By far my favorite Starbucks in Oklahoma, and Ive been to every single one. I can count on getting my drink right the first time. The staff is always more than happy to serve you. The secret behind my drink is to order through the app. 50 stars can get you a Cafe misto with as many add ins you want, your welcome ☺. Keto is possible with sugar free vanilla syrups, heavy cream, coconut, and almond milk.

Lots of tables for visiting with friends or working. There is a good patio with shade too. The team is always friendly.

Was here 9/25 morning. We ordered a coffee with half and half and waited over ten minutes while people who got there after us were served. When I checked in with a barista she was super rude about it and refused to check on the order. Several more minutes went by so I asked a nicer looking barista and she was also rude. Bad service for the second or third time so I won’t be back. Very disappointed because it’s close to my house.

I can’t give a true 5 star review because I’ve never been inside, but I’ve been through the drive through and they were extremely nice. The drive through line actually went through pretty quick (maybe I was lucky!) but the lady working it was just so sweet. Very happy and positive attitude. I loved it. I got w pumpkin creme cold brew because I like pumpkin, but am not a fan of PSLs and this sounded more subtle. It was made great and super tasty!

Very clean inside, super sweet baristas, and great tasting iced white mocha. also i LOVE that this location usually has tumblers in stock. no complaints!

I get a Starbucks every day. I’ve been a loyalty member since conception. I have been getting more and more disenchanted with the Starbucks by my house by the day. I realize it is hard to get people to work. They’ve had a major turnover. That is not the point I want to make at this time. I love coffee. I get the same thing every day. I had to switch to nonfat milk. I am on a strict diet and counting every calorie. I went to Starbucks today to order my usual which is a grande size. I was told they could not do a grande size because they did not have that cup size in stock. I was told that I should order a tall or a Venti. I asked if I could have the grande size in a Venti cup and they replied no. This is not the way you treat a loyalty number. I realize there are supply constraints but you should try to make your customer happy. I should not have to pay for a larger size drink if I do not want one. And I should not be forced to drink a smaller drink when I look forward to this every day.I do like Starbucks coffee however I am not opposed to trying Scooters which is not as convenient but I have noticed multiple locations in the city. I will probably do that as soon as I use up the money on my loyalty card.I will say I decided to drive to the Starbucks in Nichols Hills Plaza and they do have grande size cups. They also have plastic straws which I prefer. I feel like the customer should be given a choice between paper or plastic straws. I will not be ordering coffee from the Starbucks at May Avenue and Grand Boulevard anymore.

One of the better Starbucks Ive visited. Sometimes they do get backed up but the majority of the time theyre running smoothly. One small thing Ive noticed is that they frequently seem to be out of cold brew-more the nitro cold brew but I suppose thats just because of how popular it is.☕☕☕

Ah, Oklahoma City, I love ye. This Starbucks serves consistently good made-to-order drinks for my wife and her pretentious green tea latte with a shot of this and a dusting of that - and they get it right every time. The cars can get queued up back into the street on the weekends, so this can be frustrating if youre in a rush and need a cup of black coffee to keep you going. The staff here is very friendly - they know the wife by name, and I suspect they have a framed photo of her hanging on the wall - and theyll make your visit, if not brief, at least pleasant.

We visited here during OKC memorial marathon. It was obvious the baristas and everyone here was supporting a runner or many runners. High excitement ran through all who came through here this day 4.30.17.I enjoyed how they tanked up coffee and gave out samples to runners who passed right by this Starbucks. Maybe its an annual route. We parked one lot behind this shop. We bought coffee and chai teas. Yummy these.

The caramel ribbon frappe was delicious from here! The whipped cream is not waxy like some Starbucks is either! Only concern of mine was they had been out of the crunchy bits that normally goes in the drink I ordered. I havent been to one of their establishments yet where they had actually run out of something. They also had not asked for our names on the drinks either therefore we had to stand forever to wait for an employee and ask if we were grabbing the appropriate drink. Still pretty good! Quality was nice. The pricing is always high.

