Absolutely horrible customer service.I’ll certainly never use this place for any of my shipping needs again.I was rushing to get to pick up a package with my Google maps telling me I’d be there 1 minute before they closed. I called to say I was going to be there right before 5:30 and ask to make sure I can get my package if I was right there at 5:30 or a few seconds later. The lady on the phone said “if you can get her before I turn the lock at exactly 5:30 you can have you package” and said it in a very rude an mean voice.Luckily I showed up at 5:29 and got in. She was very rude when I got in and acted very exasperated when I said I needed a to pick up a package. There was a man there also who was super helpful and nice and seemed to be trying to make up for how rude the lady was.I totally get that coming in right at closing time can be a bit annoying for a worker, but you’re still in customer service and there is no excuse to act the way she did to a customer.There are plenty of alternatives to Nichols Hills Pack and a ship. I’d recommend going to any of them instead of this place.

Nichols Hills Pack and Ship is a great place to go if your looking to ship a package, buy packaging, and, or buy greeting cards or office supplies! They have great customer service and are very fast and reliable!

I am a local business down the street from Pack N Ship. I rely on their services monthly and have NEVER had an unpleasant experience. Shame on the people attacking them on here. They are friendly, conversational and extremely helpful every time I am in there. Let’s all do our part support small businesses.

Recently needed to ship a package. This location was closest to the office so thats where i went... what a mistake.They charged me $26.99, which seemed high. I asked if there was a cheaper rate, and told there wasnt. That night i looked up what it would cost to ship if printed the label at myself: $13.81. The service charge was nearly as much as shipping it self. That is, they charged me $13.18 to print a label.The following Monday I called to ask if there may have been a mistake on how much I was charged (I realize a company needs to make money but doubling the price seems excessive for printing a label). Ashley answered the phone, and scoffed at the question and became rude, ending the conversation with well if you have the ability to print your own label, you should probably just do that.I definitely will follow her advice before I go there again.

I just went to go ship barstools from Nichols Hills Pack N Ship. The box was LARGE. As I struggled to get it out of my car, through the door and inside stood two men. One was very friendly and helping someone. The other (who has worked there for years) stood there, watched me struggle to get the box up to his counter, zero offer to help, or even a friendly comment. The box was not extremely heavy, just very large. As I got the box up to his counter, he looked up at me and said, “Can you lift that and get it up on the counter?” I laughed and asked him if he was serious where he proceeded to say, “Yes that’s what people do.” He proceeded to walk around the corner, pick up the box (begrudgingly), and comment on how it wasn’t heavy. I will never give them my business again! Might not have been 50 pounds, but the box was about as big as I am, carrying barstools, and little did he know I had surgery less than a month ago. Lifting the huge box up onto his counter was actually painful to me.

My experience was ok. This is a very expensive way to ship things. It was basically double the price of a flat rate box just down the street at the post office. So not worth it at all. They didn’t really explain any options. The customer service piece was lacking, which needs to be stellar considering the price they are asking for the service they are providing.I would go there again but probably only in a pinch and that’s probably the only way I would recommend to others.
