and courteous service. This place has a cool atmosphere. Menu is like a cafe in Boston I liked.
Friendly Staff. Strange but delicious food. A little expensive.
Excellent people, food, location, space and ... intentionality. Best mocha and flat whites Ive had in OKCity. Has handled covid well with good seating indoor and out. Well thought out fast take-out breakfast items as well as cooked to order. Some standout, unique bakery items, like the molasses ginger cookie with cardamom cream. Awesome spot to stop after your bike ride. Nice park across the street with star-shaped chairs in the grass under trees. Near to St Anthonys and midtown.Thoughtful, free clothes-trading rail on the sidewalk nearby...currently offering winter coats for anyone needing one.Curbside pickup parking spots.
The service complimented the coffee, meaning the wait time went well with how burnt it tasted. I have to believe the burnt coffee was a style choice that I didnt appreciate.
Very nice staff. They tried hard, but the latte was just bleh.Espresso shots had a mild cherry aftertaste, not really my favorite. They make their own Chocolate syrup with dark powder and simple syrup...great if you want a hint of Chocolate. I prefer bold Coffee and bold Choc.Very nice Crema and Lattee Art. I liked that.
Coffee is really great here. I use their beans at home, and dropping by for whatever special cup they have that day is fun, too. This time, it was a latte flavored with dark chocolate and orange bitters. Very good, nicely aromatic. They also serve a decent brunch with nice GF and vegan options. Menu varies a lot, but generally there is a good selection. Price versus serving size is about what you would expect: not the best for value. The taste and atmosphere more than make up for it though. Definitely a favorite.
First class service. Excellent wine menu.
The vegan breakfast burrito was way too salty for my taste, but I love the coffee and breakfast biscuits from Elemental Coffee. When dining was open, this was a cozy, comfortable place to sit around for a little bit in the mornings too. Their staff has always been really friendly and it seems like theyre often supporting community causes.
One if the best restaurants I have been to that has a great setup because of COVID. Hats off for them in making customers feel safe.
