Ive been here many times as I have business printing every months. But most of the time is unrespected, rude and low customer service quality at printing service. Especially the old big lady. Today it reached my limit so I will post a review. I was standing waiting for 10 mins, theres only one customer infront of me, there 3 staffs standing, talking and laughing and no one concern about me (photo). At the end, the customer before me left, and I left. There is only one guy did best is David, the one with disability on one leg. But no David today, which make me feel hopeless. If the lady is the one owns the business, we, customers, should do something. Otherwise, the manager or owner please take this and consider.

Poorly run store, i came in to ship something and the store was completely empty. You would think they would be helpful with no other customers in the store, unfortunately this was not the case. After several minutes i finally got one of the employees to help me type in where i needed to ship my package. This store shows no interest in helping its customers, im surprised they are still open. If you need something shipped i would recommend a different store.

Would give a minus star if I could. Older gentlemen working in the printing department very rude when I told him I needed to print some documents he said i can do it myself I told him I dont work there he does so he put a sign in front of me told me to send to the email address on sign so I did while I did this he proceeded to turn his back on me and was talking to two other employees while I was waiting for him to finish helping me. He finally turned back around and I asked if he received it he said yeah its in the queue he pulled my documents up on the computer screen which I could visible see as well as him the two other people he was talking to and anyone else who was nearby. The documents had personal information on it about me like name address DOB and other personal information anyone could see he left it pulled up on the screen while continuing to ignore me and talk with the other people I had to ask him to please close the window with my documents as it has personal information he never turned around to help me he closed the window but an African american lady had to come and finish helping me she was very friendly and even waived the $2.00 convenience fee the the guy failed to tell me about. I will never shop here again If you are to lazy to help what few customers actually come in the store I hope the nice lady finds her a better job than this she was the only person actually working out of about the 5 employees I seen.

I give them 1 star because is the lowest I can put on.. But in reality they dont deserve any star., very bad customer service they dont help you with anything even when they dont doing nothing 😒, they let you down. Especially the lady that is attending in the print section, super rude and unprofessional

They went above and beyond to help me out of a jam. Awesome customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I honestly would so it hasn’t been my first visit here but the general manager is horrible and very rude I needed help printing a pdf from my phone and she said “well I don’t know how to do that why would you come here if you have no idea what your printing out” I clearly know what I need printed out a “pdf” I mean why work here if you don’t care about your customers not helping them out terrible service be careful her name is Cathy

I love being able to get in & out quickly. Since we are able to make our own copies. 👍👍

I was surprised when I noticed that most of the Office Depot stores are closing down, but today after I visited this particular location I figured why. Went to to the scanning and printing department and ask the person who is in charged to scan few documents and send them to my email and he ignored completely what I said and went to another department five minutes later another employee had came and asked if I have been helped And again told her what I needed, she went to call the same person when he came back All he did Is pointed to a scan machine and said do it by yourself it’s even cheaper and lift so I did but for some reason the machine wasn’t working so I had to call him again and that’s when he started having a bad attitude. Office Depot you’ll be lucky if u make through this year with this type of employees mentioning that i was getting most of my stores needs from you.

I am a long time Office Depot customer. I usually use their printing facilities as for my own company I print off 200+ copies of documents at a time. Today was a bit different, I needed about a dozen sheets of paper laminated for our office.This is the first time I have ever gone to the Office Depot located off of I-240. It will also be the last. I had to ask for help three times before KELLY showed up at the printing center. She took my information, charged me and then said: “It’ll be about a 30 minute wait.” I said: “Can I ask why?” I was literally the only customer in the store.She explained that she had to “add it to her queue.” I went outside to my car, waited for ten minutes then came back in to see KELLY, the Operations Manager, standing and chatting.As I wrote this review I have had been standing for about 35 minutes while my papers sit in a stack in the corner of the printing center. Never again, Office Depot.

Ive been shopping here years and its looks so much better with the carpet. Staff have always been helpful with finding my items. Thanks!

Store is run by incompetent people, a manage that is a child and cannot do her job and has no idea how to handle customer service let alone manage a store. They lost my order, 3 employees including the manager said there was nothing they could do without a conformation number. After leaving the store they find the order....no apologies for them misplacing the order, no I want to make it right Manager just defended herself and her incompetent employees. Refused to give me her bosss number....I will get to the top of the chain and make sure the manager is re-educated on customer service...by the look of the store and the amount of people in the store I doubt the store will be in business long.

Decent store that covers all your office basics.

Bought a Netgear Nighthawk AC7000 from here about a month ago. Could be before but not sure but they only do 15 days exchange. Which each has their own policies but the unfortunate part is couldnt do anything cause of COVID-19. So they offer 0 support because of pandemic. Order from best buy because of better policies. Dont risk getting screwed over by a company who offers no help.

Office Depot is a great place to get office supplies. The selection is enormous, and you could spend hours just looking and drooling over all of the equipment that you can buy there. Its a great place to shop. Dont forget your debit card.

