Pretty good cookie. The place doesnt appear to require a mask for customers. It gets pretty busy during Saturday night, but the line goes by pretty fast.

Cookies are definitely worth it. We tried 4 different kinds of cookies and all were amazingly done. My favorites were oatmeal and chocolate chip.

Ordered a dozen minis. Got 7. Asked for the dozen. Got 2 more. I guess 9 is a dozen here. Ordered ice cream. Was given ice cream but told no spoons. Good cookies. Horrible service.

Obviously the cookies are AMAZING (double chocolate chunk, Im looking at you)! Seeing the tall cooler filled with bottles of cold milk made perfect sense and was quite tempting to go with the fresh, warm cookies, but not for $3.25). On 7/19/20, the store is allowing only 5 patrons at a time inside. Service was not very friendly or cheerful (maybe they were tired from working 2 jobs or something....).

Great vegan options for their cookies and their prices are great! so nice to have a dessert option thats open late.

My husband went on his way home from work in Oklahoma City and picked up 50 cookies are ordered. They put them in the box warm, close the box and when I got home they were soggy stuck together and impossible to really look pretty for the shower tomorrow which I ordered them for. Never again will I pay $70 for cookies that are so stuck together you can’t get them apart even though the pieces are good it’s a very bad disappointment. I would never do it again

They are just not what they used to be. There is simply no consistency anymore with the quality of cookies you receive. I recently had some super hard overbaked cookies. I will continue to go to Crumble for my cookies, sucks to say but Insomnia aint it anymore.

Its very difficult to purchase cookies now-a-days. I drove up to this location and it had locked doors with a sign that states you have to order online. Ok. I went and got into my car and ordered. My time was nearly 30 minutes later. I guess they dont have cookies ready to go. No big deal. I waited in my car for 30 minutes for 4 cookies I paid 7$ for. Theyre worth it. (?) When my order was ready I went back to the storefront. Theres a sign that says to call this number to let them know you are there to pick up your order. I called the number.... went through a number of automated options before being sent through to the main store. A lady answered and I said Hi! this is so-so and Im ready to pick up my order she said shed be right out.... she did come right out. Handed my order to me and quickly spun off. I mentioned as she was leaving Gosh its gotten complicated to order cookies and she abruptly turned around and said Well its a bad time to work at Insomnia cookies, we are severely understaffed. and walked off. Weird. I understand being busy, but this poor girl was clearly miserable. Must be poor management. Long story short: waited 30 minutes for 4 cookies for $7, and left feeling like I was a bother. Kinda ruined the cookie-eating experience honestly.

The smell when you walk in, just gets the taste buds reeling. Always a nice moment sharing a warm cookie or two....nestling that ice cream.

Chocolate chip cookies are probably my favorite dessert ever. So I wouldn’t hesitate to drive over an hour just to get cookies from Insomnia, they are just that good. They always have a wide variety of flavors and the cookies are always gooey and warm. A cookie from here always makes my day 10 times better.

The last time I came, there were several people waiting outside trying to figure out why they were unable to order. The door was locked, there were people inside, and no one would answer the phone so I left. The cookies are amazing though.

This location is in the uptown area of OKC. I stopped in to try out their offerings. It isnt a restaurant so there is no seating to speak of. I understand they deliver cookies until 3 am in the morning. Anyway, I got a half dozen of freshly made, hot cookies and they were great. Highly recommended.

Take out only. Good cookies. No drinks, not even water. There were three uncomfortable looking tables.

They are a little snobby about their part in the company to customer relationship. Like I had inconvenienced them by picking up my order(s) and should thank them for my business. That aside, their cookies are phenomenal! The served warm, fresh, soft etc. description from their website was pleastly accurate.

I’m not sure how this place can stay in business. I came to buy cookies- door is locked and they completely ignore you when you knock. Nor did they answer the phone.As I was writing this, they magically opened the door and then were rude. This is my first visit and it didn’t start off well. All I can say is I hope the cookies are worth the $40.Customer service has gone out the window apparently. 😕

No parking was the bad.The good is how the shop and the selection. The great are how good the cookies are.

