Thought we would try them for the first time for a small cookie order to celebrate a school team event. Bad experience. Walked in with my toddler to inquire about a small order for later this week. They wouldnt let my daughter use the restroom and said to try the gas station down the street. Then as I asked about the order possibilities and was told they are just too busy and would be able to make something possibly in purple....I told her the school colors are navy blue and white....she didnt seem to care and just said they are too busy and need much more time for orders. Overall poor experience.

Have had these at work numerous times, finally made it to actual store. Very impressed w/the young ladies at the counter; very helpful, sweet, cheerful, not pushy or acting like your interrupting their day. This is a MUST to go to for great service & scrumptious cookies! BONUS cookie dough & icing to go if you prefer.Oh very clean too, no critters flying around or on floor :-)

WOW! The best cookies Ive 🍪ever eaten! Tried several different flavors, pecan chocolate chip, triple chocolate, cranberry walnut, M&M, oatmeal chocolate chip, snickerdoodel, and they were all fabulous. You can get them in a sleeve of a dozen for a nice sized thick cookie or a larger size sold individually. They also package and discount their day-old large cookies and they are still incredibly soft and delicious. They are a great way to try random combinations of cookies for a great price. Every flavor Ive tried has been GREAT. Highly recommend to all of you cookie lovers! 🍪

I do not know how they do it but these are the best cookie cakes I have ever had in my life. I had to be here for work a few months ago and discovered it and I’m back for another month and this was one of my first stops. They make a great snack for the trip. The only bad thing I could say is that they have ruined all other cookie cakes for me.

Some of the best cookies and great decorations! The sugar cookies are the best Ive ever had. They have an almond flavor to them and the icing as well. Reasonably priced and great for parties! I will definately use them for more events in the future. Really friendly staff too.

I ordered a cookie cake for a birthday and they completely nailed it! The decorations were perfect and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, the prices are more than fair. Highly recommend!

I love their cookies but kinda sad they keep going up in price they have gone up twice that I know of in the past 2 years but still a reasonable price so its still doable and the staff at this location are just super nice and helpful I will definitely be back

Great service, great cookies/treats, and good service! I’ve grabbed a few ready made cookies over the years and have always enjoyed them. There’s usually some plain ones & some decorated ones which are great small gifts to bring to people. I’ve also done a custom cookie cake and they did wonderful!

Perfect place for custom cookies, but weve also benefitted from grabbing their pre-made dozens when we needs some yummy treats in a hurry! Kids love the frosted sugar cookies, but their other cookies are amazing, too!

They made awesome Minecraft cookies for my son’s birthday that tasted great and were super cute!

I highly recommend this place for your cookie needs! I ordered some for a work event and they were done on time and the cookies were a big hit.

Always incredible. My favorite place to grab a sweet, quick treat. Even the discounted “old “cookies are incredible. My only complaint has been since having children that having some chairs maybe a table or two would be nice for my toddler’s. Regardless always friendly service, always perfect cookies, will definitely come back for more and more and more.

Cookies are amazing but the hours are changing so often they’re always closed when I get there. I love this place and the cookies are worth it if you can catch them when they’re open.

I love Eileens colossal cookies however they really need to extend the hours, I find it so difficult to be able to get here while it is open leaving me unable to get Eileens without a special trip. Additionally it also be nice if they expanded further out across the state

April 6th & 13th purchased 4 dozens of Oatmeal Raisin cookies like I have or had A Family Member To on a weekly basis. 3 Out of 4 bags were crumbly not moist like they were 1-2 days old. I called today and requested to get 4 bags cooked fresh at the Nichol Hills Location and Was denied. I normally drive to Edmond for cookies because I Love moist cookies, I guess back to Edmond Location I will go for Good Fresh Tasting Cookies.
