I always find the cutest clothing & the best brands with of course the best prices.Good quality!I love when I walk in and smells clean, the store is organized in a way I can always find what I need, and the staff is super friendly.even they have helped me to put together some outfits.is always my place to go, before going to the mall and spend lots of money for just few items.also I like the sell brand new stuff and accessories, always trendy and in style.

I used to go here so much in the past. I came back to my home state and had to pop in. The prices are still pretty fair, but quality is hit or miss. My 4 star reason is the store used to be solely buying and selling clothes..so you had an amazing variety of single items, no duplicates in the store. Now, theyve bought in bulk some boutique items and nothing really eye catching at that...it sort of takes the allure away.

I’m just disappointed. Daisy exchange has turned into some kind of retail store instead of an exchange store. Every time we go there We see More and more no name new clothes. Most importantly, they get more and more strict about the items they will take. Today we brought an expensive pair of (made that way) weather looking boots which had only been worn a maximum of three times. An employee me they could not accept them because they were to scuffed. I could send a picture of the boots they look practically brand new. While we were looking around we saw all kinds of scuffed up not so great looking for, but they wouldn’t take our next to new ones. They have become way too picky about the things they will take.We miss the old Daisy Exchange. We do not plan on returning.

Terrible, snobby, and somehow they still feel entitled while working at a consignment shop lol if you’re any person of color be prepared to bring your ID because they won’t believe it’s you. Jewelry is cheap if you like green stained skin. Honestly forever 21 is about the same price as them.. save your money. AND RUN.

There is an older dark haired woman that works here and seems to be lazy when going through clothes. There is no way she went through any of the bags I brought in. She might have had time to glance at the first few items on top of one bag and decided from there that it wasn’t worth time to look through any of it. I wasn’t expecting you guys to want everything but to not even bother looking is disrespectful. I don’t see me or my friends/family coming back anytime soon.

They hardly ever buy any of my clothing and I dont know why. Some of the things on the racks should be at Goodwill. We bring in trendy, in season, asked for items. The workers arent especially friendly. None of them wore masks.

Been going here since i moved here a few years back. love the store, prices, and owners. so when theres new faces i notice. one girl in particular has actually stood out to me, megan. she is the kindest gal!! she gave me an excellent offer on the clothes i brought in and her tone was nothing short of amazing customer service! even though i could not see her smile she was very adorable and i look forward to seeing her anytime i enter the store.

I wasn’t sure if i should share this or not but..I went in last week to go shopping and just look around...and i asked this worker to help me but she was rude to me and just gave off a bad vibe. I don’t know her name but I saw her talking to her other co-workers and i think her name was sam or sammy? but anyways i just didn’t like her attitude :/ but other than her everything was nice! i loved the store :)

This was my second time coming to this place and the service and staff was so rude, annoying and prejudice. Im a black female with name brand clothes and shoes. Im talking about never touched to ground shoes and the woman said my stuff was outdated and not in good condition. So I took my items to Plato Closet and nearly all my stuff was bought. I hate all white establishments that are rude and prejudice against black people. They really made me feel low.

More than enough options in the large/extra large size which is hard to find cute discount clothing in that size range. Prices didnt fluctuate too much between $4.50 and $8.50 for tops and dresses. Cant wait to come back from Kansas to visit again!

Cute store! Having never been in there, I was a little lost on where to look for certain clothing items. Tad bit frustrating. I think there was a winter side and a summer side after looking several times for a particular type of shirt, however, I am still not sure.

Great prices! Customer service by one employee was amazing! The others not so much. Make sure you use the bathroom before you go because they apparently have no restrooms or only for employees ( no signage)??? While standing in line they didnt ask the others for ID when using card, but when we got up there they asked! Hmmmm. Im guessing with the AMAZING prices and lack of customer service is the only reason you still have business.

Customer service is TERRIBLE. No one will help you or acknowledge you. I’ve had to put my stuff down and leave several times due to the poor service. The Other locations are very friendly and helpful but this one is awful. 10/10 recommend taking your business to a different location or elsewhere.

I love this store, however the staff doesnt seem to have it together: yesterday I spent about an hour selecting jewelry, and a 2 dresses. The items I was most excited about was the beautiful ear rings that I found, and they were so CHEAP 😍, I asked one of the sales reps to set aside the jewelry, as I continued to shop, and try on several items. One thing that was very annoying is, when you are trying on items, the sales staff dont remember who they place in rooms, so they knock constantly- which is a bit nerve racking. They should have something to have on each door- a Color system or cute tag or something. It would just be better customer experience. When I was finished, I went to the register, and the staff, could not find my ear rings. 😭😭😭I was super sad. And because I was, just did not feel like buying anything. I wasnt angry, because accidents happen, I guess. But my desire to purchase was gone. So, anyway, perhaps a better holding system needs to happen as well?