Cookies were yummy and service was fairly quick. Giving 4 stars because to be honest employees werent very friendly. Seemed bothered that they had a small rush of people around 8pm.

Hands down the best cookies Ive ever had!!

Ordered 12 cookies and they were all hard and crunchy around the outer ring with a little bit of softness in the middle. Not the way I like my cookies, I like my cookies soft all around. So I ended up eating the middles and throwing all the edges away which pretty much amounted to tossing half of the order.I guess this is a good place for people that like crunchier cookies. Delivery was fast though.I also see that they do not appear to respond to negative customer experiences here on Google which is an interesting way to run a business.

UPDATE 6-18-21I placed an online order, website froze, my card was still charged. I contacted customer service on FB which I will say is responsive, they couldn’t find my order so offered to issue a refund. I got an email with an order # and relayed it to customer service.They informed me they were able to look it up and stated they would call the bakery to ensure that my order would be ready at time listed and I would receive a call when they were ready for pickup.I did not receive a call so I reached out to customer service again, they said that the computers were down so the bakery did not have my order nor were they able to complete it.IT IS NOT WORTH IT PEOPLE, DON’T GO THRU ALL OR THIS TO GET NOTHINGEileen’s Cookies are really good too and they are open, you can walk in or order online and they will actually take your money and give you your cookies!Crazy right?I hope Insomnia Cookies gets its together.I looked up their business hours before I drove to the store and it states they open at 11 am. Upon arrival, their open sign is off and the door is locked. I see someone inside but they won’t acknowledge me. I call the store phone number which directs me to an automated system. I attempt to place an order and it rang for 3 minutes before it hung up on me. I call again to speak with corporate and it directs me to leave a voicemail but I am unable to because their mailbox is full.I drove back by after running errands about an hour later and they employee was speaking to someone at the door and I asked if they were open and the employee stated that I have to place an order online, I am not allowed in the store because she is the only one there until 1 pm.I’m not sure why any of this isn’t updated to where customers can see this. I drove 45+ min with pregnancy cravings just to leave with nothing.While there cookies are amazing; everything else is not acceptable business practice. I will be going somewhere else so if someone has recommendations for a different cookie bakery I am open to it.

Will never go here again. I used to order from here all the time. Chris, one of the delivery drivers knows me by name and knows I do a lot of business with them so always rushes my order when it comes in.On Tuesday, I placed an order on the app for 50 cookies to be picked up on Thursday as part of a lunch tray. I wanted to pick them up at 11:45, but when I chose that time, it moved it to noon for me without notifying me.Fast forward to Thursday and I go to get my cookies at 11:45. The sign on the door says to order online or call for your pick up. I call the number on the sign and proceed to sit on hold for five minutes without talking to anyone. I’m out front of the store and I see people working so I try to wave them down to get their attention. They look at me but then don’t acknowledge me. I start to knock on the window when I see someone, for the simple act of asking a question about my order as no one on the phone has picked up. So, every time I see someone, I knock on the windowFinally, someone comes to the door and asks rudely why I am knocking on the window at them. I tell them because I have an order and no one will pick up the phone. He told me to stop knocking on the window as that is rude and my order won’t be ready until noon, walks away and locks the door. In 15 minutes, my colleague and I go back and he proceeds to tell her it was disrespectful to knock on the door and I should have called. She said I did and no one would answer. She asks what I should have done and he said to not knock on the window.I have been ordering here for three years and the service inside was never great, but this made me never want to go there again.The only reason I gave it more than one star is the cookies are good, but the service is terrible, except for Chris, the driver.

This place is not open to walk inside and get cookies.They don’t need customers and they have made that quite clear. Several other people came by to get cookies and left once they realized the only way to order was online and the only way to pay is with a credit card.Time to find a new cookie place that actually wants customers.

Thought I could just walk to store for quick sweet treat and to place an order! Note on the door requested customers to call the store when standing outside for pick-up or delivery. Called twice and waited for 14mins. & 36secs. combined with no answer. A young lady (worker) delivering another order did not acknowledge me upon exiting the store to hand deliver to another customer standing in the same proximity. She immediately closed and locked the door. She then returned to tell me that they were overwhelmed with orders and unable to fill my request in store or in person. Online orders only 😑😒 … 🍪

Their vegan cookies are AMAZING!!! Like 10/10! Especially the birthday cake. I love insomnia so much!

