I wish I could have been into the store, we’re ready to buy a sofa and heard great reviews from friends, unfortunately their hours were too limited and we didn’t feel comfortable walking in at 5:50 with 10 minutes until close. Disappointed they to shut down only an hour after typical working hours.

Such a pleasant experience from start to finish! The young lady, Jaclyn, and owner John have been very accommodating in helping me sell some of my furniture for a recent move. I am not the most knowledgeable when it comes to furniture, they were very informative, and helped me pick out some great new pieces for my new place! Highly recommend!

Have been shopping here for a few years now. What a great local business, the staff is friendly, courteous, and willing to deliver and pickup. I will continue support this local business. Great experience every time.

Went to the trouble to call, follow directions, take pictures to send them, sent pictures, provided my contact info, and they didn’t contact me back. Had to call again for them to only tell they weren’t interested. I’ll go with someone that makes this easier next time.

We had a bad experience with this store. We took 8 items (mostly furniture) that cost us several thousand $$. We filled out their form stating the worth of the items at their request. After not hearing from them, we visited the store only to find out they had sold all our items without consulting us about the prices. They never told us about the sales nor sent us a check even though the sales happened two months earlier. We received $345 total!! We could have received more $$ at a garage sale! The owner threw in an extra $100 because we were upset. Dont use them!! Sell your stuff online or at a garage sale.

They have some great prices on things which is the only reason I give it 2 stars. The people working were too busy talking about lunch to acknowledge that I was there. I walked past them and said hello and was ignored. Its hard to want to spend money in a place when you feel unwelcomed.

Customer service needs work. I came in to buy a dining room set, and saw one that I really liked, but the woman at the counter stayed over there and the man walking around putting things back in place right next to us barely opened his mouth. I had to wave the woman over. I dont know if I looked broke to them, or if that is just how they are.I asked the woman a question about a table set, and she barely answered and walked away right then with no interest in what other questions I may have or other sets I was interested in. I promptly left...

Zero customer service.I went in to check out and most likely purchase a couple thousand dollars worth of furniture that my wife picked out. I guess I didnt look like I have that much money in my pocket. Lady at the counter made zero atempt to acknowledge me and was on the phone the entire time. Even its a business call, a very simple Ill be with you in a second would have made a world of difference. Even when I did get her attention to try to get some help she pretended I wasnt even there. Other than the pieces I went to see its mostly mid-range sinuous coil junk for $1k+. Dont waste your time. They will never get a thin dime from me.

This place feels criminal. They don’t adhere to their contractual agreements at all when it comes to paying you your money. They don’t pay out at all when they are supposed to, and they expect the customer to call them to make sure they’ve sold an item prior to sending out the money. Once they confirm whether they’ve sold it or not they’ll say you’ve got to wait until the 1st or the 15th before they issue you your check. Irregardless of whether your item actually sold two months ago. Also this place isn’t apart of the corporate branch so trying to get ahold of the corporate office is a waste of time, they won’t be able to help you since it’s a “private” franchise. Just stay away from them. They are terrible. I’m not getting my money until May because of this whole virus ordeal and they couldn’t care less.

Buying from them was better than buying new. Just DO NOT consign your furniture to them! We would of been better off to practically give our stuff away. We had like new furniture, top quality and we got ripped off big time!!! And the one piece they didn’t sell, their movers busted and they wouldn’t take responsibility. Sell on Craigslist very cheap, you’ll be better off!!

Have nice things and in like how they have deals

I have purchased several thousand dollars worth of furniture. Now I am on the other side and have been waiting for money since February. Say they are closed, but clearly doing business on line. No warning and cant get anyone to return calls. Filed complaint with BBB but they lost standing with them for bad practices. Forced to file small claims when this is all over.

Bought several pieces from them and consigned with them...they are honest and you do get paid u like other consignors in area

This is a great store. Love their pricing where it starts at one price then reduced after a certain date, then reduced again after a further date out. Lots of very nice furniture and accessory items.

Very unique place. Always changing!

This place has a great selection of interesting pieces and the prices are good. The only thing that is worth mentioning is Marilyn. She is just terrible!!! She is not a good face for this place. She has a terrible personality and is not good with customers. If you go ask for someone else. Oh and if you call and Marilyn answers watch out! She is even worse on the phone.

Avoid at all costs. The customer service is some of the worst I have encountered. These indignant, rude slags would be better served selling cheap makeup out of their cars. The retail experience is dreadful. Product selection is hit or miss (and more miss) unless you want your house to look like an early 80s porn set. And notice they have no Yelp profile. Not a coincidence.

I was in the store for 15 to 20 minutes no one came to greet me or ask If I need any help. There was a gentleman and a lady behind the counter just chatting and the lady saw me twice did not even offer any assistant. Shame
