Pros: unique cookie creationsThese cookies are uniquely decadent. Everything from cold and creamy to warm and crumbly. Great option for a special treat!They have an app for online ordering (which is great since their selections change weekly) but they are busy and a wait is almost unavoidable. This is not necessarily a bad thing if you want a warm fresh cookie! The only downside is that they run out of popular selections so once they actually put your order together they may not have your selections. Well worth the wait if they have your selections otherwise best to order instore.

Top notch cookies here! Excellent quality, size, taste, and presentation! You definitely get what you pay for. This place drops new flavors every so often, but they can sell out quickly. My advice would be to follow their Instagram for the heads up on new flavors and also their giveaways. Highly recommend! 10/10

Super friendly workers, always smiling! I like how they open your box for you to confirm everything is correct before you leave. The cookies are always very good and creative and can last several days stored in the fridge/freezer. Haven’t gotten to try the ice cream as it’s always out when I go though.

My family loves Crumbl cookies. We always look out on Sundays for the new menu but we wait until later in the week to order them. I dont know the best time to order because it is always busy. I wish they had their own parking lot because its a mad house in the evening trying to pick them up is nothing short of insanity but it makes the anticipation so worth it! It is becoming a great tradition of sorts.

The blueberry cheesecake cookie was legit. Of course all of the others we got were good too. It is pricey but it is worth it

I have to say I was skeptical about paying this much money for cookies, but it was a splurge for a birthday. Every cookie was delicious and huge. Flavors are really good. I should have only eaten half of my carrot cake cookie, but I ate it all. Great staff, friendly quick service and they were busy.

The cookies were 10/10 amazing! Me and my boyfriend tried the chocolate chip, waffle, and cereal ones. The waffle was definitely our favorite! The only issue I had was that they seem to have a hard time keeping enough cookies available. The store is super small and doesnt give them enough space to produce the amount of cookies needed. We really wanted to try the banana bread, donut and sugar cookies but we couldnt because they were out. Overall the cookies were great but the store could be better staffed and prepared for a large amount of orders.

If you like deliciously warm and soft cookies, these would be a good match. It is not a quick in and out grab some cookies on the go though. But just order ahead. I will say, the Penn location has been consistent on taste but we tried the one on the South side and it wasn’t as great. Doesn’t mean we won’t try it again or quit going, just something they can work on. I do want to mention something about their chilled watermelon cookie. It sounded weird m, but SO DELICIOUS! It’s good science at its best!

Love the cookies. They are warm and soft and come in a variety of flavors that change every week; except for two constant flavors, chocolate chip and sugar cookie. Missed one you wanted to try? Dont worry they do cycle back. The cookies even stay soft overnight.

Best cookies in town! I always bring them to events or when we have company over. I love seeing new flavors every week and of course I HAVE to try them. It can sometimes take a while to get cookies, but they’re fresh so that can take time. They’re also sometimes sold out, but again, cookies made fresh. I do wish they had the mini size options for purchase and not just catering. I think a mini sized treat would be PERFECT for the sweet tooth I have.

I was excited to see this cookie shop open up in a state where there isnt much. This place had gone viral with everyone from their mom raving their obsession over these sugary treats, plastered all over social media. Perhaps it was the hype that had my expectations set high, only to disappoint. These cookies are ginormous! For someone with a sweet tooth, I can only handle a couple bites until I feel sick to my stomach. That being said, one cookie can last me a whole week. Its a whopping $3.95 a cookie. These cookies are usually bought individually or by a four pack that comes with a minuet discount. They also do catering business, where these cookies can be bought in bulk in smaller bite sized quantities, so you can also go that route if youre willing to break the bank. Whats unique of this place is that they have rotating flavors every week. Talk about a great tactic to get new and repeating customers. The weekly flavors are kept confidential, to keep the mind wandering, and only announced on their website on Sunday night by midnight. Of course, they always have their two signature flavors always available, including the good old, traditional chocolate chip and a frosted sugar cookie that is served chilled. All cookies are baked fresh at the store. Sadly, even with all these qualities, Im giving it a one star because the cookies are way too thick and rich, so much so that it makes me sick to my stomach. Ive only gone there once, tried their cookies once, maybe twice and just never craved them. My household always has a box of 4 on the snack table but I never reach for one, and thats saying a lot from a dessert connoisseur. Even going inside the shop with my friends, I never end up buying one. Definitely not what I expected. Tiffs Treats trumps this place.

