Honestly have never had a bad experience or been unimpressed with my drinks, service, etc.today, my grandma, cousin &’ i went to get some drinks after walking around the mall for a few hours, nobody was at the counter when we arrived so i knocked on the counter to get someone’s attention. no sign was left out to inform that whoever was working on the clock was out or on a break at the time. the lady walks out from the back and says i forgot to put my sign out, *proceeds to show us the sign and place it on the counter* then says “it’s fine i NEVER get to eat anyways”. Very unprofessional and i was not happy with the customer service we all received today.

I used to love this coffee shop. The workers are friendly and efficient. They sell delicious coffee beans and their drinks and desserts are good too. However, my absolute favorite drink was just their flavored brewed coffee. Their coffee machine has been broken for 3-4 months!! It’s a coffee shop and they haven’t fixed their coffee machine. They are nice enough to over Americanos but still :/

It was a pleasant surprise that the OKC Outlet Mall has a coffee shop. Only one person working, but polite and quick service! There was also a wide variety of coffee choices. After purchasing a cappuccino, shockingly, I did not scald my tongue on the first sip yet the coffee stayed nice and warm until I was finished.

Rude service not even a hello walking in and coffee is subpar at best.

I love this place. When ever I’m in the area I get coffee. Friendly ladies and delicious goodies also.

Very friendly staff, wide selection of whole bean flavored and unflavored coffee, and SIX different sugar free syrups for espresso beverage s. I will definitely be ordering some more coffee on line.

For a specialized coffee shop I was expecting them to actually make a cappuccino how they are traditionally supposed to be made ie: 1/3 espresso and more foam than steamed milk. However was disappointed that it was just like every other coffee shop that doesnt know how to make them. And the milk was way too hot, couldnt drink the coffee for about 25 minutes. Maybe some more barista training would help. Iced coffee with caramel was very watery and forgot the whipped cream despite asking asking us if we wanted some. Mom was happy with her vanilla latte though.

Never had better coffee!! Their espresso hits the spot! They always take my crazy special requests lol They make their assortment of cupcakes homemade daily and they always look delicious! The girl that works there was a cake decorator for a few years and makes them look amazing! It’s hard to find freshly made treats! 10/10 best coffee/ cupcake shop! They also have an assortment of other delicious desserts ❤️ Will definitely go again!!

Service sucks and drinks are horrible. The coffee has no flavor and the smoothies are made with extremely to much syrup. A massive waste of $13 for 2 drinks. Most definitely will not be returning.

Got the hazelnut latte with almond milk and my boyfriend got the roasted marshmallow latte. The barista was so nice and helpful, did a little extra for his to make sure he loved it. She was honest about good flavors and everything. Definitely our go to spot now ❤

I really don’t expect much from your typical coffee shops! An eye-roll from the cashier isn’t needed when asking for a cup of water though. Maybe we should stick to Starbucks because they would be glad to give us water with our coffee that we order. I would stay away from this place, unfriendly and rude service, btw your coffee is not that great!
