Catering was very disappointing. We ordered food for my sisters grad party 4 days beforehand and continually checked in with them to make sure they had the order. We called the morning of, and they said it would be delivered at 4 PM like we asked. At 4:20 PM, when nobody had shown up yet, we called again and they said the delivery car was on its way. At 4:40 PM, we called again, and they said OUR ORDER WAS NEVER PUT INTO THEIR SYSTEM. So they lied to us multiple times saying our order that they didnt have was ready??? Absolutely ridiculous. My advice is to go in-person because their food is good but catering service is horrible.

I like both their Mocha Lattes and regular Lattes. Super nice staff, and the 7-8am charity angle is nice. Not may favorite location in terms of atmosphere, but they are consistent.

Great place for a quick stop. Had the Americano and it didnt disappoint. Havent tried any of the food so I cant comment on that. Their menu is posted on the wall behind the counter and appears to serve a variety of things such as breakfast burritos, soup/chili, paninis and salads. Very friendly and quaint atmosphere.

Had breakfast delivered to the office this morning and it is incredible. Food was still hot that needed to be hot and fruit was fresh and crisp. You turned lots of early morning office frowns upside down and brought a renewed energetic atmosphere to us all. This place is amazing for dine in or catered delivery. Thank you very much!

Outstanding customer service! Very friendly staff. My boyfriend and I both ordered cold brew, which was wonderful and not overly bitter. Our veggie breakfast burritos are some of the best weve had in Edmond and the house made salsa has a great flavor. The lemon poppy seed bread tasted very fresh and flavorful, with a perfect balance of lemon and sweet. I bought all of this for under $20 and, to me, thats a steal. This location and chain is now at the TOP of my recommendation list and I am very stingy about food and customer service (my boyfriend was a chef and we both work in customer service). Keep up the amazing work! We will definitely be returning!

No regular mocha to choose from on the menu, some options/prices not shown. Blended latte was okay, not quite what I would expect from a blended ice drink (maybe too little ice in the blend?). 5/10 on the drink.Staff was wonderful and very personable, very kind with great big smiles. 10/10 on the staff.Experience was with drive thru, unsure if the menu inside is the same. My drink was just okay, probably not something Id seek out over my regular coffee joints though. Staff was awesome. Overall not a bad experience, just not a stand-out drink in and of itself.

Wrap didn’t have much flavor but the pasta salad did, however I was disappointed by the small portion of pasta salad they give.

The people there were very friendly and provided quick service. They had plenty of room for seating for the space they had but it did not feel congested. It was not a coffee shop you would go to read a book or to just chill at for more than 30 minutes, but for studying, quick meetings, quick stop, etc it is great for that. The giant windows brought in warm sun light making it welcoming. They provided breakfast and lunch options, as well as the must have coffee desserts. They as well offer free coffee from 7 to 8 am Monday through Friday, and donations during that time are given to a local charity. A few cons was they only offered dark roast when we came in, though it was Christmas Eve so that could be why. Another was my husbands coffee was watery. Another was I ordered a 16 Oz latte and the beverage fell well over an inch short of the top of the cup, making it a 13 to 14 Oz drink. I asked them to add more milk and they did no problem, but the fact they did that bothers me. The latte did taste smooth. We will try again. Maybe it was an off day because we have heard great reviews from others, but we were not impressed this visit.

Great place to go for lunch and they do amazing catering too! Love everything there and have met the owners and they are such friendly people. Delicious coffee and will even meet clients there as its a good place to go for that. ILL NEVER STOP COMING

This place was pretty awesome! Passing through on my way to Houston, stopped by to read my bible while grabbing some breakfast and coffee. They have great cold brew and the breakfast burrito was on point (The smoothie pretty good too).. Best thing about the place was the peace I felt there. Great place!