Today was my first time ever going to Insomnia Cookies. I had a friend recommend it so I thought I would give them a try. They were out of every single cookie except sugar, oatmeal raisin and macadamia nut at 7pm, mind you they are open until 3am. They said If I wanted to wait for 20 minutes then they could make more but made it sound like they only make call ahead orders. I can tell you after this experience I do not recommend even going at all, if you want to try them youll have to order ahead. We got 1 macadamia nut cookie and it wasnt cooked all the way through and was burnt around the edges.

Cookies are good, if you can get through to someone.. They wont answer the phone, or the door. When you call in to their main number, there is no answer as well. They are unable to take orders at the location, and just ignore people knocking on the door...

My kids love their cookies. Their staff is mostly polite. They have curbside pickup. You can order online. They have a nice selection with gluten free options. Dairy free too. I think 🤔 but for sure gluten free.

Usually love the cookies but I got a dozen mini chocolate chips cookies and they are as hard as a rock. Plus when I called to see if they would be open I was told yes so we loaded up and went. When going inside there was a sign saying pickup only. Called to do a pickup order and was told it would take 45 min for the order to be ready. Wouldn’t mind waiting but how horrible the cookies were we won’t be back till the place is open like normal.

First experience, they took 3 hours to deliver so I canceled. The driver got lost and I told her I had canceled the order 1 hour prior to attempted delivery.Recently, I got a sundae. I get home and its nothing more than an extra crispy cookie with a scoop and a half of ice cream minus the topping I asked for. I wont be back. Its overpriced and underwhelming.

Ordered large order online to be picked up. Local store did not receive order or have enough cookies to fill order, claiming they stop baking cookies at 11, even though delivery is until 3am. 👎 Horrible customer service and they took no accountability for lost order.

Do not go after 11pm. We arrived around 11:20 and saw a sign that said that due to COVID restrictions, any orders placed after 11pm needed to be curbside pickup and to order online. We went back to the car, placed an order online, and joined the queue of cars. We assumed that in a couple minutes someone would bring the order outside. It was about 20 minutes before I saw any employee step out to bring orders to cars. I called and got an answering service. At 11:56, I got a text telling me to call a number if I wanted curbside pickup (?!?) so I did, and my order arrived just after midnight. Cookies were great (thus the two stars) but there’s no way I would have waited 40 minutes for 3 cookies had I known that the wait would be so long.

I was introduced to Insomnia Cookies by my coworkers; who told me that their cookies were delicious and they didnt lie. I tried the cookies for myself and they were fantastic, so much I went back with my family so they could enjoy them for themselves.

Just a bad experience without even getting a cookie. We arrived around 10 to a lobby closed sign, tried calling and watch employees not answer the phone and then the online pickup wait was over an hour. Overall very disappointed!!!

I have never in my life experienced a place that makes it so difficult to purchase their products. They arent open to the public and they answered the phone whats up? Then they told me it would be 2 hours after I ordered online. The worst customer service on planet earth!!!!!!

I normally never have an issue with this location and frequent there as a cookie addict. Today I put in an order at 10:56AM this morning for pick up at 10PM. That is 11 hours to do a very simple cookie cake. I go a little after 10 and they had no clue about my order but the girl keeps talking over me. I call a 2nd time and a nice guy told me it ended up miss placed and not done. Okay, whatever, mistakes happen but that they are decorating my cake and it will be 5 minutes. Cool. I get there and call a 3rd time to tell them Im there. A very rude girl (different than the first) named Joy, Jan, some J name, tells me they are STILL decorating it and I try to explain my situation and she talks over me and then HANGS UP ON ME. This is literally the worst customer service I have ever seen from any place of business. I dont know if there is a manager, but there should definitely be one to give that girl who rudely hung up on me a talking to. Im in customer service, myself and that was unacceptable. I dont understand how with a limited amount of walk ins due to covid and FIVE people working there, they couldnt have handled this better.