This was my first time to Crumbl but it wont be my last! We went on Saturday and was easy to order and pretty fast ... the hardest part was finding a parking place! Im excited to try more flavors! I had the Chilled Sugar and will most definitely get it again!! Cookies are very large. Easy to order online. Their menu typically consists of 6 different cookies to choose from.One star was deducted simply because I placed an order by the app for a specific time. Ended up waiting an 20 additional minutes for my order. But the cookies were fresh out of the oven when received.

We made our first visit to Crumbl on August 13 around 4:30 and it will definitely be our last!! I never leave negative reviews, but I felt strongly that I needed to share our experience. We had heard so many great things about the cookies here and were so excited to try them. I took my two young children to celebrate the beginning of the school year and I cant even tell you how disappointed I was in the whole experience. When we arrived we were looking at the cookies and trying to decide which ones we wanted to order. Not one employee greeted us or spoke to us at all. After a few minutes another customer came in behind us. The employees told her that their wifi was down and they couldnt place any orders. She left and they continued to ignore us. I was thoroughly confused as to why they hadnt told us this when we entered so I asked if they were able to sell us cookies. They said no so we left. No apology, just rudeness as my kids were crying that we were leaving empty handed. We waited in our car for a few minutes as I tried to calm them down and decide on a different treat. I then noticed customers going in and coming out with cookies. So we went in to try it again. My kids had their heart set on these cookies! Again not a single person greeted us or smiled at us at all. It took several minutes for any of the employees to acknowledge us or to take our order. They werent busy, they were just standing there staring at us. I am still confused at why we were treated so poorly. Even as I write this I am amazed at the sheer rudeness displayed at this business. The cookies were good, but not worth being treated this way. If you are looking for good cookies and friendly service this is not the place for you!! Also, if you are paying with cash be forewarned, they do not give change due to the coin shortage. They wont tell you this beforehand. I read the small note on the counter after the fact. I have yet to see a business not give you your change due to the coin shortage. These cookies are pricey and the poor service makes them not worth your hard earned money.

Easy to order, and they generally have six different flavours to choose from. The chocolate chip and sugar cookie are constant with four rotating every week. They are a bit pricy, but large. No one said hi or acknowledged us when we walked in so it was a little awkward. The cookies were good! We got the regular chocolate chip and the pumpkin chocolate chip.

Sweet tooth turn off!If you want a mouth full of disappointment and cheap chocolate, come grab one of these medium size undercooked cookies.Also must mention these run about 5$ each.

I love how fresh and flavorful the cookies are. They just melt in your mouth. Pricing is a bit much for just one cookie, but I would go every now and then.

It was really convenient to order on a kiosk and pay first. There were a few gnats flying around. Most workers had gloves and masks but no hair nets and I saw one scratch her head while preparing cookie dough. The cookies were fresh and delicious.

The cookies are huge and baked all the way through which is impressive. The sugar cookie tastes like Eileens sugar cookie in my opinion. It comes chilled and I like it better. We loved all 4 cookies we got. The ladies that were working were really nice and friendly. We had to wait awhile for fresh cookies but we didnt mind! I paid $13.11 for 4 cookies and that included 15% tip. They dont get 5 stars stars because the manager reprimanded an employee in front of everyone as loud as she could yell. It was uncomfortable. They also forgot to put the muddie buddies on top of one of my cookies. But I will definitely come back.

Crumbl is my go-to place for celebrating loved ones whether it’s for their birthdays or “just because” :) ordering on the app & picking upcurbside is a game changer as a busy mom who loves having the option to order quickly & easily & not having to get my kids in & out of the car! Oh & obviously these cookies are insanely delicious lol.