We visit Perk Place almost daily and we are always impressed. Not only do they serve delicious food/bev. but they also serve the community by spotlighting a non-profit organization each month. This means that the organization has the opportunity to put signs up inside the cafe and receives all of the donations collected. I highly recommend this establishment.

Go here as often as possible. The staff are always nice and very friendly. Plus the coffee is great!!! Not bad food as well.

I ordered donuts. They were FROZEN. I ordered a rice crispy cake, and I couldn’t even bend it using all the strenghth n my hands. It was hard as a rock. I’m certain I would have lost a tooth if I would have bit into it.Don’t waste your money

There is one girl who works there and I can never remember her name. She makes an incredible iced white chocolate cold brew mocha. None of the other girls have been able to make it like her, they try but its just not the same. Im gracious though that they are so friendly everytime we stop by. Being from seattle Im super picky on my coffee

I order breakfast & lunch catered meals from Perk Place frequently. They are always very helpful & friendly on the phone. They always show up on time & set up the meal very nicely. I would definitely recommend Perk Place for anything.

This is a great little local place. They make a nice latte and the blended lattes are way better than that name brand blended ice coffee drink from down the road. I dont care for their Chai latte. It has always been a little gritty. Not sure why. They make great sandwiches and have good gluten free offerings too. The space is good for small groups and hanging out. Note the hours though. They arent open in the evenings.

I used to spend a lot of money here. They have wonderful coffee and I love the owners they are super nice people who really care about their customers. However, I cant go there anymore because the new staff is so slow. Im literally late for work every time I go there. This morning I waited in line for 15 minutes and there was only one person in front of me! Then when I got my coffee it wasnt even the latte I ordered. The old staff knew me, knew what I wanted and how to make it in a timely manner. I wont be back for a while because I cant wait 15 minutes for a cup of coffee.

Just got my order this morning and the ice vanilla latte wasn’t bad but didn’t have any ice and the banana bread was so bad! It was hard as a rock and super stale. I am so dispointed because I really wanted to like this place since it was so close to where I live. Never going back and the service was awful.

Very underwhelming experience on all fronts. I stopped here on a whim after a post office run. Lattes are weak, breakfast sandwich was dry and flavorless, and the millennial girls working the counter need some serious training in customer service. No greeting or even acknowledgement of my presence for a good 4 minutes, no smiles, hardly any eye contact and no thank you for my patronage. I will not make that mistake again. Back to Aspen Coffee where the product and service never disappoint.

A great local spot to get your morning coffee.Good coffee and friendly staff make this a good spot to visit.Their hot food is pre made and heated as is typical for or a coffee shop. If you want a fresh made breakfast you might want to seek another spot. But for coffee Perk Place is a great friendly local option.

My favorite salad is the Largest $6 Salad in All of Edmond- the Spinach Berry Chicken Salad. I swear they must provide an entire bag of spinach in that thing! Its incredibly filling and delicious! It truly lives up to its name =)

If I could give this place a zero for coffee I would. Worse coffee Ive had in my life. I ordered an iced coffee and it didnt even taste like coffee. If you want pastries and sweets, this might be the place to go, but dont get their coffee.

I love this place! They have great breakfast, they are local and give back to the community by donating a portion of proceeds to different local nonprofits each month, AND they deliver.

Love the coffee here but the pastries have been kinda on the stale side each time Ive tried them. even if you have them warmed you can tell theyve been out a while. other than that, the service is great and the coffee is good

Wanted to try a different local coffee shop in Edmond. Apparently they have a few locations other than this one. Tried the chai latte (hot) and a breakfast sandwich. Sandwich was good but Ive definitely had better chais. (I like mind with a robust flavor and this one was kind of flat and watery). Husband loked his drink and breakfast sandwich. Decor and setting wasnt fancy or trendy, just kind of homey and cozy. They accept keep it local discount too!

Tried for the first time today. Breakfast panini was good, but the iced chai wasnt good. The mix didnt dissolve completely leaving the drink grainy.