Customer service is (and has been) non existent at this location. I haven’t been in months and decided to stop by this weekend. Nothing has changed. Clearly, the owner is fine with the volume of business that this location is getting without going the “extra mile” of smiling, greeting, assisting customers, etc. while treating people as if they are third class citizens.

The staff was friendly. Only reason Im giving a star. The clothing quality of their choosing has gone down hill quite a bit. Also, they should check price tags before slapping theyre own price on it and marking it up over 300%! So I wont be wasting my time there anymore.

I go to Daisy all the time and I love it! The clothes, shoes, and accessories I buy there are always in good shape and absolute one of a kind pieces. I could spend all day in there! As for the customer service it has always been amazing, everyone is so nice and have always gladly answered any questions I have ever asked. Any time I go shopping I go there!

Dont waste your time trying to take anything in this place. I took in well over $3000 worth of clothing. More than half with the tags on the items. They only wanted one item. 90% of those items are less than a year old. I took them to another place in Edmond and they bought everything and I made over $400. I have no idea what their criteria is, but apparently new name brand clothing with the tags on, in the latest styles are NOT what they are looking for.

This place is awesome! I found some chucks that looked pretty much brand new. They were amazing! And I found some great deals. Thrifty, like a thrift store, yet trendy like the mall! I love this place!

The employees here act as if they hate life. Even if customers are only coming in to sell something they should be treated with respect. Without the items we bring in to sale your store would be nothing. Take a lesson in etiquette and humility. Without us you have no paycheck!!!

Great place for clothes and accessories still in fashion at very reasonable prices. I dont like running around shopping, this is my go-to! Two or three times a year Ill spend a couple of hours there n walk out with three or four bags, all set for the season.

So the three star review is because I get fantastic shoes at a great price BUT the last time I was there the manager accused me of attempting to shoplift because of how much I was about to buy and made a scene in front of everyone. She was unreasonable and by the time I left I was in tears. It was the most humiliating and infuriating retail experience I have ever had. Not to mention the return they give for selling anything is offensive, but that could be because I am judged the moment I walk in since Im not a spray tan, Abercrombie reject.

We took new and great condition clothing up there only to never get a text. We went up there to see what was going on and get our items before closing, they didnt even know who went through it. They just said we dont have a name so I think its a pass on everything.

Pleasantly surprised! Id say its better than platos closet. Love the layout and love the selection. Pretty decent prices on most things and although there were a lot of people in the store they had enough ladies checking out so there wasnt a long wait at all. I definitely plan to go back.

The best consignment clothing store in the metro, hands down. In this day and age where the goodwills are raising their prices and the stores are dropping them to compete, Daisy Exchange still provides the best selection and best value for your money. I have to force myself to stop with what I need it what I came there to purchase, because I always find so much that I want.

Not really looking to buy from black people. Told me they couldn’t buy my clothes. And a lot of my pants had tags on them and were regular khakis. Saw some one with similar clothes have no problems. Had heard this numerous times before going.

If you are going here to sell, I recommend calling in advance to see what brands theyre looking for because Im confident they just check tags and move on. I was annoyed that they didnt inform me when they were finished with my bag as I ended up wasting time sitting on the couch until I decided maybe they forgot and asked.If youre going here to shop, be warned that they obviously dont just receive used products but also some new from other stores and are priced high. This is probably why they accept so few items but I was not impressed with the selection (it was small because many were the same style in different sizes like you would see at a first-hand store) and for me the prices were high for used goods.Overall there are better thrift and consignment stores in Oklahoma City and this is too far out of my way to make it worth my time.

Went there was a friend of mine and she has a box full of clothes shoes and all kinds of different stuff to sell to the store and while they were going through the stuff we look around the store to see what they had their selection is pretty nice but when it came time to see if they were interested in anything that we had for them they told us that they were not interested in anything that my friend had brought in which is crazy because my friend dresses and some pretty cool clothes and after bringing a box of clothes and stuff like that they said that they were only interested in the girls Chuck Taylor Shoes and that they would only offer $3.40 which was crazy so my experience at Daisy exchange was really not all that great.