The staff at this location works hard and is extremely friendly, however, no matter how few people are in front of you or how many workers are working their hardest, it always takes much longer than any other coffee shop Ive ever been too. Location going downhill! Post covid, new crew, my order has been wrong twice, wouldnt be a big deal but Im allergic to milk and the 2nd time my order was ready less than 1 minute of ordering and had half meld whipped cream that I had removed from the customized order. It was also luke warm and was clearly an unclaimed latte they pawned off on me. The girls showed little remorse; they did fix it but seemed offended that I made sure the new one was made with almond milk. Used to be my favorite location.

Some people love this place, very busy and a long wait for my latte. Well organized other than that.

One of my favorite Starbucks locations. It is well run with friendly employees. I often make it a point to find myself here over other stores because of how good the staff is. The other thing I like is that it has less traffic than some other stores in the area. It is a little off the most heavily beaten paths and has more of a neighborhood feel than most other stores. Im a huge fan of that.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. The staff knows me and is always quick with a good recommendation no matter the occasion. They are a bit hard to get to being on the corner. They move quickly as well as keep the drive thru moving. I will always go back to this one.

New Supervisor Caleb (who has been working there a lot less time than I have been a customer of this Starbucks)Informed me that my drink was going to be 10.00 instead of the regular 7.00 and he wasn’t allowed to give me the amount of Almond Milk that I usually have in my espresso. He continually repeated to the point of interrupting me again and again he was concerned strictly with policy. He was more concerned with policy than customer service.He repeatedly talked over me instead of actually listening to me. He heightened the situation. He was more concerned with justifying his actions than keeping a regular customer that spends hundreds of dollars a year at his store.This store is 1/4 mile from my house and I will no longer buy from it.When I get done with the 50 dollars on my Starbucks card now I will no longer go to Starbucks because of this young man’s behavior.Get better shift leaders.

This Starbucks is really tight and feels cramped and the drive through is frequently backed up almost to May. It will be nice when the one on 63rd opens to alleviate some of the traffic at this one. I do like that staff at this location they are usually friendly and helpful if you dont know what you want. I love the nitro coffee personally. Edit: I want to add That Grant who was working the window when I went today was super friendly and did a great job.

The barista at the drive thru was the absolute best I have ever encountered. She was very knowledgable, attentive, and considerate! She was a blonde girl with a beanie cap on, didnt catch her name but she deserves a raise! She suggested the cold brew with cascara foam and it was one of the best coffee drinks Ive ever had!!

I dont drink coffee, so theres not a whole lot I could say about this place. I hear lots of people go here, and they say its great, but the prices they charge, it better be good. If you you like coffee, this might be your place, all I know is you wont see me there.

I rarely ever have any complaints with most Starbucks. Overall the staff is friendly znd the product is good. However this morning my iced coffee didnt taste very much like coffee. I suspect someone might have gotten the Brew measurements wrong because ice or iced coffee usually does not water Starbucks coffee down at all. The gouda and bacon sandwich I had was very good. I know theyre not made fresh but they taste very fresh all the same. And the lady that served me through the drive-thru was extremely warm and friendly.

Had an older lady working the window and she was VERY slow. Nice enough but slow and didnt know her job well.

Worker doesnt know how to make a cappuccino. She made it the first time and it had 90% foam. The cup weighed almost nothing since it was almost all foam. I had her remake it and she made it the same way. When I told her that cappuccinos dont have that much foam, she argued with me, and said that I should have ordered a latte. Bad barista. Bad customer service.

Starbucks is my once a week treat. My go to drink is the Cold Brew Vanilla Cream. They are usually very busy so I use the mobile app and my drink is already done with no line to wait in.

My girlfriend and I have been coming to this starbucks location for years. Love it, really good starbucks location. Unfortunately Im here to write a bad review due to the Saturday staff. You got my order wrong twice, and you had terrible customer service when confronted about the wrong order twice. Would have givin a 5 star but after today, Saturday 6-30-2019, Im very disappointed with the service, or lack of service if you will. We normally come in Mon-Fri before work for coffee at this location, and the service is always the best. Maybe they just had a bad Sunday, bad enough for me to go write a review. Making coffee isnt hard, read the directions and pay attention Saturday staff, and most importantly, change your attitudes, I was very cordial and polite, your staff on Saturday was very dry and rude. Wake Up!
