Yall Isaah and AJ are incredible! They are always super sweet and helpful! They are basically sunshine🌞 in human form! My boyfriend and I enjoy going in there at least once a month just because of how they treat all their customers. I had the best day ever thanks to Trey and AJ. They helped me get the item that I desperately wanted even past closing time and I had a great time chatting with them as well. I can’t compliment them enough for the amazing experience and service that they have given me today. I would definitely come back to this store more often!

I have entered this store exactly twice. Both times, AJ brought the VIBES. Absolute legend. Got my boyfriend a sick deal on some anime shorts. Ive never been happier with customer service, honestly.Also, the weeb crock pots made me giggle.

I absolutely love and adore this store and the great people that take care of it! Its the best Box Lunch I have ever been to and continue to go back everytime I get the chance! I understand some people were mad at the staff for making a customer leave for not having their mask on. Personally don’t be a cry baby and wear your mask. It’s not that hard, your putting others in danger and being selfish. Xxx grow up

My mom and I were in here last weekend. All I wanted to get was a pair of socks. When I got to the register, the girl asked me for my phone number. I asked if I had to provide it and she told me yes. It got to the point that I gave a fake phone number. Then she asked if I wanted to join the loyalty program and I said no, which in turn made her ask for more of my personal information. I was being harassed and consistently asked for my personal information which I made very clear that I didn’t want to give it out. As we were leaving the store without our items, the other young girl working said “we are just doing our job. “ I then said “we will go somewhere where we won’t be harassed.” She argued back saying that she wasn’t harassing us. This is just poor poor customer service. Will not be going back.

Isaah was super helpful and got me signed up for the loyalty program. Ill be back for sure!

Unprofessional staff. I have always enjoyed this store very much, but I will be visiting less in the future. I understand staffing quality employees is difficult at this time, however the staff should at the Very Least NOT threaten to assault a customer. I was shopping at the Penn Square Mall location today and observed that very scenario between a Box Lunch employee and a customer. Is it too much to ask for a little maturity, if nothing else? This particular customer was asked to leave for not following the stores mask policy. The customer was leaving when the 3 staff members started speaking in very hateful, disrespectful, and threatening ways as the customer left. As a customer still in the store, observing this, I was Very uncomfortable. I left without my purchases, and will not be back any time soon.