Everyone was polite and courteous and hardworking. Still doing their job as well watching out for customers who need assistance.I will suggest to my daughter to buy her things she needs for college from her.Thank you everyone at the SW 74th store in Oklahoma city who helped me looking for school supplies for my daughters freshman yr in college. I appreciated your assistance.

I had a fantastic experience. The staff was nice, hard working, and pleasant. They went out of way to take care of my needs. I am grateful and will definitely return.

If I could score lower than one star I would. The manager, Tamara, hung up on me when I was trying to find out what was wrong with my order. There is NO customer service at this location. I would not recommend going. Use someone else!!

B E W A R E!!!!MANAGER DAVID IS VERY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING! THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!Was lied to about a product purchased. After purchasing the product needed to return the item with the receipt as it was useless. The customer service dept was pleasant but unable to assist with in store product. After speaking with the night manager David he was automatically very condescending with a know it all attitude. Got nowhere with him. He did not want to give information as to who the branch manager was or anything. When asked who the owner or main manager was he replied with Office depot. So very rude and has no business being any type of manager .Afterwards the customer service rep apologized for his response as we were on a 3 way call. Basically under no circumstances will not shop at this location ever again, they have sad pathetic excuses for employees and managers who will lie to you.

Went to look at office chairs. Walked around looking for several minutes. Employee to busy looking at his phone to see if we needed help. We finally left

Not in the best part of town, and the store itself is a little run down, but the staff here is really nice, and they have everything that every other Office Depot has. Kathy at the checkouts was very friendly and helpful. Dont let the outside appearance of the building shy you away from going in here.

This place always seems dead but its a pretty large store so I dont know how they manage to stay open for business. Great place for any office supply needs and sometimes I can find a good sale too.

This is a very shady Office Depot, the told me so many lies about there replacement plan, then didn’t even register it to my phone number so it is making it very hard to get it replaced when it broke. I guess there motto is tell whatever lie you need to tell to get it sold.

Dont have any items that is advertised in stock. I can see this place going out of business!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The manager did give me the third degree for tali goals a picture of the inside of the store though. Im sure he was just doing his job, and to be honest, taking pictures of the inside is likely a little odd out of context.

Last time I visited the store that seem to be in a fair amount of disarray. There were enough end caps and sections of owls that were almost devoid of merchandise and if I didnt know better I would almost think the location was in the process of closing. Basically it look like a liquidation sale in places. In comparing this store location to Office Depot stores Ive visited in the Dallas-Fort Worth area this store is fairly subpar. I suppose if they have what youre looking for its convenient.

The folks at the copy center are top notch. I had a presentation to coordinate, came here for help and got it. I recommend them.

Went in to buy back to school supplies for my classroom. I asked about several items that had big signs with prices next to them but was told that it was not for the items. It must have been moved. Sure. 4 items I wanted and all the signs were moved. I will not go back and you shouldnt either.

The people working here must hate their lives because they are very rude and will not help,the person helping me just walked away and never came back, I had to leave money at the register because nobody would check me out

Store hours are hit or miss at this location. Signs are posted that they open at 8:00am Monday through Friday (and on the Office Depot website), but on Thursday 10/26/2017 they are still not open as of 9:06am and people have been waiting in cars on the parking lot or outright leaving. Call this store before you head here in the morning. They might still be closed.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Bar none. Always nice to see all the managers sitting on the furniture talking about the employees

I go to get one dollar worth of copies and wait in line for over 15 minutes while the manager is no where around. Where are you? Why aren’t you helping your people? Someone should retrain her.Meanwhile this made me late.

Friendly staff, but its important to know that Google has their times wrong. They were open until 10pm for a couple weeks during back to school, but they seem to be back to their regular hours, which have them closing at 9pm M-Sat, and 6pm Sundays!

Val was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She is a credit to the company.

Service staff was very helpful and greeted me as I walked in the store. A couple of associates had asked if I had needed assistance in finding what I was looking for.

I stopped in right before closing and the parking lot lights were not working because of an electrical problem and the manager escorted me to my car! Amazing!

An employee, shortly after entering the store, asked me if I needed help and helped plenty. Showed me a really good deal on a 2T solid state storage drive for $70.

After trying several store in several days, I go to Office Depo in OKC off of I 240 to find a Kindermat. I go in and they do not have any but the man (do not know his name) was very helpful and checked online amd saw that the store in Midwest City, OK had 6. He called over there and talked to them. They said they did have some and asked for my name and would put it on hold for me. I gotl straight over there. That store said they didnt have any! And that they told the guy on the phone that they didnt. (I was right there when he was on the phone with the MWC store. I was VERY upset to say the least! I did tear up-I had been in and out of stores in the rain, with 4 young kids, and wasting gas just to find out someone had lied!!! I called the other store back and told him what happened and havent heard anything. Is this the way you really want to treat people? Send them on a wild goose chase and then for them to find that what was said wasnt true! Never again will I go into an Officd Depo store!! I am still mad about how I was done! No sorry...no explanation...nothing! There is no excuse for what happend!

One of those stores where the people that work there strangely care about what theyre selling. Went there for replacement wheels for my office chair and the guy gave me a ton of info of what to look for in good chairs.