I went today to get the free cookie they were giving away, and left with a box as well. 10 dollars for a box of 4 HUGE cookies?! Insane! And man did they deliver. I havent tasted them all yet but the chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies are amazing. The pumpkin ones are huge as well and my husband said it was delicious. The shop was adorable and everyone was professional and helpful. Even with the amount of people there, I got my cookies quickly. I cant wait to come back and try the new flavors! Only giving one star because I have to. Worst service ever at the Chisholm Creek location. We order our cookies in the morning for pick up around 1:00pm. We get there and the order has not been started. Then we are told one of the cookies is out of stock. Which was fine and they replaced it with another. I get the cookies home and realize they left out another cookie and replaced with another I did not request and all are falling apart. I will be calling for a refund. Chisholm Creek really needs to get better organization.

I LOVE Crumbl cookies, but have been disappointed on multiple occasions at this location. While the cookies themselves are always fantastic, it’s clear that the location is lacking strong management. The employees today were not communicating with the customers at all and were clearly unorganized. They were moving extremely slowly, as if there were not 25 people waiting for their cookies. The back counter was disgusting and there were flies everywhere in the store. The kiosks on the wall were both out as well. This location would truly benefit from retraining their employees and/or a management change. While I love the cookies, I don’t think I will be willing to wait this long again for a cookie anytime soon. Crumbl, you can do better!

I tired to place a delivery order today. The address I wanted to send the delivery to would not validate, the address was correct. I called the store for assistance and was told, well if the address won’t validate there’s nothing I can do. I asked if the order could be taken over the phone, the reply was no. I have no options for you. Now that’s great customer service!!

Was not impressed. The staff was very nice, especially considering opening day was crazy. But, the cookie was not good. It was large and thick, but tasted like way too much flour was used and very dry. It was like a dry cookie flavored piece of bread. They did not have a menu in store with the ice cream flavors. We were standing at the counter to order, and they suggested we look on fb or Instagram for the menu, because they didnt have one. Hopefully, they smooth things out soon

Stopped by around 745pm on a Saturday to give this place a try. Bunch of kids running the place...nothing wrong with youngsters running a business..if they were doing it properly. some had their hands up their shirt while working, the other touching his hair, and one wearing gloves packing/frosting cookies but pauses and touches her coworkers ear with the same glove she’s using to pack cookies..? The place seemed chaotic due to staff. Out of two cookie types out of the 5 they offer and out of all the creams..? We walked out..Yikes!

This location, like the one in Moore, is always very busy. I expect it since there are very few locations in Oklahoma. I have noticed depending on the day, some of the workers will be playing around and not the most focused. Elijah is one of the best. He always makes sure youre taken care of.

OMG!!! This was my very first time eating a cookie from Crumbl Cookie...OMG is all I can say! OH WOW!! This is a must go cookie store to visit.I ordered a Lemon Poppyseed cookie. It was piping warm and crumbled to touch and in your mouth. It was so Delicious!! The lemon filling inside the cookie and the glaze on top of the cookie made the cookie to die for!! I am definintely going to have a hard time losing this Covid weight now! LOL!!

Amazing cookies!! But they were out of all the flavors except 2 so we had to wait 40 minutes. Even if you order ahead on the app you will show up and they don’t have your order because they sold out. After our 45 minute wait we still only got 3 flavors. So if you decide to visit do not go with high expectations that you’ll find the cookie flavor you had in mind. The workers were nice but who is in charge of making sure there product is available? Maybe just needs better management.

The cookies are awesome but the service it so much. This is my second time ordering a box and requested it to be personal this time. But I’m guessing you will have to tip higher and pay more to get what you request to make it personal.

The cookies are delicious — when you’re able to get them. They sell out of certain ones very quickly and haven’t figured out the best way to notify customers who have already paid for the cookies they’ve run out of. The result is arriving to get cookies you’ve paid in advance for, waiting a long time, only to be told they’ve run out of the cookie you wanted, choosing another cookie type or getting a refund, and then getting handed a box covered in frosting with poor presentation. The flawed system for placing, accepting & filling orders greatly impacts their ability to provide quality customer service. The employees always seem overwhelmed and confused. Presentation is hit or miss. Again, delicious cookies, but the product received is truly not worth the hassle most days. If you really want to try it, it’s better to just go by about an hour after they open for the day. They need to indefinitely end the online ordering feature. They’d be better off selling directly as people visit the store.