I am very disappointed in this company! I waited in line for over an hour with my family and sisters family. After over an hour a worker comes out and said that they were very behind and had ran out of cookies and it would be about 15mins. We preceeded to wait about 45 more minutes and finally asked about how much longer it would be and they said another hour. It would have been great if they would have let us know that. They also had a medical emergency with a worker which is why they were behind and I do understand that part but all in all still didnt get cookies. They were filling online customers orders instead of taking care of customers who braves the cold weather to come there. Over all I am disappointed because communication is everything.

Went today for the first time the girl taking our order was very rude! Everything is overpriced and we got sick after eating their cookies caused vomiting and bad stomach pains. Would not recommend to anybody.

I drove 30 minutes to the downtown okc location. After looking at the website before going only to get there and find that you cannot go into the store and order but you have to order online and wait outside!!

Went in to order cookies and half the menu was not available, hopefully next time they will have a full menu available.

We went in at 10PM, five hours before the store closed. They were out of the ice cream flavors, cookie, and toppings I wanted among other things. We received the wrong order and only got helped when we spoke to a second employee. AND while waiting we saw a worker in the kitchen with their hands in their pants proceed to handle brownies. The store has a 5 person occupancy due to covid and there were 14 people in the lobby.

Insomnia cookies are delicious. But today me and a co worker went to insomnia cookies they are having a promotion where you spend 5 dollars and you receive a free 6 pack of cookies for health care workers. We were denied our free pack of 6. The lady at the register said the promotion was one pre customer during this promotion. I called another store and come to find out the lady was lying. The promotion was not limited. To make matters worse this woman was not the one who served us the first time we came in and did not ask for ID. Honestly how can you tell who is who when we are all wearing mask. I feel like I was racially profiled. We participate in all discounted promotions as well as spend money in the store on a consistent basis.

Double chocolate mint, triple chocolate chunk and do yourself a favor and grab a mini cookie cake and at least try a wiches. All sadness will be gone from your life. Youll have a wonderful day and may even fart rainbows with sparkles.Serious warning however. DO NOT BRING a cookie pack to work. You will be swarmed by work vultures and find yourself with crumbs. It happens quickly. You must be quicker. Slap hands if you must.

I placed a curbside order for some cookies and icecream. I had ordered 2 coffee icecream and they only gave me one when I called them over the phone to let them know I was missing one they were rude and told me to call corporate they didn’t even offer to substitute it for something else. I called again to ask if I could get it to exchange for something else and a women called lynn answered she was rude and wouldn’t even listen to what I had to say I usually don’t like complaining but she wouldn’t even lets us explain what we want and tried to say we only had one order of coffee icecream only in till i raised my voice to talk over her did she listen.

Talk about spreading kindness and cheer durning the holiday season, I was the last customer on Christmas Eve and had just spent my last few coins on shoes for my BF. As I was talking to the staff about it when I attempted to pay for my cookies, they stated how they want to give me the cookies at no charge to spread kindness and cheer durning this 2020 holiday season!! I appreciate the staff and will return in the future...

I have not had the pleasure of entering this store but I get cookies delivered. I have had nothing but excellent service from this place! They call and let me know if theyr waiting for a postmates driver and call to let me know when they left so Im not in the dark about my order. Theyre always so friendly on the phone and so helpful. I truly love this place and their cookies! The double chocolate chunk and mint chocolate are sooo good! Everything Ive tried from here is delicious and they deliver late for those late night cravings! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

As of right now, you can still go in (preferably with a mask) and order. Their cookies are VERY good and I enjoyed my ice cream as well. Its a little pricey, but delicious.

Even after explaining to them about my medical condition that prevents me from wearing a mask she got very rude and told me to leave. I explained how it is against the law to discriminate against me like that and that people wear a mask for people like me that cant. What a very rude girl and I will never be back to this place. If someone isnt wearing a mask its for a good reason.

Online order was not ready at time of pick up nor had it even been started. Then after 15 minutes if waiting I was told they were put of one of the doughs for my order. Still waiting on my order that should have been ready 20 minutes ago. Didnt even offer anything g to compensate for their mistakes. Wont be returning!