Pros: Great prices, decor, quality, selection, music. Always find something I like for myself or as a gift.Cons: Employees demeanour + attitudes come off snobby and rude. No interaction except at checkout/selling/fitting. Its like they never smile and a smile is the best accessory! Being a clothing store, they should wear these. I believe the owner would benefit from retraining personally and for employees on what guest services and leading by example. When a company does well it should show in the interaction with guests because it goes without saying, the guests are the reason this business has stayed open and paying it forward is whats right. It makes the whole experience better. When I see top local small businesses in magazines and the OK NEWS its easy to understand why Daisy isnt one of those BUT Im sure that would change if a huge step back were taken and the employees and owners reevaluated this aspect. The puzzle would be more complete.

Love to shop here its fun to find bargains. I especially like to find jeans here. They have lots of jeans! They also have tops, dresses, shoes, skirts and jewelery. They have also started to carry some mens clothing. Oh I forgot to mention handbags! 😄

I have been sleeping on Daisy Exchange! I remember it being a bunch of preppy clothes back in the day, but I found so much stuff I wanted at this location I had to put on the brakes! I love wearing kimonos and flowy stuff in the summer and they had a ton at a great price. I will definitely be back soon, Im on the hunt for Chacos!

Took almost over $2000 in retail items to them and they passed on everything! I also took in Nikes, some very nice stilleto heels and never before worn formal dresses! I must say this is the second time I’ve attempted to bring my things to them and they passed on them. Never again. The stuff they have in the store looks way worse fashion wise than anything I brought to sell them.

The employees had AWFUL customer service. Wasnt greeted when I walked in. Nobody was smiling. Girl was snobby and rude. I will NEVER sell my clothes there again. I brought in 3 bags and they had me go look around while they went through them. When they called me back to the counter they took what they wanted and had already put it away. She said I can take $9 or $12 store credit for the 4 items we took. I said okay trusting that the 4 items they took was worth $9. When I left I went through the bags and they took an almost brand new VS sports bra, Nike sweat pants, and two gap shirts! Such a ripoff! If I could go back in there and give them their money back and get my clothes back I would. I wont be telling any of my friends or recommending anyone to sell there.

Employees were extremely timid to help me get a dressing room and checkout. Almost left the store because the two females working the counter didnt want to check me out, rather they wanted to gossip about personal matters. The store itself looked great and the selection wasnt bad, however I do not believe I will be returning to this location due to the employees.

Ive never sold any items, although Im going back tomorrow to! Im a teen without a job because Im only 14! But I love shopping and my mom had just bought me lots of good clothes from pink,forever 21,h&m ect..:) But I realized I didnt get a bunch of cute Nike shorts although I have a lot already I wanted more so I had $70 of my own to spend at their store! Honestly the workers were so nice to me, they are good at helping you with looking for items. They werent good a year before but theyve made lots of progress!

I feel like staff is rude. Doesnt even look at a customer walking through the door. Basically a thrift store. Most items are very used, but because they have a name brand tag they still have an expensive price on them. Rather just spend a little more for the real deal.

The workers here are absolute snobs, every single time. Every. Single. Time. This is the last time I shop there. There’s signs EVERYWHERE, ALL purses are BOGO free. Signs everywhere. Cool, I get two. I get up to the front and she charged me for both, I say ummm there’s signs everywhere that’s they’re bogo. The girl turns around and rolls her eyes at the other employee, and they laugh being completely childish, like they were 12. So I ask for the manager, they said no. I say I need her number, they said no and both went and hid in the back and refused to come back out. I’m completely Appalled that this store is open, and even more appalled that they have children running it. I will never ever ever be back.

They low ball you for your items not worth selling your items to them you better off selling your items on Facebook market place or garage sale. The things they do sale are cheap thats probably the only thing I like. One of the employees were rude when I asked for a fitting room for a second I literally thought she ignored me since she didnt bother letting me know if she will open the fitting room she kept doing what she was doing then finally opened one for me..

I admit they have good prices, but I will NEVER shop there again. The associates are rude and kinda made me feel like crap, because my OLD NAVY, GAP, BUCKLE shorts were a few years old. I have talked to some people who feel the same way, and honestly I enjoy seeing the bad reviews they get. There is no reason to be hateful or snotty like that to people who are trying to give you business. Also, your racks are too full, you should have a sale and get rid of things so you can take clothes from other people and not turn them away.

I suggest not to go there. I took 2 bags full of clothes and they didnt take the time to look through them and didnt give us much money for them. Very rude staff members. They dont have any signs that you can see that says all sales are final and they dont tell you they are final until you have to take clothes back.they also rip you off and pretty much talk all your money!!!