First time in the Oklahoma City store around 4 PM on a Wednesday. Felt a little unclean and everyone was frantic. Well mixing ingredients it was really close to the line of people, seems like it should’ve been more contained and kept more sanitary. They were out of several flavors of cookies. Why are food-service workers never friendly? We are always respectful and appreciate those in This line of work however I’m not sure most people are like that. Just for those patrons, please respect the workers, they’re there to serve you. Be respectful!

I’ve been to several crumbles but the OKC store experience was the best I’ve ever had. From the minute I walked in the friendly environment was a breath of fresh air. The Manager Ever, was so helpful and kind to me and everyone in my group.I will for sure go out of my way to go to this specific crumble.

Eh.. Visited about 1.5 hours ago. Super long wait for cookies after order was placed at the kiosk. Kind of weird because.. its prepared cookies. I understand having the hype of having cookies made in front of you but watching someone ice cookies for each individual order instead of just icing a batch so you can quickly fulfill orders is obnoxious. Biggest complaint is the chocolate chip cookie. Ive held out on ordering from my usual spot so I could give crumbl a try. The cookie is HUGE which is nice but there are hardly any chocolate chips in it. Didnt even satisfy my chocolate craving. Very annoyed. Also, the sugar cookie tastes like straight up cookie dough. Gross.

Every time we visit this place is packed so we started ordering online . Once again we order online and chose our flavors. We get there and are told they are sold out. Of course tonight it was too close to closing to even wait for more. Why do you continue to let people place orders and not fulfill them? So frustrating!! At some point your great product is not worth the disappointment

Some suggestions, only allow orders from the app, display orders on a screen in the store for place in line so people aren’t left wondering if their cookies are being processed, repurpose more of the store for cookie prep and hire more people. Also, just because you are out of 4-pack boxes shouldn’t mean I have to pay more to buy 4 cookies. Other than that keep up the good work, thanks!

Crumbl Cookies are absolutely fantastic! They have something for everyone and I have yet to be disappointed. The only recommendation I’d make is for the floor to be cleaned more regularly. The aesthetic is fantastic but the dirty floors really do take away from the whole experience.

Use the APP or go inside and place your order for some very yummy cookies. They are large enough to share or eat all by yourself. They have some really fun flavors plus some classics served warm or chilled. A fun treat if you don’t live nearby like my family.

The cookies are always delicious but the atmosphere is not quite what I would expect for a boutique cookie location. The location doesn’t feel especially clean. Cookies are 5/5. The overall vibe is 2/5. But they get the job done and I guess that’s all that matters!

This was my first experience at Crumbl. I had high hopes as several people I know have told me about how good the cookies are. When I arrived with my family that evening there was a line, which was fine, but I looked at the menu and all but 2 cookies said out of stock. They had a small army of people working and only had 2 cookies avaliable!? Then I see a tray of the cookies I wanted and was told I could not have any because they were reserved for door dash. So I got a 4pk of what I could get, no one got what they wanted, and left disappointed. The cookies tasted great, but I dont think Ill be earning my 100 cookie points anytime soon.

Not only does this company only exploit young workers and terrible practices, they have no coordination as a company. The layout is confusing as well as hectic. I stood in line for 30 minutes just just all the specialty cookies to sell out one person ahead of me. Maybe if you didnt only hire 16 year old teenagers this could be avoided. Basically child slave labor at this point why do we allow this.

Cookies are delicious! The icing on the strawberry shortcake was DIVINE, like eating a cloud! Love the rotating variety of flavors, always keeps things interesting. The problem is they’re almost always sold out, and I think our location is understaffed. But it’s fairly new so maybe growing pains? And the app is not an accurate reflection of what’s available in store. Cookies are worth it though, so hopefully it improves!

The cookies are always good, their app for curbside and order ahead is super spotty and doesnt communicate well with the store. Most often it wont let them know your vehicle, that you are even there and sometimes it glitches on whats available saying that certain cookies are sold out, yet they are not sold out of that cookie. Not a store issue, just the app!

These cookies are amazing. Everything about them are perfect. I ordered via doordash and the cookies were still warm when they got here. I ordered the 4-pack for myself (lol) and ended up sharing one with a coworker, she loved it !!
